I loved very comfortable, super rich beds, very spacious bedrooms, very rich breakfast, very attentive staff the best pet friendly.

This is just a beautiful place to stay, it has a store for buying everything you need at the night, and its location is perfect just a few minutes frome the center of Puebla.

Lousy experience. They gave us a very bad room. The bed sounded exaggerated with any movement. Lack of cleanliness and the hot water only lasted a few minutes. I booked a room for 3 and got one for 2 with a double bed. The real price of the hotel was less than Booking, even with "promotion" (false publicity).

VERY regular room. The beds squeak too much. Hot water's going too fast. We booked for 2 people and one baby and only got a double bed and a small room. Bad experience. Not recommended.

The place is very nice, classic meets the necessary, the service is very good. A very safe, central, clean place. They are very attentive all, they accept pets at extra cost. It has parking. We really like to go to Puebla as walking you get to the most important points of the city and there is a nearby Tianguis for breakfast.

Está muy bueno este hotel, muy cómodo y hogareño.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor! la habitación es cómoda y las instalaciones buenas, ya que antes fabricaban adornos de vidrio el lugar es bastante pintoresco y lo mejor es que aceptan a tu mascota! (por un precio de 200 pesos) esta a sólo 2 cuadras del centro y de el callejón de los sapos, en la esquina puedes encontrar un oxxo y cuenta con estacionamiento propio, el personal muy amable y el desayuno Delicioso! ampliamente recomendado:)

A colonial place, both the hotel and the neighborhood. Sunday Flea Market to a street. Live music on Sundays. Excellent service! The only problem is the Franeleros, if you don't give them money before, they're rude. The hotel has its own parking. I liked it a lot.
