The location is the selling point! After you leave on premises you’re less than 3 min in the main alley of Moroccan vendors and close to the main square.

I stayed at the Riad Fantasia hotel from November 25th to 29th, booked through Booking. My experience with this hotel was truly positive.

A wonderful place for people on a budget!
The common arears like the terrace were cozy, welcoming and spotless.

Whilst walking down the square we found a sign for massage. We decided to come on our last day before getting our flight and what an amazing idea it was.

A bit run down, especially the bathrooms. Very nice service, absolutely perfect location. There is a fantastic barber in the building, absolutely a highlight.

I liked everything here for the price I had.

We visited Riad Douja at the end of April 2025.
We were looking for something budget friendly, near the square with things like breakfast.
Riad Douja ticked all the boxes.

We had a very pleasant stay at this riad in Marrakech. The decor is tasteful, with careful attention to detail.

The host Luc is very polite and helpfull and made our stay very nice! The riad itself is very cozy and romantic with the courtyard with a nice fountain in the middle.

We stayed in this wonderful riad 2 nights, and they were great! Place is beautiful and clean, Adbu and Fatima are adorable. Breakfast was delicious, very special and everything fresh from the day.

Well what can I say, this was surely the weirdest hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They could help with all questions regarding the city.

Badr & Hamza are the best hosts! Very sweet and accommodating. Fun group and very social hostel. Stayed in the private room, comfy beds and warm blankets (December travels).

Extremely warm, friendly and hospitable Riad in Marrakech. Mr Kerz Junior was a superior host and welcome guide to everything in the city.

I have recently stayed in this Riad for three nights. The room was very basic but very clean and fresh towels were delivered daily.

A beautiful expérience last may and I will back in September! Tarik and his staff are very kindly!

Last minute Air Bnb booking as we'd decided to spend one day and night in Marrakech before our flight home.

Riad Dar Tayib is absolutely amazing! Our hosts took the best care of us! We were made to feel like family.

We stayed at the riad for 6 nights and had a wonderful time! It’s beautiful, very clean and even though it offers basic amenities, you still feel so rested and comfortable.

What a gem of a place! Once we found Riad Bab Lakhmiss, we were given a very warm welcome — something that was constantly there throughout our stay.
