Riad LAéroport

Excellent for a one night stay if going to/from the airport as its within walking distance (20 mins). If taking a cab use their shuttle service — we regretted not doing so as our cab driver got completely lost!
The Riad is very modern and looks almost brand new. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits and made to feel very welcome. Quick check in and shown to an absolutely spotless room. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom too. Excellent nights sleep, beds comfy and no outside noise at all — very peaceful location. There is a communal room which looked lovely (we didnt use though)
If you need to be near the airport then this is an ideal place to stay.

A fantastic, clean and simple Riad that's just a 25 min walk from the airport (or 6min taxi). We stayed here for a night after arriving late at night. The Riad is hard to find as it's not got its name outside but Google maps will drop you off right outside the entrance. The room was a good size for a family of 4. The bathroom was nice and clean too. We were given hand soap and shampoo. Breakfast is included and consists of an egg, Moroccan flat bread, jam, butter, cheese, olives, juice and Moroccan tea. It was all great. Overall, for the amount we paid it was incredible good value for money. We were not expecting much for the amount we paid but this exceeded our expectations hugely. If we had paid double the price, we would have still been fine with it.

Very pleasant stay. Front desk staff and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was a perfect start for the day. They allowed me a bit later checkout and access to the lounge until my transfer to the airport. My only issues was the transfer. The 150 DAM charge was much higher than a taxi would have been but the real issue was that the transfer was 35 minutes late getting me. As my flight was international, this made it an issue checking in, going through security, etc.

Great location close to the airport. Plenty of street parking. Modern rooms. Clean and comfortable. Was quiet overnight. We had an early flight and were sent off with some breakfast to go — so thoughtful! Highly recommend.

The best stay we had on our trip. Fatima was so beyond welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful, and the riad was extremely clean! We are girls traveling alone so we were very nervous, and we had a unique situation where we were so exhausted from travel we just needed to stay for one day & Fatima gave us recommendations for places to go & was so accommodating. A day we thought for sure was going to go to waste ended up being our favorite day of the trip! I would recommend this riad and Fatima 1000x over.

Welcoming and great place. The room was comfortable, clean, and just as expected. There is also a nice common area and terrace for hanging out or just catching the sun.
And I have to highlight the staff who were really friendly and hospitable.
The served breakfast was quite traditional and a good meal as an ending or a start for your visit to Morocco.
Overall, it is an amazing place if you need overnight stay that is quite near (walking distance) from the airport.
