Very nice place and a excellent care, however the bathroom had a very strong smell of humidity and that is passed into the room.

Well-located Hotel in central Puebla. It Is very economical and has TV and Wi-Fi. It Is an old building with the discomforts that it could have for some people. It'S fine for a short business stay. The attention is kind. It Is recommended to bring towels because the Dan are very young.

For the price it is spotless, it smelled clean, the bathroom neat and with hot water, clean towels though small. And they have several Wi-Fi router. If you have a low budget is ideal also for the location.

Nicecplace to stay, near centro historico in puebla.

Went to visit Puebla and Africam Safari so we decided to stay here because is near every where.

Good side: Economic, close to down town and plenty of services around, good cleaning service, always on time. Bad side: They don't give towels, you've got to ask them every time at reception, the water pressure it's too low, and the beds are squinky, the rooms don't retain noise, so you can hear the talks on the next room pretty easily. Overall it's a nice place if you want something cheap and don't care for luxury.

Is not the q you see in the photos, only the lobby is the real, pesimo treatment for foreigners, bad customer service, I will return to puebla, but fixed to this hotel not.

A great location near the centre of town and the market square area. Its close to the street with the banks on it and not too far from some good eateries. The views from the rooms are good (depending where your room is) and its nice to be able to see above the roof tops. The hotel rooms are fairly standard and are a little dated furniture wise but it has everything you need and they are clean. All in all a good place to rest your head.

Anyone looking for a cheap possibility to Stay overnight, you will find it here. Rooms are clean, but not a feast for the eyes. Standard Breakfast consists of 2 slices of hard Toast with Butter and jam. Staff hardly speaks English. In my opinion not a 4 star Hotel…
