Do not stay here. Bad location and bad service.
My family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here at the end of a 9 day tour around Morocco. This Riad was THE WORST. The rooms were ok, but everything else was horrible.
The location of the Riad is in a very sketchy part of Marrakech. We did not feel safe leaving the Riad after dark. You walk down a narrow, dirty alley and a literal trash dump site to get to the Riad. My family felt so uncomfortable, I tried finding somewhere else to stay. I was willing to lose my money I’d already paid for this Riad to be somewhere else. Unfortunately, anything decent and within reasonable distance was booked.
No one was ever at the front desk to provide assistance or answer questions. The owner (or he may be the property manager) was horrible. He is French. When he was at the front desk, we used our basic French language skills to attempt communicating (our native language is English). He “claimed” he could not understand our French or when we spoke to him in English. However, when we were at breakfast one morning, we heard him speaking perfect English to someone else. He literally lied.
We had a tour guide for a day when we were visiting Marrakech. He picked us up at the Riad at the start of the tour. He confirmed he’s done tours with other travelers who’ve experienced similar issues with this Riad.
Absolutely wonderful. People are so nice and helpful. Rooms are like in a palace. The riad and the pool are just amazing! You are in the middle of the real Medina.

Very disappointed actually. For one the location is terrible — situated in quite an insecure area (myself as a Moroccan male felt not that safe in that narrow street.
Then once inside, one would be impressed by the decor of both the riad and the room only the amenities don't follow: a small TV not working and distant from the bed; no hot water (barely warm) with low debit; and the breakfast was not up to standards (no choice given with a poor selection of products that were mainly sugar based). And in all that it wasn't cheap!
Never to put my foot there again.
