We came here for our honeymoon March 2020 and it was just what we needed. The pace was relaxing and laid back and the food, entertainment and service was great! I definitely would love to visit again! Special kudos to Ivan, the bartender at the nighttime disco/games room, he was fun and made great drinks! Wonderful memories indeed.

Beach was absolutely amazing, Teresa taking care of our drinks, was spectacular service. Very friendly, prompt professional. Anna in the Seaside grill great service. Daniel at Spa reservations highly recommend. Very nice young man.

This place is amazing! The service here is impeccable! Christopher on the entertainment team is incredible! He takes his job very serious and makes sure the guests have a great experience! Very personable and kind!

Pedro is awesome too! He works in portofino restaurant and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy!
Nataly was a great massage therapist at the spa! My husband said it was the best message he’s ever had!

Such a beautiful resort! The view was breathtaking! The staff was beyond kind! Perfect resort to completely relax. They treated us like royalty the entire week! Great time here. Gorgeous weather and lovely sand on the beach (but beware of jellyfish! ). Loads of lovely staff including Christopher in the Entertainment team!

Overall a medium size facility, but it has everything. The staff is incredible. Mara helped plan my engagement, she is fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough. Food is great, entertainment is awesome, drinks are really good. I plan on visiting again, possibly even to have a destination wedding there!

This is a Beautiful tropical resort for adults. Staff is amazing and very attractive. I definitely recommend this as your next vacation.

top notch accommodations, fun entertainment and great food and drink! The resort is small and it is adult only so it is alot of fun but also can be quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend Secrets Capri and we will be back for a third trip!

There were 2 reasons I chose this resort — it was adult only and it was classed as luxurious.
The adult only aspect was amazing. It was great there were no children, more people used the pool and all the people I met were very friendly.
Although the hotel claims to be 5 star, I would say currently it is less. The rooms felt damp, the air con in the main hotel and restaurants didn't seem to work, the pool needs a revamp as it has mould in it and uneven tiles.
Having said this, the staff were amazing. I found so many of them friendly, caring and people I felt truly cared about the guests. Infact 3 in particular made my trip and by the end of my trip, I wished they lived in England. Christopher and Georgia from the entertainment team were great and took the time to get to know our names and we saw them every day. In fact Christopher has even messaged to check on an injury I sustained. Lizbeth who worked in the Japanese restaurant was the most lovely lady who would always greet people with a smile. She even learnt about my allergies in order to ensure I wouldn't get ill.
Great people, revamp needed to make it 5 star.

Celebrating our three year Anniversary… had a nice time here. Staff are friendly and we enjoyed conversations with some nice guest. The food choices where awesome, nice restaurants to choose from. Day and night entertainment… Enjoy.

This our 6th time to Secrets Resort and 1st time to Secrets Capri. This is a small and amazing resort. The food and staff are amazing. Anything you may need they will go above and beyond.

Absolutely wonderful time there. Everyone was very nice. They made sure everything was taken care of! Highly recommended by my wife and I. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is nice and nice resort just not for young people and if you are looking to relax this is the place. If oh want to have fun this is not the place! Again very nice hotel just attracts an older crowd with memberships.

Had a great time with great food an great service! Every one seem to remember our names and took care of us the whole week we were there. We ended up going to 4 shows while we were there an all were spectacular. The food was always served it's best from the romantic dinner for two, the restaurant to even the buffet. No matter where you were out side by the pool or the beach you could get service. Gadaloupa was our favorite pool side waitress she took care of us most of the trip. They always had activities to do during the day by the pool and even at night. Hugo took care of us when we got room service and even gave us Spanish lessons. Fernando made sure to help make this a trip for us we would never forget. We couldn't thank everyone enough in the staff for helping make this a trip we won't forget!

Great place to honeymoon. I never thought a resort could have such nice people running the place. They truly want to make you happy. Would go back for sure.

We just arrived home from a 6 night stay. What a gorgeous resort! Food was great and the staff make you feel like you are family. I’d love to say thank you to Juan the pool bartender, the concierge staff who helped answer all of our questions, our made Fermin who loving designed our room each day with rose pedal hearts, housekeeping staff who provided a romantic breakfast on our balcony, and brought me delicious nachos Also, the waiters who treated us to an amazing romantic dinner on the beach… hands down the best experience! Second to that we’d like to thank Diana and Tidania, at the Spa, for the most relaxing beautiful massages ever! Top notch! This resort was wonderful and I would go back in a heart beat. Food was great. The only negative was poor service at Seaside Grill. Waiter took forever and served us cold food… however it still tasted great. Overall we loved it!

Great fun time! Events every evening for the guest. The staff are all great and willing to help with any and all. The resort is very nice and clean. All of the restaurants were outstanding with great tasting food, absolutely love all open bars with unlimited free alcohol. The staff were outstanding and very helpful (cant stress that enough), Water activities were great as well including sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, all included except for jet skiing which is a nominal cost. Please remember to tip any and all people/staff that help you out, it may be an "All Inclusive" which it is, everything and all is included, but the staff deserve tips as they do outstanding work going above and beyond. Of course the US dollar definitely goes much further and will help them out. Just this morning before leaving the resort, we noticed how hard staff work to beautify the resort by removing seaweed from the beach and removing debris from the grounds of the previous evenings thunderstorm. Very happy and satisfied from our stay and will definitely stay there in the future!

Love this place ❤❤❤… my hubby and I went there for our vacation and we loved it… it was our first time in Mexico and we can't wait to go back… to start as up on our arrival to the hotel we were greeted with a glass of champagne and a cool towel to refresh from the ride from the airport. The check in went pretty smooth. Afterward we were approached by Nelly who inform us of all the amenities the resort had to offer… from the moment we walked into the hotel till the minute we left everyone was really friendly and treated us with a lot of respect. From the housekeeping to the entertainment they were amazing. Concepcion always did a great job keeping our room clean she even greeted us as we came in and out of the room… and what can I say about the entertainment team. I only have good things to say about them from Rodrigo to Joshi. Berenice is the sweetest she makes sure everyone is having fun and always try to incorporate everyone in all the activities as well as all the other members of the entertainment team… moving on to the food… is delicious from breakfast to dinner and the cocktails they have a great variety and the waiter's were very attentive and extremely friendly… I would recommend this resort to everyone and we would do love to go back ❤

Best vacation to date! We booked a ocean front suite and it was well worth the extra money. The food was amazing, the Icebergs were yummy and being spoiled was appreciated. Our suite is HUGE, it has a balcony with the ocean front view. We would wake up early to watch the sunrise. Which was breathtaking. On the second floor balcony’s you have 2 lawn recliners and a table and chair set. This was perfect for a private beautiful breakfast and some relaxation time away from the pool or down on the beach. Portofino was my favorite place to eat, we stayed for 10 days and we ate dinner here 3 times. We will definitely be back (I guess we have to leave first though huh). I highly recommend buying a table for the shows outside and also purchasing a romantic dinner. They both were AMAZING!

Beautiful white powder beach. Great staff especially Sosa on the beach. Loved Italian restaurant. Great shows especially the Jersey boys and the dance show. Only problem was all the seaweed in the water and that you have no control over.

Medium sized, great ocean views can show Cozumel across the sea, exceptional service and food, events and activities are plentiful and varied, clean, attentive, well thought out spaces to be with others or alone. Highly recommend. Rooms are huge and with travertine flooring, marble/granite bathroom counter, and every room with a balcony or walk out, this is a lovely way to begin and end a day, really any room time! We learned how to roll a cigar from a Cubano's son (he was so knowledgeable and good at explaining). The events each night were well timed and just what you would expect at an all inclusive retort. Our favorite was the Gaucho, his humor and spinning balls of death (no one died), he was so impressive. Others loved the Latin dance lessons, bike tours, Beatles night (another fav with poolside dining! ), and so much more. The all you can eat and drink, top shelf beverages (the friendliest bar tenders, and servers that will walk to the end of the beach and back to bring you as many beverages as you wish). The service is exceptional all the way around. Tips are not required, but because of who we are, when we receive exceptional service, we love to say thank you in a way that matters… money! Took $2 bills with us and while the amazing service didn't change (because improving on amazing is impossible — lol), it was greatly appreciated by both us and them.

Resort was beautiful & well maintained. All of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. All of the amenities were as described & made for a nice trip. Only concern was the abundance of mosquitoes as we were both bitten at least a dozen times, no exaggeration. They provided spray & it largely works, but you better use it because if you don't, you will regret it. If they can better control the mosquito issue, this is easily a 5 star resort.

Nice place. Kept clean all the time. Food is usually good. On the smaller side compared to other hotels, but not a deal breaker. Good beach access with water sports.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Resort is a bit dated and needs some repairs. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Can be a bit warm in areas inside, but it is Mexico.

The best service, best food, best staff. Having a wonderful time. Leaving Fri, Dont ever want to leave. My heart is here, feel like im home everytime I come to Mexico. Hope to see you soon.

Awesome place to come for a nice vacation or a getaway We received great service from the employees and it's a kid free hotel so no running around obnoxious kids. We are definitely coming back next year.

Loved our stay! Very classy place with nice amenities. We stayed in a junior preferred suite with an ocean view. The room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the two of us to make our way around. The only thing we noticed was the tub was a little small for two people but I'm not sure it was made for that anyway. The service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the 24 hour room service is amazing! The food was great as well. Lots of choices in restaurant and food styles. My wife and I don't drink so I couldn't tell you in the alcohol. She does however have celiac disease meaning she cannot have gluten. There were tons of options for her as well and when something was not marked it was easy to ask a staff member and they would quickly check if it was gluten free it not! Very accommodating. They even went out of their way to make her a special dessert she asked for in a gluten free recipe! We loved our stay and definitely plan on returning!

Everyone that works here is wonderful they make you feel special like they are here just for you. Nothing is a problem. My sister and I had a wonderful time and are planning to come back.

This place is awesome! Our first time at this resort and we couldn't have been happier. Staff all very willing to go the extra… to keep patrons happy. Courteous and pleasant, enough spoke English to help us regardless. Food and drink always plentiful, just a waiter away from whatever one could want. Rooms were excellent and concierge on every floor very able to assist with anything. They advertise many gluten free options (I have caeliac disease), I'm sure something slipped thru the cracks, as I got sick for two days, and it was not nice. Very careful in every regard, but it is the first time in many years I got some gluten… and the reaction is swift and unpleasant. No one else in our group of 4 couples had any GI problems. Next time we go… all I can do is trust the people, who always inquired about allergies with every food serving and hope for the best.

Just returned from celebrating our anniversary, great trip on of our best ever! I would definitely recommend this resort. Staff couldn't have been any nicer, helpful and all around professional. The food exceeded our expectations, the entertainment was terrific. Rooms we're well appointed, very comfortable and especially clean. As someone who travels, I don't enjoy sleeping away from home but this place was great. There was nothing that left me questioning our choice to stay here and we'll be back again.

Secrets Capri in Playa del Carmen was a true nightmare! Roberto Andrande ("front desk supervisor") was unprofessional and disrespectful upon my arrival to the hotel! It was my first time visiting Mexico and he thought he could make more money off of us because we were foreigners. He overcharged us even though I had payed for the total amount months prior and refused to give me back a refund. He would not allow us to go into our already payed hotel room until we payed an extra charge of $1, 800. He knew we had no other option as we were foreigners in an unknown country with nowhere to go. DO NOT EVER go here! It will ruin your whole vacation!

The cab driver Hector was very nice. From the moment you walk though the door they are trying to sale you somthing. A better room $150.00 more per day, $80.00 per day to go to a different beach. Idk if I'm staying at the same place as everyone else. The survice, food, and beach are awful the pictures of the beach are old or fake. I can't wait to leave.

Just got back from a destination wedding with my girlfriend, this place is an incredible deal. The staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful. A true five star experience, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a relaxing all inclusive Resort.
