Bad experience, the super hard beds, we went in the hallway and we were silenced a sheet behind us, in addition to the air conditioning of the old rooms makes noise like an airplane turbine and does not let sleep. At the time of bathing at 7 am there was no hot water, no doubt they lack much maintenance nothing to do with their hotels in Guanajuato capital and Leon.

Nice front the rooms are small out dated and the bed are supper hard only good thing is it’s right of the main road way and has ok parking which is hard to find in Mexico.

It is the first time we have come to this hotel, we have been through SLP many times and had gone to other hotels.
we found it very nice, very complete and the food excellent, we will continue to arrive at this hotel. We come from Monterrey, N. L. Very nice facilities. I recommend it.

Which is a good place and good service.

For events I do not recommend it. Today I went to an event and the breakfast was not good, the coffee and food so tasteless that most people left it. I suggest you consider changing your cheff or your cooks. That's if the waiter service was very good.

The concept what we have in this hotel, is very particular; since which we have visited others of this brand and really, have a high commitment to guest service, as we feel at home, the facilities, its cleaning and hygiene, the quality of their foods are the best for prices and rates. The facilities need upgrading, the pool is a sadness, quite dirty and contaminated. The cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired.

We urge a total renovation to the rooms, is lagging behind, it is excellent hotel, very helpful staff and a restaurant with good dishes and excellent price, the negrito in the rice, the rooms of the 80s.

Good Hotel to rest, has several rooms at good prices and in good condition all its facilities. The staff were Very friendly and attentive. As far as the restaurant is not so good the food, can improve.

Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, además de que la comida del mismo es súper buena, porciones acuerdo al precio. En general el servicio es muy bueno.

I really liked the hotel, just the noise of the cleaning cars a little early for my taste, for the rest very well.

The hotel already has its years in tow but has good maintenance, the rooms are located in front of a large garden, the hotel is in an area of quick access to several parts of the city, offers standard quality at a reasonable price, quiet to go to rest, become cold by the part of the city where it is located.

Getting to this hotel is simple, it is close to the historic center but is removed from the shopping squares. The rooms are very nice and the service is very friendly. For professional social events it is a very practical hotel, has secondary rooms with very good acoustics (for conferences) and its Convention Center is quite large.

Nice older hotel, with lots of personality and friendly people running it. Conveniently off the highway, with a few food and drink options nearby. Do NOT accept animals, I wouldn't count in them taking a service animal either. You aren't in the USA anymore so don't expect to be protected by all the "rights" of animal companions. The room was a bit dated, but everything worked fine, I would stay here again. Secured parking in rear, tight parking lot not RV or vehicle plus trailer friendly.

Great place to stay. Very spacious and clean rooms (no carpets so there is more cleaning) the restaurant is simple but enough. The rate is very economical. Good value for money.

This hotel is a good option to reach the city of San Luis, the service is attentive and cordial, has all the facilities to organize a work meeting, in my opinion the facilities are already a bit old should renovate the facilities, invest in modernizing the rooms as they look many years the mattresses are too hard and old.

The Hotel already has its years on the slopes but it has good maintenance, rooms facing a large garden and in a fast access area to various parts of the city, offers standard quality at reasonable price, quiet.

The most advisable are the nopalias with pork meat. A delicacy! No photo because they were delicious and they ran out before.

The Place is very clean and quiet, but the food is not its strong well presented but without flavor or seasoning, on my second day of stay I disappeared the cell phone charger.

It Has a very practical location because it is close to the center. Its rooms are quite comfortable and have enough space, the food, likewise, is quite good and give a very good service. It Is A place that I recommend as the stay is nice.

They Did Not Respect the reservation because we were supposed to arrive an hour after the hour of entry, when we actually reported our delay. When reading the other comments I realize that this is not the first time that they do, this suggests a problem with the woman in charge of reservations that does not pass the information to the receiving system. The Hotel is something old but comfortable. The Maids from ten in the morning are bothering to enter to clean although reports not being disturbed. The cleanliness could improve, the maids seem to just enter to change sheets. The food in the cafeteria are not the best, but they are good.

This is very bad. The air conditioning did not cool. You do not have plugs to connect laptop and cell phones. The pillow net seems to be filled with socks. The mattresses are horrible. Poorly lighted. No privacy.

It is a pity that a chain is as prestigious as the Hotel Real de Minas, has a service so poor and bad as the San Luis Potosí. Is lost the things personal of them guests, bad quality in the food of service to quarters and total neglect to them guests. Very, but very poor service. Terrible, don't come to this hotel.
