Sofian (the host) was amazing. Very polite and nice person. We had a transfer from the airport to the Riad and it was pleasant ride. The Riad was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was homemade by 2 great girls, who even did a cooking class for me and thought me how to make tajin. The last morning Sofian even got up very early and prepared coffee and small breakfast for us even though he was not obliged to. I recommend the place because they really try to do their best to please their guests.

Our stay at Riad 5 Sens in Marrakesh was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Abdul, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attentiveness and genuine care were truly remarkable—he was available 24/7 for any needs or questions, ensuring we had a seamless and comfortable experience.
The staff were equally amazing—always friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day right, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It felt like staying with family in the most welcoming way.
The riad itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the location is perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Marrakesh. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, hospitality, and charm, Riad 5 Sens is an absolute gem. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

We felt very welcome from the start, the staff is just wonderful. Our breakfast was served up on the terrace in the sun and it was so tasty. Actually you could relax the whole day there if you felt like it. Or go out to walk in the medina and visit the sights. You should definitely eat dinner in the Riad, it is so delicious! There is a pool as well which we did not use because the weather was not hot. I am sure it would be welcome in summer. My greatest thanks go to Abdo and Safian for all their kindness and help. They were always attentive and fulfilled our every wish. Thank you so much!

My wife and I needed to book this Riad after being let down by another one and let me tell you, im glad it happened.
The staff there are always making sure you are happy, and the food is great.
The star rating from top to bottom:
Rooms — 5* — they are clean tidy and feel authentic.
Service — 5* — as I mentioned before, the staff are on top of everything and make sure you are having a great experience.
Location — 5* — You couldn't find a better location than this. You are close to the market, museums, restaurants and all the attractions that you are looking to find.
Although all the staff were amazing, a special shout out to the Abdo. This man was brilliant. He couldn't do enough for you.

This is our fifth trip to Marrakesh and this is one of the nicest riad I have stayed in.
The breakfast was delicious and they catered well for my sons nut allergy.

From the moment we arrived it felt like we already lived here.
The sound of water cascading in the morning whilst having breakfast.
The music playing… The kind of music I would play at home.
The breakfast, consistently delicious, fresh & healthy with variation everyday.
The dinner, beyond magical on the rooftop, candlelit & wholesome.
The courtyard, library, snug, rooftop, hammam each draw you into their unique personalities.
The location is perfect, the street is quiet, and not far from the hustle bustle.
The staff have a genuine, kind, caring positive attitude. Constantly!
The positive energy that the owner exudes is glistening & incomparable to other riads I have stayed at.
The best way to envision this riad is to imagine being at home. (With a very very cute kitten, mint tea & a pure loving vibe).
