I can only rave about the professionalism and quality of customer service. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and it felt like a dream. From the pool upstairs to the quality of mole poblano at the restaurant downstairs, this hotel was the perfect respite after walking through Puebla for several days. I forgot a pair of very expensive headphones in the room, and they worked with me to get them sent back. Incredible.

CASAREYNA is your luxury home away from home. Located in the heart of old downtown Puebla this is a gem of a boutique hotel with the best kept secret in traditional Mexican Poblano cuisine. The architecture and views of the city are breathtaking, the cocktails are on point, the uniquely designed rooms are a luxury stay and the flavours of their dishes are honestly the best in Puebla. It has become a tradition to always stop by in each of our trips back home. Making it become the first that comes to mind for our family, friends and everyone that asks me for a recommendation in my hometown of Puebla. Thank you CASAREYNA for keeping traditions alive!

No tuve el privilegio de conocer el alojamiento, pero el espacio de eventos es muy destacable, aunque no el más deseable en noches frías o de lluvia. El estacionamiento se basa en valet parking, la decoración es hermosa, con mucha talavera a la vista y una amplia tienda con más piezas en exhibición.

Hotel boutique muy bonito en el centro de Puebla. Súper buena ubicación y el precio esta excelente. Muy limpios los cuartos, grandes, y el servicio es muy bueno. El restaurante del hotel es buenísimo y se llena bastante!

I went only to the restaurant, I can comment on what I consumed as it is Chile's season in nogada I went to try and the truth is very good they give you your certificate and bring you apart a little more nogada to put it. In terms of flavor it's one of the best I've ever tasted and if you notice that the ingredients are fresh so to speak. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you know Puebla is a good place to eat and stay and then on foot is the Zocalo and many tourist places of Puebla.

It has a very good location and the food is delicious. In particular I would recommend the sea and land, beef fillet and tuna accompanied by potato puree and sauce. The service and atmosphere are excellent.

The restaurant cuisine is excellent, it's definitely still my favorite. 100% recommended. The Chiles in Nogada are delicious. Advance booking is recommended if you do not want to wait for availability this season.

Nice place, good food, very good service. Well I ate this time Chile en nogada one of the most typical dishes you can eat in this season, really good dish well served and balanced flavours / ingredients. You have to taste it. If you don't eat too much well, better don't ask for an appetizer, salad or soup this is enough.

As a recommendation it would be great if they had a special area for families with small children or a special area for those who did not enjoy the cries and cries of babies.
I understand that it is normal for kids to be noisy but I really do not enjoy it when I want to share a good time with my husband.

Excellent place to taste typical food problana, the attention is good and the place is very nice. In relation to prices, you must be prepared for any eventuality. I give two B's (GOOD And NICE because it is not CHEAP yet it is worth it and much)

We had a wonderful time at Casa Reyna, our room was beautiful and luxurious, exactly what we were after. It made our stay in Puebla super comfortable.
Our flight had been delayed at the last minute and we ended up being very late to check in. Much to my relief the staff were very accommodating and helped everything go smoothly.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to a bunch of activities and places to see (the Zocalo, the Biblioteca Palafoziana, Museo Amparo, Capilla del Rosario, Mercado el Parian and Artist Quarter etc), which made walking around the city a breeze – it being really easy to use the Hotel as a hub each day for our excursions.
The pool’s great, the restaurant was great, and I don’t really have anything negative to say about it.
If I had to nit-pick, having the hotel information folder in English as well as Spanish may have been helpful, however when travelling overseas you’ve got to expect to deal with local languages so that’s not actually a problem.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and I would absolutely recommend Hotel Casa Reyna for anyone looking to visit Puebla.

For me one of the best restaurants in puebla, excellent taste, attention and service you dishes of the season are his specialty, highly recommended but that if there is to make reservation as it is very defendant on the weekends.

Beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities. Rooms were very spacious, pool area very comfortable and easy to access, and even space to go for a run on the roof! Breakfast was also fantastic. The staff seemed a bit snobbish but that's about the worst I can say about the hotel. It's not super central, but not more than a 10min walk to the center.

It eats very good mole. Very good service. The place is very nice. It is very well located just outside the center. Very rich all the desserts we tried. The price is very cheap for how rich and nice the place is. I recommend it widely.

I went to the restaurant, it was delicious, one of my favorites restaurants in Puebla. Try the combined desserts it's a little bit of different desserts and the trufa mini cake! Amazing main dishes and fair prices!

The food is good, but not extraordinary. The service was very friendly and helpful. There are no baby changers in the bathrooms in the backyard.

It is a great place to eat and have a nice time. The costs are relatively high, others are worth it. Recommending that, if you decide to be in one of the open areas, fill a sweater or something warm, as there is growing airs and that can make a little uncomfortable in the food. The breakfast on the weekends is how great the place has. Good Advantage!

One of the finest hotels I've stayed in throughout the world. The staff has done everything for my comfort. The laundry service folds and irons and places things on hangers all for a minimal price. The rooms are spacious, clean and the ambiance is calming. I used their daybspace services and restaurant and both were top quality. I am a solo traveler visiting for a week in a four month tour of Mexico. This hotel is a true golden find.

Beautiful hotel with numerous courtyards. The quality of food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Location-wise, it's an 8 minute stroll to the Zocalo. The room acoutrements were inconsistent: some had coffee makers, some had mini-fridges, etc. The hotel bar was never open during my stay and the restaurant closes fairly early, fortunately Frida's is across the street in case you need to relax with a drink after a long day of exploring.

The place is beautiful! Everything clean and the food well served, although being frank I have come to eat richer in other places… Except for the Chiles en nogada, for me they are the best they sell in Puebla! It is worth going to try them in season. Hostesses to enter the restaurant gave me the impression of being annoyed, they showed a little arrogant with some tourists who had no reservation, that I did not like, that is why I do not put 5 stars.

This hotel has a great location in central Puebla. Its service is of quality and the case, specifically of the restaurant, if you want to eat in couple, with family or with some rwunion of work festivity is an excellent option. The foods they serve are exquisite and with very good taste. It is a refined place but it is not necessary to attend gala, presentable is enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, very clean and well maintained. By the logos placed around it appears Audi either owns it or has some influence. Prices for room and in restaurant are very reasonable (I’m from USA for reference point). Food in restaurant is good, as is service. Other than in rooms the facility is open air (unheated/cooled). Not really a problem since that’s how Puebla rolls, but dress accordingly! I’d definitely return to this hotel.

A great place especially for visitors from out of town, great service and a very good kitchen, the problem is the proper parking which is insufficient and forces you to leave your car in the parking lot of the commercial center nearby. Highly recommended to make reservation first.

The restaurant is very nice and cozy, has a quite complete menu with typical dishes of Puebla, well presented and with very good taste. The decoration is colonial type and you have the option to be in covered area or on terrace.

Indeed, if it is one of the best restaurants in Puebla for its gastronomy, as far as the service of hosts are very PIPOPES, they see you from head to toe to see if you are worthy of their service. Their waiter service is friendly but they lack to be more attentive. Out of there, I always return to this place because its menu is excellent, it covers almost all the traditional poblano dishes and they have fantastic seasoning.

The food is very good but the service at the reception was somewhat disorganized. We got the reservation as 20 minutes after. We never went periquera for the children.

Casa Reyna hotel is a tasteful, that has a restaurant with mexican food varied, with good dishes and fair prices. I recommend especially the dish with tongue and shrimp accompanied by a wine Casa Reyna. This restaurant is very popular so I recommend to make reservation to not wait a long time for a table.

I've been doing meetings with doctors and very bad service, waiters ask them something and takes, you ask another and among them are responsible one to another that bring you what you ask, in the end after half an hour or more they don't give you the coffee that you asked, they are wrong in what you ordered, billing for two late breakfast four days and many anger to get me by phone was dreadful, no answer and if they answer always say that do not hear well, Miss making gross bills and also has a severe problem of attention, she spells the rfc by repeating what I said and the last points so badly. The place is nice but all the others, the terrible waiting its unique efficiency didn't it charge gratuity.

In my visit to puebla met many restaurants it disappointed me, was supposed to be the best and was the worst, change of chef.
