Comfortable rooms, good service, just room monitoring at an inadequate time for guests, as observation should not open the room with guests in it, it is part of the privacy you are looking for in a hotel, other than that all well!

Terrible phone service more than 20 minutes to get a price. If that's how it takes and you're dumped to give you information, I don't want to imagine the service.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. They have room service (! nothing exciting, but very convenient in a pinch). Ramses at the front desk was excellent! Courteous, friendly and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable though a bit small. There is No iron in the room, so it can be more focused on tourism and not so much on business. The Hotel is a bit removed from the center but provides free transportation if requested. Breakfast has the basics.

When you open the room and find a mini-room is surprising but what is most surprising is the aroma you keep, does not have enough ventilation which causes the room has a bad smell. It Also requires a fumigation, I found two beautiful coffee bugs (cockroaches) that when I opened my room to go out to take my breakfast, they very politely entered. Overall it is an old and sloppy hotel.

It's not fancy but the price is very good. The street is somewhat dark but the location in the city is very convenient to move around. Breakfast included.

Very clean and spacious hotel room for new hotels. It has gym. Breakfast is included with the payment of the night and includes egg, stew, beans and chilaquiles. In addition to coffee, milk, juice, cereal, toast, chopped fruit and also some apples and silverware. It has its own parking. They accept payment by card and give electronic invoice.

The only thing bad about the place is its location.

For lack of place elsewhere, this is a good option to stay overnight, work a little thanks to your free wireless network in small but comfortable rooms.
It avoids the rooms of the level of the lobby, especially those that overlook the street, because although they lack of patrimonial security, they have CCTV system and access doors with the key/card to the rooms and to the stairs of the rest of the floors, the bathroom windows have no protection and are only 2m from the street level. There is also an unprotected window from the air conditioning area.
Here, in this locality, they do not have their famous massage shower, a pity.

Accessible cost, includes breakfast served at the 7am. Clean and warm. It has parking, closed circuit security and surveillance.

Parking space is limited, my car had to sleep outside (and the street is not very nice). I ordered dinner and I had to call again, forty minutes later. They didn't bring all my order, so I ended up calling again. They said they could bring the terminal, but they couldn't so they took my card downstairs and that took another 30 minutes and another call. The air conditioning wasn't working, I reported around 8:30 pm, they said somebody would come fix it in 20 min, and guess what… I ended up freezing the whole night. I reported again during the morning at the front desk, they ended up moving me to another room. At least the staff is very courteous.

It is an excellent hotel the rooms are excellent to rest. Despite being close to a main strip it is very quiet, breakfast is good. The only thing to improve is the. Elevator is very small and its parking. From there on out all very well.

Good hotel for a weekend.

Buen hotel que se encuentra sobre la carretera que atraviesa la ciudad. Las habitaciones limpias y comodas. El baño es funcional y el agua caliente sale rápidamente. El desayuno gratuito es pco variado pero con buen sazón. Cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio con caminadoras y bicicletas estáticas. En general es una buena opción para un hotel de paso.

The only bad thing is that if you don't get a parking spot, it's your turn to leave your car on the street. We got street but we didn't have any mishaps. Clean, good breakfast service.

The rooms are spacious and clean and have a small office inside them. The staff were very helpful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the bathrooms if they are a bit reduced.

Very comfortable, this is the first time we stayed there and we really enjoyed it, the way to look for privacy in the JR Suite is excellent, the double door is superb especially if you don't like the noise of the hallways, it will be my first choice in San Luis.

The place is clean nice rooms and tastefully, to spend a night you don't need anything else with weather and safe the room, no restaurant but you can ask room service don't have much on the menu but the basic fruit, juices, salads and sandwiches, as well as cheap beer, the bathrooms are always very clean. It's a 100% smoke-free place. The elevator is very small and peculiarly simple on the buttons but it works well. Breakfast is very simple but it is enough to not leave the hotel without having had any breakfast.

Todo estuvo perfecto solo que fue desagradable que personal del hotel ignoro específicamente quien haya sido realizó el cargo de una habitación extra que no estaba reservada. Nosotros solo reservamos 2 habitaciones y esto se realizó mediante booking. Como sugerencia pongan atención a esto ya que al evento que asistimos se realizará cada año y me gustaría volver a llegar ahí pero con estas situaciones pues realmente es de pensar en regresar.

It is a central hotel one block from the Juarez roundabout and two from the bus station, 10 minutes from downtown. It is a quiet place with a square and Soriana very close.

The hotel is very clean. Although I had a misunderstanding with the stall about a wake up call, text desk clerk made it up by sending a driver to take me to the airport free of charge. I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, if utilitarian. There is no restaurant as the site says. It does have breakfast, not free, and simple room service. They have wonderful people there who go out of there way for you, and limited shuttle service when you pre-book it. Location is not to far from downtown, but not much else under 0.75km that is near the hotel.

The reception was under renovation and there was noise in the morning by the people who were working on the remodeling. Outside of that, good service, good room rate and breakfast very good.

The hotel is in remodeling is going to be good, just that right now was not the best experience.
