Quinta Real atmosphere but Hilton service. Close to everything.

Very dirty and stained carpets, I don't want to find out what, useless coffee maker, flies in the room, bad service, dirty pool, weddings throughout the hotel, there are two weddings at the same time, this involves the central courtyard of the hotel with very loud sound until 2:30 in the morning, and people screaming and drunk, you do not rest, and finally, I am a fan of dogs, but if they admit them, there must be thorough cleaning, and there is not, for the cost of the room I expected more. Forget that hotel from those past years, now it is 0 stars. I don't come back.

Beautiful rooms and excellent hotel location.

The place, the attention, the facilities, excellent, the restaurant with good food, but the attention of the lousy bedmen, a bad attitude, do not listen to the flames one and ignore it, I wanted to change table, because originally there were 3 other guests, we wanted a bigger table to move the service, we beckoned to the bediers, even though we saw, Olympically we were ignored, we changed with our means and obvious zero tip.

Favorite hotel while visiting San Luis Potosi. Elegant, beautiful, outstanding, great location, private. Rooms and bathrooms are big and nice. Beautiful sight, the staff is excellent, buffet is delicious with on site gordita making, traditional food, we in just love staying here. Top notch hotel.

We just stayed in the hilton san luis potosi for 8 days. We come here every year for our vacation. And we really enjoyed it. We love this hotel. The service is always exelent. Since we are gold members the breakfast is included and it was delicious. Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Beautiful architecture, I love the paintings and the feeling I would get as I came out of my room and looked over the courtyard. Rooms where quiet and comfy. I look forward to staying there agian soon.

It is a good hotel with good services and attention, unfortunately the restaurant is not good as its offer of dishes is limited, while its presentation and flavor are left to duty, especially for dinner. You should consider that the dinner offer could be better in very close places. There is a small café with good coffee inside the hotel. The rooms are quite good and clean, it has internet included in the price of the lodging. The facilities are nice and the pool is OK.

The hotel is centrally located to San Luis Potosi. Getting there from the airport could take about 30 minutes depending on traffic. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are large. The property itself is beautiful.

La ubicación es algo confusa para llegar, pero hay acceso a una avenida rápida muy cerca. Es buen hotel para estadía por eventos profesionales. Las habitaciones están bonitas y acogedoras. Alberca muy pequeña. El jardín es amplio para eventos al aire libre, aunque está pavimentado y casi no hay pasto.

I'd go 4.5 if I could. This hotel is fabulous in every way — especially food — except for the windows in the room. They usually have curtains over that back wall where the window is but if you look behind it, its just a cheap insecure window. Not that there's a view, mind you, but it does give reason for security concerns. The food is way better than you would think especially the breakfast. Beds are very comfortable and in every way its clean and posh.

The halls and the sound of the main halls make the Hilton a great place for conventions, it never felt crammed and everyone in the room could see and hear what the expositor was saying. The service was good, and my only objection was that my meat was medium rare at best but whatever, it still was good.

Well I dont speak english so good but the rooms and the atention that they give to us was very good… alwats trying to keep us confortable… the location is in a good place of good level where the people works good for their job.

A lovely hotel with very good service. The room was a bit dark for me, but it was very spacious and clean. The restaurant was very good and the room service was good when I was able to effectively communicate what I wanted. The air conditioning was a bit cold blowing on us, but I was very happy to have A/C.

Don't go there on a Saturday night. They have weddings and parties until 3-4am! No seep for business travelers. But they were nice and booked us at the Conrad Hotel instead. Much better there.

Rooms are nice and hotel is pretty. The staff is great. But the air conditioning just does not work. They pump some kind of cinnamon smell into the room that gets old. A few improvements and will get 5 star but right now may not come back.

We had a very stressful day and ended up at the Hilton because of a flat tire on the airplane. The desk staff, bar staff and dining staff all were top notch and soon we were relaxed again and ready to sleep well.

An excellent choice for social events and business meetings. Their service is impeccable and the architecture is very nice. Your only problem is the severe problem of parking and the surrounding buildings that have nothing to stick to the original design of what was intended to be the area and which makes it lose a star.

Although when we were here handled with the name of The Westin, I don't think that has changed much. We went to a congress of Maxillofacial Orthopedics and our stay was pleasant, very comfortable rooms, top-quality service. The conference area had a lot of problems with the audio and the Dr. Wilma Simoes had to give his conference a cappella practically. The breakfast Buffet is excellent albeit somewhat expensive. The funny thing were the neighbors of adjoining rooms, drunk, but cheerful. I was not able to meter or feet to the pool because it was very cold water.

Very bad customer service I asked 4 times for a quote to event and never sent it to should train their salespeople.

The first impression seems to be a good hotel, food very bad, service bad, rooms very old, carpet dirty, overall a hotel of appearances q keeps changing name and it's not worth what it costs. A shame q have the Hilton name.

Very nice hotel and just beautiful. And the beds are pretty comfortable for Mexico standards. Food in restaurant is somewhat expensive however. And if there is a Fiesta going on in courtyard it resonates to all the rooms.

Colonial rooms very well maintained, excellent presentation. The hotel staff does a good job but nothing beyond what brand your responsibilities. Excellent buffet on Sundays. Includes a barbecue is delicious. Located in a shopping area within walking distance of the most important commercial center of San luis Potosi.
