When delivering rooms, they delivered rooms very late 4 hours later than stipulated, there was no one who could even give us directions of the room, they had to go through almost all the corridors to find the room, and these full of garbage (very dirty) already in the room in the bathroom the cup all dirty, full of hairs and without paper… TERRIBLE SERVICE, we set aside several rooms but obviously to cancel all, reservation will be made in one that is truly worthwhile and have the right conditions!
WE NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.

Well, there have been several times that I have stayed in this magnificent hotel, I met xq I had stayed but in Rio Verde years ago, they make me a spectacular place, and that the cost is slightly high compared to others in what I had previously, but that small difference is worth it! 🙏😊😃☀️

The service had too many deficiencies. They offered me a room and gave me a very different much more muted and supposedly is from the remodeled rooms. The laminate floor was completely battered in some parts taken off. The air conditioning control had no batteries and the telephone in the room had no line. The second night there were guests scandalizing. They reported to the front desk but did nothing about it.

The rooms offer plenty of space and the food is excellent. The only thing bad is the lack of better signage to guide guests (it's hard to get lost but if you enter employee areas by mistake.

In the reaturant as the machine did not charge by card and took my credit card to the box, the next day and had Internet shopping charges, used my card to shop, is the only place I lost sight of my credit card.

Anteriormente me habia quedado ahi siempre todo parecia tener un muy buen Servicio pero hoy me atendieron muy mal y hoy en la mañana me dijeron que habia amplia disponibilidad y no me quisieron reservar.

Good service, average accommodations, and clean facilities. Breakfast buffet is well worth it. Wi-Fi is fast. Hotel is right off the highway close to bus terminal.

I went to an event and I was in the room they have, it's very big and the event was great.

Nuestra visitar al Hotel María Dolores fue de negocio. Donde nuestra reunión fue en las sala empresarias que se encuentran arriba del restaurante. El jefe de meseros y el personal del servicio nos facilito el acesso y la guía a los lugares Quedamos muy satisfecho del servicio y la instalación.

The rooms are quite simple but spacious. The people are quite nice and the food quite good. A very variable collection of colours and flavours. Only bad thing walls are quite thin and furniture could besos better.

The hotel was pretty good but expensive. You can get something similar for cheaper. The location was located next to a busy street. The food was average. The customer service was okay sometimes they forgot you requested service. The rooms are big and they bathroom is modern. The Wi-Fi was terrible.
