They notify that the firm is until 12… we asked what if they served a la carte and mentioned that yes.
Then they come out that they can not enable the menu of meals until everyone in the
Restaurant finish breakfast.
It's not a food buffet for both of you to get in the way…
A disaster the logistics of the dining room.
More than 40 minutes for some chilaquiles and scrambled egg.

Despite excellent service, they dare in the middle of the pandemic to throw a party without measures of healthy distance with too many people in the area that is for guests and who must be perfectly sanitized. Zero establishment responsible. They should close places like this. How sad that Habitat group has such an irresponsible representative.

The service wasn't amazing. We ended up talking to the manager to get the service you will expect for a place like this. They didn't have valet parking! Again it took a call to the managers to take our cars! Food was Ok.

Buen hotel para visitar, terrible para descansar/hospedarse. El personal es amable y competente, las instalaciones y recamaras son bonitas pero nunca he dormido tan mal en un hotel. Las paredes son de carton y puedes oir todo lo de las habitaciones vecinas. Dentro de la habitacion misma el ruido de fondo es constante, como un microndas… si se prende el aire es como estar en un avion. Vas a necesitar que se prenda ya que no hay ventanas que se abran o ventilacion adecuada.

The taste of the food is quite good. The facilities are very clean and very well organized. Prices are moderately high but worth it. The view from the terrace is very nice. No one can argue, the place is beautiful. The design is unique and the location is super convenient. Sadly, service is poor. I asked repeatedly for things that never came. Amenities like the pool are 3 starts at best. Steam room and jacuzzi never worked during my stay. I have to mention that for the price you pay, they really should allow high speed internet, it is so slow is ridiculous.

I had an amazing weekend at this hotel. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms super comfortable and modern and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, just complaining that the jacuzzi takes a while to warm up and in the mornings as it does not give you completely the sun is cold, but from the mid day and warm and is very nice. The continental breakfast is very good!
Would go back no problem to this hotel! Plus it has very good location.

A good place to spend a luxury night with a beautiful view and good menu in your restaurant. You can attend the restaurant separately. High prices but they are worth it.

If I had to define the purifier it would be with the word vertigo. The vertigo according to Wikipedia is an illusory or hallucinating sensation of movement of the objects that surround us or of our own body, usually a sense of turn.
From the typography in the logo to the concept of the hotel has to do with it. The glass stairs to ascend to upper floors or the terrace from the pleasant lobby are part of this vertigo: a great idea to make an everyday act an experience.
The same need that makes me look for salsa valentina when there are fries is the one that makes me think of pools when there are sunny days. So I came here, because some potatoes make me inexplicable without salsa and a warm day needs a good pool to exist.
I was told it was a swim lane but for me it has enough dimensions to be swimming pool (I have been in hotels that say they have pool and do not reach Jacuzzi) you will not find another better than this in the center of Puebla.
The best thing is that you don't have to stay in order to make use of the facilities. There are Yoga Saturdays on the terrace. For 200 pesos per person includes vegetarian brunch, yoga class and use of the facilities: swimming pool, sauna, steam. What more can you ask for?
There are other events and activities, you can take a drink while enjoying some free screening in the lobby, there are poolparties, restaurant.

Great place we were not staying the normal buffet nothing extraordinary, but well everything clean and fast the price seemed fair. If I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice hotel and restaurant has a quiet atmosphere with minimalist style the pool in the bar gives you an amazing view just like the fireplaces the service in the restaurant leaves a little to be desired but overall well the costs are accessible for what Offers is located very close to the Zócalo of the city of Puebla.

Everything was excellent except for the dessert as it was too sweet. The service was fast and very warm, the atmosphere was romantic and chord for the occasion.

At Hotel La Purificadora I visited a friend and have some. Good time drinking at the bar. I have not had the opportunity to stay at the hotel, but the time I spend at the restaurant was incredible, the people that was working there were really nice, the entire crew was incredible, and the place is really beautiful. I hope to be there again soon and to have some rest at the hotel.

Amazing, magic, cosy place! great localization — just 3minute walking from the center.

The hotel has a nice architecture and decoratio. However the acoustic is terrible! If there is a party in the bar or restaurant, you will hear it in your room! I had to call reception 5 times to complain about the noise until the party finished at 2AM. Also towels in the room were old and even teared appart. The pool was also broken and not working. Finally, if you go during winter you will suffer a lot with the cold weather since the common spaces of the hotel are open. Avoid La Purificadora for staying the night, maybe just go to grab a drink to see it.

Very overpriced place for the rooms it offers although it has a peculiar design, the armchairs were stained the lamps do not work well, they use physical keys lack of modernity pool lousy conditions 0 heating in it or cleaning, Lousy gym receptionists unkind friendly and friendly buttons in the area, overall I would not recommend it more than for one night and that by the atmosphere that generates its unique fireplaces in the lobby bar outside of that lousy place there are better deals in the city And with better services and prices.

Very disappointing!
I know this hotel very well, had the opportunity to stay there, have dinner and drinks several times now, I absolutely loved the place until my recent Saturday night stay in the suite. It isn´t worth booking the suite on Saturday, it is incredibly noisy! Couldn't sleep at all untill 4.30pm because of the convention center next door. The reception team said it would be noisy only until 2.00am … not 4.30am, when you need to rest it makes a huge difference.

Great character and service, the age of the building and its construction make it a little noiser than a modern hotel. You are very well located near the city centre.

The hotel has good location, is very central, you can walk to the cathedral and has a shopping square. The garden is nice and you can take very good pictures on it. The service is good and the rooms go according to the price.

Worst hotel in my life! Over 100 decibels of noise till 3am from convention center next door. Permanent hearing damage range. Please save yourself. Regardless of pro forma note warning you of noise. Lawyers are happy. Damn the guest.

Uncomfortable that in all rooms, the separation of the bathroom is only glass, no privacy.
In addition the walls must be thin as you hear about the surrounding rooms and people in hallways.
Otherwise it is a very nice hotel in very good location.

The restaurant is amazing, the food is top notch and the food presentation is very well thought out. I think they could set the place a bit with light music but overall we liked it a lot.

I would not recommend the staff anything friendly, they are not polite, expensive for what the hotel is, they put out the campfire to get us out of there, the food expensive and nothing rich I would not recommend. They are despots and Groceros.

The location and construction is luxury, however the rooms are of modern type, which breaks a bit with the architecture and the idea of taking vacations in province. The price indicated continental breakfast, however is limited and you have to pay for more dishes. The price seems excessive compared to the services of the hotel that are not included, for example the Jacuzzi is shared, the doors do not close well, and there is a strange mixture of modern and old that does not curd. I think there are better options for tourism, I would recommend it for young people.

The service is acceptable did not have the tequila that was Ennsu letter and ended up giving me another, that the last time I went that's why I put four stars, the last time was good.

Today I was in the bar, in general I think this place was great, but my only suggestion is improve the service of entry. In general I love this place.

The hotel is very nice but very cold. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot water takes a long time to get out in the shower and the temperature changes from hot to cold all the way. The restaurant well, nothing spectacular in space or food. The pool has no boiler, plus the entire terrace was closed for a VW event (which we never got notified). The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city centre.

Beautifully designed. Practicality was not a main concern for the architect. Looks were. Fine with me. Great and central location yet quiet. Really good food, friendly but exceptionally slow service in restaurant even if empty. Rigid rules (lunch menus can be ordered from 1pm, not a minute earlier, you cannot pay your room at 7 am if you still have a packed suitcase in your room, it must be totally empty… etc, etc). For the price, just a continental breakfast and no breakfast buffet available during weekdays was unexpected, but, to be fair, it was clearly described on the website. So no real surprise but still stunning. Only hotel I have ever been in Mexico that quotes room prices in US-$. Would I go again? For short stays only.

This would be an amazing place if it was cheaper, the restaurant is very good (place/food) And even if you are not a guest you can have a drink in the terrace by the rooftop pool and with nice music and drinks.

The service was some of the best I have experienced. They catered for our family perfectly and anticipated our needs, organising a bed for the kids in our room. We had such an enjoyable stay that we decided to stay another night. Comfortable, chic and well appointed. Recommended.

The terrace is a perfect place for an afternoon of relaxation lounge.
