This hotel is lovely, the staff are super friendly and they come out to greet potential visitors when they here a car pulling up. We were late to check in the first night due to a nightmare queue at passport control but they were welcoming and understanding of the situation. Anything you need is no issue. There's a lot of animals walking around the area which is really nice.
As others have said the only downside is trying to find the location, even taxi drivers have difficulty finding it. You should ask the taxi driver to go to the dropped pin, this then leads onto a dirt track at the end — it's a little hidden. You will then be able to find the hotel. You could also ask the driver to call the hotel who will direct them.
If you follow the Google maps navigation it will try to take you to a closed off road. Hope this helps.
Le bled de gre is beautiful! Mohammed and khalid were very helpful and kind at all hours, the pool was cool and clean, the grass was green. It is advisable to get a shuttle from the hotel themselves when you first go to the place, as it is very out of the way and difficult to find. The rooms were tidy and cool! Especially recommend this hotel for families who want a relaxing holiday and aren’t too worried about seeing all the sights.

We can highly recommend this oasis! Such a tranquil, beautiful, friendly place. After spending some days in the Medina, we spent a day here and it was a perfect retreat, with gorgeous pool, amazing food, free roaming animals in a big lovely garden. We'll be back, and next time, we'll make it a longer stay!
