Very bad service ice reservation I was asked for my card to see the available rooms. I stayed in another hotel because they were already full. The day after I saw that I was charged without staying there in that hotel. People do not give their information of their card x q even q do not ospeden there they were ban to charge these moments clear I told them q I only wanted to see as soon as I left a room and never stay there and even so they charged me 2 quarter of 126 dollars x quarter that way to scam the jente this was in DIC be very careful with your information with this company RATA.

Apparently clean the beds until we found a bedbug! And one of the rooms, never made the toilet! Bathrooms full of mold! More cleaning please! Those if the food of the delicious buffet, the waiters who serve coffee nor peel you!

The hotel staff was not attentive. I went to enquire and nobody paid attention. May be they are overbooked and don't need customer.

I have stayed here twice while in SLP on business. I really like the well-manicured and safe courtyard. The food in the restaurant is always good. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable and quiet.

I attended the event ExpoBoda 2018, I have attended previous years and the general logic is that they should improve, but on the contrary worsening, in my opinion in corporate image and marketing, to save on staff is a decontrol and I do not know guide the event, to offer More places for advertisers make a 2 meter hallway a market ticket. I was only a few hours attending a business and rent a car in a local right there. Staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel looks clean and everything in order.

The facilities are nice, specially the garden. It has a heated pool and two big playgrounds for children. However the rooms on the old building were not nice. Carpet was very dirty that it stains your socks only by standing on it. The rest of the room was clean but the ambiance feels gloomy and old. On the positive side the buffet on Sunday was amazing. Great variety and yummy.

They get 5 stars in my book, My wife two kids and my self were picked up from the airport in a timely manner. I was very pleased that they made way to drop us off at the Bus Station as our journey continues on to other sites. STAFF were Outstanding very good job. I would highly recommend them they will make sure to satisfy your needs. Great job guys.

A bit disappointed from the gym… On the pictures they showed a Smith machine. Looks like they took it out. Besides that, very nice hotel. Good for dining. Breakfast not so thrilling but ok.

Stayed for 2 days on business. Decided to walk back from Chili's down the road and was robbed at gun point. Went directly to the front desk to report the incident. They seemed like it was no big deal. Called the police but told me in order to file a report I would need to go "downtown" with the officers. The actual robbery happened within 40 ft of the parking lot and our group thought it was possible the items taken from us could have been dropped. The police nor anyone from the hotel would walk over to the area to see if any of our belongings were there. I will NOT be traveling to this area as the front desk clerk told us "you should not walk around here, it is very dangerous". I warn all traveling to this area on business to be careful and avoid this area if at all possible.

The food is pretty good, the place is so comfortable, waitress and the hole personnel are so polite. I really enjoy it, just need more options for choose. If you drink alcohol you should ask for a "Piña colada", delicious@

Yesterday I was in Theresa for a General Motors training about AMEF. The room and chairs are so confortable, it was a little bit cold but that helped not to fall asleep. The personel attention was excelent!

I stayed at this Holiday Inn because there were many positive reviews. The lobby is nice and so is the breakfast lounge. However, the rooms are horrible. I was given a room on the second level, and when I opened the door it literally smelled like feet and a bathroom towel had a huge yellow stain. I complained and was given another room, and that one smelled as well. The old carpets make the rooms smell. In my opinion, both rooms looked dirty. I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel. This hotel definitely does not compare to the American Holiday Inn standards.

The room was clean, but had a strong smell to humidity. The food at the restaurant is excellent, which is rare for hotels of this type. The business room has two computers, and glued one to the other. It is impossible to work if two people are using them at the same time, which was my case. Recommended only for short trips for work.

The Hotel which I travel constantly, is the height of the Sheraton Ambassador or Camino Real adoc to their geographic area and floating population. Many congratulations.

High prices in restaurant, reserve two rooms and they gave us a room in 40 minutes and the second took 2 hours waiting, each time we are told half an hour more.
It has many green areas, bathrooms are excellent in comfort, and diswno national television only, the room that we had has no privacy in the bathroom (shower doors transparent and without bathroom door) so if you're not coming with partner, is very uncomfortable.
It has good and bad things, but in general it is a good place.
