Oasis lodges

Wonderful stay south of Marrakech — close to golf and airport. Lovely pool / garden setting with badminton, table tennis, archery and pétanque. Free entry to next door’s fairly chilled water park (and heated pool) was an added bonus. We booked a padel game on the day. Ate at the hotel restaurant and La Paillote next door — both lovely settings, La Paillote more expensive and not necc better.

I stayed here with my children and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. There was absolutely nothing to do no activities or entertainment for kids or adults. No decoration for the Christmas like you are staying in your home not in a hotel. The pool was not heated at all, which made it unusable during our stay. Apart from sleeping in the room and eating, there was nothing else to do. The only positive was the breakfast buffet, which was just OK not too much impressive, especially considering the high price we paid even the food was not good no taste on it. Honestly, you can find a much better and more varied breakfast at a small restaurant in the Medina for a fraction of the cost.

Hotel was lovely, it’s more of a smaller boutique hotel as opposed to a resort type and there is not much to do as we are used to be being in fast paced resorts however we visited with a 4 year old and a 2 year old and we enjoyed the quietness of the hotel, walking around surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees! The atmosphere is quiet and calm but this was welcomed for us and we didn’t mind. The breakfast buffet was limited but was fine, and we ordered some room service which was nice. There is also a fireplace in the lodges which made it feel super cosy on the December cold evenings! We had a large garden which was great for the kids to play in. All areas are clean and looked after. Small feedback for the team — the coffe and tea in the room would be better if offered more freely as opposed to chargeable when the coffee pods finish and a single tea bag daily — especially in 2 bedroom lodge where more then one person will be drinking a tea. Every member of the team we met was helpful and had great service, with a special thanks to Karima and Ibraheem on the main front desk who were extremely helpful. Karima kindly reccomended a local restaurant which was excellent. Overall we enjoyed it alot and would return.

Great location only 5 minutes from the Airport, then 15 minutes into the Medina in the City. It was off season so fairly quiet, but their standards and service were excellent. At times more staff than guests so we were very well looked after. Rooms were excellent, well-appointed, and very clean. Free shuttle service into the medina was very useful. Lots of thing to do on site, Padle, table tennis, gym, archery, choice of swimming pool and lots more we didn't get chance to do. Breakfast was included and superb (excellent egg man and waiting on staff) — we went for one evening meal in the restaurant, fair price for excellent food and a lovely setting (with a magician). Well done to all staff, you made us feel very welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and overall, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, they gave us a tea with some pastries. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The dining experience was another highlight. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the restaurant manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. His friendly demeanor and great sense of humor made every meal more enjoyable even if we support rival football teams by the way he’s a Manchester United fan, 😵😂and I’m not, but we had a good laugh about it. 😁😁 A very special mention goes to nadya, who took care of us during breakfast. Despite the restaurant being busy, she remained calm, attentive, and incredibly kind. Her warm smile and attention to detail made our mornings feel extra special. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the communication with the housekeeping staff. I encountered some difficulty trying to explain a simple request to one of the housekeepers, as she didn’t speak English. Unfortunately, the request wasn’t fulfilled, which was a bit frustrating.

We had 3 nights here, and funny enough — it was in 3 different rooms. Let me explain:
We had originally booked a junior suite. When we were about to sleep at 11 pm, we started to smell smoke, it got more and more intense and luckily we haven't fall asleep yet. It turned out that the neighbor room had fire up the fireplace and the smoke came from their room, into our room. We called the lobby and 2 guys came to check it and told us to keep the room. We called back after 1 hour and said it is a lot of SMELL and SMOKE in our room so we want to change room.
We got a SMALLER ROOM for 1 night, but they told us it will only be for 1 night and the NEXT DAY, we will have a new junior suite. The next day I went to the lobby and the girl working there, told us to go back to the junior suite that had smoke and bed smell. It was still high CO level from the smoke last night and I said it is not safe to sleep and be in this room before it will be totally cleaned. She said "no we dont have other rooms and you have to stay in this". I refused to stay there as in the Morocco law it says that "if the guests can not have a room at the hotel they booked, the hotel need to pay for another hotel for the guests". I show this law to the girl but first she did not want to do anything with it and she got mad. I am very shocked about the behaviour and service at this hotel.

Also, a big shoutout to samira for the wonderful eggs she made for us they were truly exceptional. We also had the pleasure of speaking with walyde the restaurant manager, who was very professional and made sure that our lunch experience was spot on. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oasis Lodges in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality.
The lodges are beautifully designed—spacious, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery. The private gardens and pools offer a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city, and the on-site amenities like the water park access, fitness center, and delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect—just a short 15 minute ride from the city center, yet far enough to enjoy tranquility and privacy.
Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help Especially everyone from the reception/front office, Ibrahim the manager had everything taken care from the moment we arrived until the taxi dropped at the city. It’s a fantastic choice for both families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
Highly recommended—this place is absolutely worth the money spent. I’ll definitely be returning!

We’ve just got back from a long weekend at Oasis Lodges and we had a fantastic stay! The lodges themselves are spacious, clean and well equipped with sun beds and hammocks in your own secluded garden! Staff couldn’t do enough for you and we really felt that it was a little sanctuary of calm in the chaos that is Marrakesh! Food was good, choice of pools was amazing having the water park connected. Would highly recommend.

Muslims stay away — they do not want your business! Booked recently and received an email stating no burkinis in the swimming area and shorts had to be above knee height. Supposed to be a Muslim country but I suppose they still haven’t been able to escape the mentality of their French colonial masters. They cancelled my reservation after I requested it based on this. Happy to use my halal money somewhere it’s appreciated.

This place is fantastic!
We booked a large, private riad in Marrakesh for the end of our tour and the place was utterly dire. So we took a chance in making a somewhat emergency booking at Oasis Lodges and what a wonderful discovery!
We arrived to the most special greeting. Attentive staff, assisting us like it was a five star hotel. We were offered beautiful mint lemonade, our bags were handled by the porter, Karina on reception was exceptional! We even chose the scent for housekeeping team to use in our lodge.
We were a party of three adults and one 4 year old child who adored the very short golf cart ride to our lodge.
The accommodation was stunning. Two very large rooms, one double and one twin. A bathroom each, and two separate toilets. Plenty of space for us and the most beautiful private garden with sunbeds. Heaven!
The hotel pool is fabulous with lifeguards and kids activities but linked to the hotel grounds is the Waterpark! Our son adored the various pools, play equipment and slides. We spent two full days enjoying the park. It’s a beautiful place, with a lazy river, restaurant, shop, kids club and cafe onsite. The hotel provide pool.
Towels and the Waterpark sunbeds are available for a very reasonable 30dhm per day.
This place genuinely lived up to its name. An oasis in a crazy city. We felt relaxed and refreshed after the first few hours. Comfortable beds, soft pillows which seems to be a rarity in Morocco. It was like sleeping in a cloud.

Our overall experience at Oasis Lodges was fantastic, the location, ambiance, and service from the team were outstanding. The staff was attentive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, we did face one recurring issue, communication with the housekeeping staff, despite politely asking twice for extra bath towels for our kids, our request was either misunderstood or maybe ignored, likely due to the language barrier. In an international hotel of this standard, basic English proficiency among housekeeping would greatly improve the guest experience, especially for very very simple needs like this.
Over all thanks a lot we will return ASAP.

My stay at Oasis Lodges was nothing short of exceptional. The property is stunning, perfectly blending authentic Moroccan charm with modern comforts. The restaurant service was impeccable, with a warm and attentive staff, though there was a slight language barrier with housekeeping, as they didn’t fully understand my request.
A special thanks to Madam Obrholzr, the General Manager, for her outstanding professionalism and hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable.

We had a lovely stay! Everyone was very welcoming and the pool was warm over Easter. My son enjoy the sports on the lawn. It was easy with access to the water park and 2 restaurants. The lodges are very nice and secluded with your own garden. Very enjoyable spot, we will be back!

Lives up to its name — very peaceful with beautiful grounds. Quite. Great for families with large bills so each bedroom has en suite. Good breakfast. Perfect for us as we were a little worried about the general hustle of the medina so wanted somewhere a short ride out. Their free bus shuttle service works well.

‘Oasis’ is the perfect name for this wonderful resort just a stones throw away from central Marrakech. The beautiful lodges with large sliding doors, fire and comfy outdoor seating (including a hammock) made it very easy to unwind after a long day of exploring the vibrant, but chaotic, alleys of Marrakech’s Medina. The pool area and outdoor bar only added to tranquility.
The service from the friendly and attentive staff was also fantastic, with no task too small. We particularly enjoyed the option of breakfast in our lodge each morning — allowing us to enjoy the sunshine and ease ourselves into the day from the comfort of our very own outdoor patio space.
The shuttle bus was also on hand to whisk us to and from Djeema el fna each day (only around a 10 minute drive) and our driver was very prompt taking us into Marrakech and picking us up at the allotted time each day. This great service also included our collection and drop off to/from the airport which was reasonably priced.
The only downside to our stay was a little nearby construction work, but this was just near the pool and not audible from our lodge. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
