We enjoyed a 4 night stay here last week. The Riad is in a great location and was very peaceful, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful room and it was so quiet, we slept so well each night. The whole building was gorgeous and a tranquil haven given the chaos of the medina and the souks nearby.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, not a buffet but a traditional Moroccan breakfast, served by a friendly and attentive lady who looked after us each morning.
The pool area was nice to sit by but the actual pool wasn’t deep enough for swimming.
If you want to stay in the centre to be able to walk to the main square and enjoy the souls then this is a great place to stay.

Absolutely exceptional experience. An oasis in the heart of Marrakesh, Door Janna is truly exceptional. Every detail of the design is well thought-out and beautiful — from the rooms and courtyards to the spa and rooftop, you will not be disappointed. The staff are truly wonderful, nothing was too much to ask for and we felt incredibly welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived. Yassine was so helpful and provided brilliant advice and hospitality throughout our stay. Raja was incredibly kind, welcoming and professional offering personal advice on what to see in the local area. The waiter who served us breakfast, lunch and dinner (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was wonderful and attentive. This is a brilliantly run hotel who get it absolutely right — beautiful facilities, exceptional staff and a perfect location. Thank you to all of the team who made our stay such a joy.

Door Janna is indeed a beautiful and truly comfortable riad. From the moment we stepped inside, the riad felt like a peaceful oasis. The architecture and décor were stunning, with thoughtful details at every turn, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Marrakech. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel special. Door Janna is centrally located inside the medina with short walks to the bustling souks. This riad was a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and hospitality, and we left with wonderful memories. 5 stars. This is the best hotel/Riad in Marrakesh! From the moment I arrived, every detail from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches in my room reflected an impeccable standard of hospitality and opulence.
The accommodations were luxurious and beautifully maintained, offering true comfort and tranquility throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the attentive service from the staff; their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made my visit truly memorable.

One of the experiences I was most excited about in Marrakech!
I spent quite a lot of time searching for the perfect riad — the right balance of design, location, and comfort. At the very last moment, I came across Riad Door Janna on Booking. Com. It immediately stood out with its beautiful design, fair price, and a fantastic location within walking distance of the main sights.
Riad Door Janna is a traditional Moroccan home built around a serene inner courtyard. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of peace — the soft sound of the fountain, the charming traditional décor, the warm atmosphere.
We left absolutely delighted with our stay at Riad Door Janna, and I wholeheartedly recommend this special place to anyone planning a visit to Marrakech. It truly made our trip unforgettable.

Modern but authentic feeling Riad in a great location.
I can’t sing enough praises. Our room was very comfortable and so clean.
The staff always greeted you with a warm welcome and smile.
Breakfast on the rooftop to start the day was a highlight.
We had a quiet afternoon after an early morning sunrise balloon ride so we took advantage of getting a massage in the spa which was excellent.
I would definitely stay at DOOR JANA again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique style place.

I can not recommend Door Janna highly enough. We were dropped off by the airport transport a 3 minute walk away. I was a little nervous when the transfer driver gave our cases to a passing man with a wheel barrow and told him where to take them to the Riad (had visions of him running away with my hairdryer) but there was no reason to be. We were early and the room wasn't ready but we were given a lovely warm welcome and invited to wait in the stunning central courtyard and given some lovely mint tea. After a short wait we were shown to our beautiful room. Breakfast on the roof terrace was absolutely delicious with yogurt, pancakes, cakes and a large choice of eggs, washed down with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The Riad is a 5 min walk from the main Souk there is a buzz around the streets but I could not believe how peaceful and tranquil the Riad was. The staff were very warm and welcoming and we loved every minute of our stay!

This was a most tranquil Riad in the midst of the hubbub of the Medina. It was very clean, immaculate, easily accessible (as it had a lift) and just a beautiful place to be in. We were taken care of every day we were there and never felt that any questions were an inconvenience. The team were all very forthcoming, hospitable and accomodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in period and were given mint tea and something to eat before being taken to our room as it was already prepared.
Their level of professionalism, diligence and care should be an example to the hospitality industry and their employer should be proud of their team.
The location is absolutely fantastic, walkable distance from all the sites, restaurants, squares, a stone's throw from the Tinsmith Square where you can easily access taxis.

Stayed 4 nights at the Door Janna and had a wonderful experience. The staff were beyond helpful, the property is beautiful and my room could not have been more comfortable. I was fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade on arrival and felt welcome and looked after as a solo woman traveller. Breakfast was also very good. The location was great as even though it’s in the medina it was only a short walk to a taxi rank. There were also many attractions, souks and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely be staying at Door Janna when I return to Marrakech.

We stayed here for 7 nights and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and it felt like home during our stay. We booked a suite and were given the Frangipanier room which was incredible. Large size with a sofa and four poster bed, huge bathroom with separate shower and also a huge bath. The room also featured a small fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed crepes, fruit and yogurt and they also catered for my husband's gluten allergy which we notified of in advance, and he also had fresh cakes, breads and omelettes along with fresh orange juice and coffees etc. This was something we really appreciated along with the kindness of the people working there, who were always helpful, friendly and attentive. The location is on a safe street just off one of the main Souk's and is only a few minutes walk to taxis too, so it's a very central location. Despite the location, it was always peaceful and quiet inside. This Riad also had a lift / elevator, which is incredibly useful if you struggle with stairs. It's been recently renovated so is modern but maintains the Moroccan charm too. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle!

If you are going to Marrakesh then stay here. This Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff are brilliant — nothing is too much trouble snd they are super helpful. The location could not be better as you are in the Medina and are within 5 minutes walking distance to lots of fantastic restaurants such as Otto, Dar Dar, La Pergola. Breakfast at the Riad is delicious, rooms are spotless and have the most efficient air con. The roof terrace is great it you want a couple of hours in the sun. We stayed in a deluxe room which was extremely well appointed. There are 10 rooms in this Riad all are stunning and the central courtyard is an oasis of calm.

This is lovely little hotel that is very well finished with great beds and bedding. Despite being in the Medina and a short walk between the 2 main squares if was incredibly peaceful. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. The lady that did breakfast up on the sun terraced was lovely as was the guy on reception, sadly I’ve forgotten his name as I would have liked to name him.
Personally, if his boss is reading he came in shift at 16:00 on the 28/3.
Please note there is a lovely little Spa as well where you can get a massage and some other treatments.
I can’t recommend this hotel too highly. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

5 stars. From the moment we entered the traditional wooden doors, we were greeted with a warm welcome and lovely Moroccan tea. The interior was a serene oasis, with modern art and a mixture of a classic morrocon style and the calming sound of a central courtyard fountain. The room was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff at the riad were incredibly attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything. Breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with freshly made pastries.
The riad's location was perfect—tucked away from the bustling streets, a short walk to the main attractions like Jemaa el-Fnaa. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Riad with beautiful hosts. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. We felt very comfortable in the rooms which have a modern yet morroccan inspired decor. Breakfast was lavish. The facilities and rooms were all very clean. Perfect location for the medina. A restful hideaway in a busy city.

A brand new Riad in a good location. The rooftop area was perfect for sunbathing when it wasn’t too hot, and the bedroom was fully equipped with everything we could need (including very fluffy dressing gowns! ). I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay and relax in Marrakech.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful new riad very well located in the heart of the Medina. Our room was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the sunny terrace with a view on Marrakech roofs. We relaxed in the cosy library and loved the decoration of the lobby and patio.
