Good location, to be such a small hotel have very good amenities, safe, comfortable and the rooms have everything you need like refrigerator, grill, microwave, kitchen utensils etc. The small but clean pool, highly recommended.

Muy buena ubicación, excelente precio. Cuenta con alberca, asador, palapa común con sillones muy bonitos, camastros. Personal muy amable, dan café todo el día. Es tranquilo y está muy bien decorado. Excelente para pasar con amigos o disfrutando de un día sin estres, de manera sencilla.

Acceptable. They could interact a little more with the customers, because it does not feel one the Mexican heat.

This spot was perfect, close to everything, most importantly the fruit and fresh juice market on the corner that we visited multiple times a day! The pool kept us cool, the porches were the ideal way to start and end the day, and being located just a couple blocks past the tourista/gringo avenidas of PDC we felt like we were in a more authentic neighborhood — knowing some basic Spanish is an advantage but not required.

Quiet, clean, large beds, rooms have a mini stove, some utensils and refrigerator.

The staff here is great! The rooms are very clean. The pool is cleaned daily. The hotel has a resident cat named Coco, who will sunbathe with you by the pool. I wish that the rooms had better pillows on the beds though.

Stayed here for a little over a week and the place was great, especially for the price! Walk to the beach! The outside area is great, pool is great, and the surrounding eateries have that local feel to them even though they are just blocks from the beach. Rooms could be a little nicer but for the price you can't do better!

The neighborhood isn't that great, but the hotel itself is really nice with open patios and hammocks for each individual room. The courtyard has a few turtles and a small but nice pool. There is an entertainment area and an outdoor kitchen making this place a unique little hotel. Also it is only 5 blocks from the beach and the touristy areas near it.

After almost 5 years as a resident still GREAT staff and enjoy talking to the guests who come thru here!

Great location, family/pet friendly, not full of tourists, sometimes a bit noisy due to near colectivo station and traffic, close to the beach (cca 5 min by walk), 5th avenue, ADO bus stations, Wallmart, malls, great streetfood everywhere around, big and clean rooms equiped very well (kitchenware), lovely pool, cozy garden with nice trees and pool with turtles :)

Family friendly, quiet, nice staff. Great location off the tourist strip. Lots of cheap restaurants close by. Pool area is great.

What an amazing spot! Such a perfect retreat. Diane and her excellent staff are there to help you with anything, I felt like family. Not only are the beds super comfortable and the pool a great way to cool off after the beach, but the BBQ spot has a amazing thatched roof area for lounging or eating close to down town and the beach but nestled in the best area by tons of amazing food vendors. If your looking for the best tacos (this may sound crazy) but go just a few blocks to the mega parking lot try @kunitacos for a twist on traditional cuisine that will melt in your mouth! We will be back next year! ☺️

It is definitely the best sushi I have ever tasted in my life! Besides that have a perfect environment to stay and have a few drinks after a lovely dinner!
