This riad was the perfectly blend of modern and traditional. The architecture, design, functionality was incredible.
Since we arrived and to our departure, the riad had kindly arranged a driver for pick up and drop off wherever we needed. This was helpful in navigating the Medina and not worrying about our luggage.
We were welcomed into the riad with a tea ceremony which made us feel so special.
The director showed us the lovely riad and helped us navigate our way around the city.
All the staff were so hospitable and welcoming. The food was very tasty. And the service was top notch.
One of the manager’s made sure we had a lovely stay and shared stories of her life in Morocco with us. She even gave me a jar of the tagine spice mix!

I had the best time staying at this Riad. The best part of our stay were the staff. Special mention to Arif, Racha, Mohammed, and Memoun who were so amazing. They helped us really make our stay feel personal and did not hesitate to help. I truly had a 10/10 experience because of them. I would recommend this Riad because the level of service is beyond what I had expected and better than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. I will truly come back and stay here when I next visit Marrakech!

If I could give this riad and its people 10 stars, I would. The location is great and the riad itself is a tranquil oasis to relax and enjoy the daily coffee and cake in the afternoon. The tasteful and intentional aesthetic choices all over the Riad make it feel like quiet luxury. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms generous. Daily breakfast on the rooftop or the dining area is a great way to start the day. My husband and I were in Marrakech for a birthday celebration, but I had an unexpected medical issue early into the trip. Arif and his team went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to make accommodations for me, from being incredibly empathetic and responsive to setting up a new bed on the floor to arranging for a doctor to come see me and personally procuring medication — all during Ramadan. The lovely Racha and team made my actual birthday so special with a homemade chocolate cake and fresh flowers to take my mind off my injury. (Worth mentioning that the pastry chef here has to be using some sort of sorcery to make their baked goods because they taste like magic. Better than most bakeries in Paris and London, and none of the faff. ) Overall, this riad and the team are the reason that a celebratory trip remained that instead of devolving into a total nightmare in a foreign country. Stop searching for other places to stay in Marrakech — this is the place and these are the people.
