Excellent 2weeks at this hotel second time for us. Excellent rooms, food, all staff brilliant. Oli, tiger, louis and room cleaners. Can not recommend this place enough made us both welcome and feel like old friends.

Wonderful place great food, staff, facilities outstanding. Just witnessed a lovely young Scottish lady guest who was obviously carer for her elderly father who was Irish I think, soo patient with the sometimes loud and difficult gent (bless him) and staff were wonderful even after he had a little accident near his sun-bed discrete and professional no-one even noticed👏👏👏👏👏

This is by far the best resort we have ever stayed at in Mexico The grounds were immaculate, the food was amazing, drinks plentiful, entertainment awesome, and some of the hardest working people I have ever seen making sure every aspect of the resort was amazing! Everyone from the grounds crew, housekeeping, Wait staff, bartenders, Entertainment crew, etc. — were so kind, Always a hello and a smile on their face! We were especially like to thank a few who went above and beyond … Ricardo at Dolce Vita, Ana at privilege, Oliver with H10, Ilsa at Privilege Restaurant, and Enrique our butler! They made this a truly unforgettable amazing vacation and we are already planning our next visit!

I highly recommend this resort. We visited from July 3-8. We were upgraded to a privilege room at check in. Very spacious quiet and clean. The food and drinks were great. The activities throughout the day were so much fun. I really enjoyed the nightly shows. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return.

Staff are amazing and the complex is so well cared for. Only downside, for me, was the choice of food for vegetarian and vegan was very limited, labelling was poor and segregation of implements non-existant.

Amazing adults only spa resort. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon there. Staff are very friendly, always helpful and with a smile. Perfect location if you want to stay away from overcrowded high rise buildings in Cancun. Highly recommend 😃❤️

Great food and an awesome resort. Rooms were nice and air conditioned well. The pool was a little warm but it's so hot here I didn't expect much else. The beach access was small but it didn't matter because I visited durring off season. I would recommend this resort for the price we got it at, but there are better ones in the area.

Ocean Maya is a great place for an affordable vacation (or honeymoon in our case). The whole resort is very accommodating and the activities are fun. The food is good and the drinks are great. I wish that mosquitos didn't exist, but other than that it was fantastic! It's only missing the last star because there are obviously more luxurious resorts — but for a 4 star place, it gets a 10/10!

My partner and I spent 7 days and 8 nights at Ocean Maya Royale in June of 2018. This was our second all inclusive resort experience. We did upgrade to the privilege package and I would say it was worth it for the top shelf alcohol brands, faster drink service in the beach areas, private lounge with fabulous tapas that are available between meal times, and 24/7 room service. The hotel has 1 buffet style restaurant that serves all three meals every day, and four other restaurants open for dinner. The buffet dinner style rotated every day of the week with some nights being better than others. Avoid the buffet on Friday night if you don’t want to see a full dead pig. As a vegan I was able to eat moderately well. The employees were understanding and able to make substitutions for me as needed. I do think having the privilege tapas options helped here (I often ate guacamole and chips for lunch). The room was well kept. Though the privilege rooms are furthest from the beach area, I enjoyed our garden view and I got to watch the deer on the property from my window more than once. The animals on the property always brought a smile to my face. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable and laid back. This is not the hotel for big parties or rowdy spring breakers, it is a very calm atmosphere with a majority of the guests being couples. We booked one excursion through Margarita and could not recommend her enough.

Everything about this trip was amazing. This was a trip for my daughter and I. From the moment we stepped into the hotels entrance and was greeted by Daphne everything from that point on was first class services and accommodations. We stayed in a privileged suite and everyone went above and beyond their call of duty of course Daphne with her amazing customer service skills. Then their was Adrian who made our stay amazing. Javier was so entertaining we will definitely be going back. Great services above and beyond!

The location is 30 minute drive from the airport. The resort is secluded from the main road with 24/7 security. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful throughout the trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. The beach/pool area are tons of fun with lots to do. The food at the buffet are great and the selection for sit down dinner restaurants are enough for a 5 day stay at the resort. Unfortunately when I went the weather was miserable during my stay and I'd had wished the entertainment staff could have hosted more fun events and games for us to play. Otherwise I would highly recommend those to stay here for this price range. You won't regret it!

Great resort. Beautiful and both relaxing and fun. Reasonable price for the stay. Somethings could have been explained a little better. For example heard a lot of people confused how the beach towel system worked. (Which was great once it was figured out) The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish I had known more Spanish to communicate better.

Comfortable hotel in Cancun Mexico.

I liked it. Hospitality service. Food… In the hotel lived until the reincarnation. So the photos of the rooms are not very. It's been a while now. Service and food are still good.

The weather is very nice on the beach, surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna very well kept and clean. The rooms are spacious, cosy and always clean in the mornings, the maid was very attentive leaving decorations with towels in the room.

All excellent, staff a 10 in special Ctistina reception, Francisco de la Playa and the entertainment team always attentive and very nice I recommend to spend a holiday the gardens are beautiful and not to worry more than enjoy, no protocols

I will never forget this holiday in the hotel ocean Maya and Playa del Carmen, the staff was very friendly and what I liked most were the rooms with sea view, cleanliness and always aromatized the room because it always had a rich aroma.

A very nice hotel. As guests we were really well cared for all around, the staff always helpful and extremely friendly. We were very pleased with our room with sea view. For warm or humid days, the good air conditioning helped. For us a really very pleasant hotel.

Gives more beautiful plants. Value for money? If room is only on the floor, due to the high humidity, since former marsh area. The outdoor facilities top maintained, the beach manageable. The road to the highway from the reception is about 10 minutes. You won't get far with German. Mexico is always worth the trip, this hotel?

Great place to stay for an all inclusive vacation. The property is smaller than other resorts but found that to be a good thing when walking around. The grounds were extremely well maintained. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Overall a great stay and experience.

I love this place! They treat you so good. My second time here… definitely not my last! My parents have been here 11 times. The rooms, grounds and beach are beautiful… and the staff is just wonderful. I've been to other resorts in Mexico but this is by far my favorite. I'll be back later this year for sure! … and the food is great too! (Did I mention the top shelf liquor? None of that cheap stuff here! )

A very nice adult hotel. Lots of green spaces, the food is nice. Very quiet at night to rest. The only thing is that the beach is a little small but the pool makes up for it.

I stayed at OCR for 5 days with my partner, and I must say that it was an amazing experience (we just returned today April 7, 2018). The grounds and the hotel is well kept and full of lush greenery and plants. The food at the buffet surpassed our expectations each day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The hotel offers a variety of food options no matter your interest. Additionally, the hotel has a variety of entertainment each night as well as activities during the day. This was my first trip to Mexico, and my stay at this hotel has encouraged me to return. Thanks to the staff for their friendly demeanour and welcoming energy. Kay.

A wonderful stay. Since our arrival the staff very friendly the room clean fresh very comfortable and above all very quiet what we were looking for. I wish to return.

It's very good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the food is good, the liquors are OK. The rooms are very spacious, the natural scenery is beautiful and there are many species of mammals, birds and lizards, q coexist in relative harmony with the guests and the hotel staff. The only sin of the place is Q definitely has no beach. And so there is no beach where one can get. This big problem is solved with the rent of a car and visit the many places Q exist near the hotel.

I stayed for 3 days and the truth is a wonderful hotel, the service excellent the staff very willing to serve from our arrival and to the check out they strived to help us and make us the most enjoyable stay, the first quality food in all Restaurants, the entertainment and the first level night shows, the comfortable rooms with good views, an excellent clean and impeccable, I'll be back soon, thanks for all of Ocean Maya.

A wonderful all inclusive with great staff to help with all your needs. The food was excellent and there are multiple restaurants for a special dinner, if your are not feeling the buffet. Lots of pools and great bars. There is live entertainment every night. A separate clubhouse for kids, and one for teens, with activities all day. The beach is a little disappointing, as there is A LARGE amount of seaweed, but this is the same as all the other resorts along the same stretch. Not much to complain about, if you are going to be staying at an all inclusive in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area, you could very easily do worse.

We have spent our 25th anniversary at this wonderful Hotel. The food is very good and the specialty restaurants are spectacular in service and quality.
The gardens are beautiful, and the best of all is the staff, who are very friendly and always are with a smile. We will definitely go back to the hotel!

My husband surprised me with this trip. I loved every second. Our room was great, we had great service, the pool parties were so much fun. Go on the wave runners & snorkeling! SO MUCH FUN! I love that it is adult only. My suggestion: Buy into the privilege package, it is well worth it! You get a nice wooden bracelet, your own waiter on the beach, your own snack shack, 24 hr room service. Etc. We got treated like Royalty! Love this place, it is beautiful and we cannot wait to go back with a big group next time!

This resort is very nice. There is only limited beach area, which could be covered in seaweed, but that is out of the control of the resort. The rest of the grounds are very nice. There is a variety of wildlife to see. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Never encountered a person not in a good mood! The food was good, several tasty options! The buffet was good and had a lot of variety. Our favorite restaurant was the Blue Moon. Food was excellent there. The only downside we encountered was that there are not enough loungers. Most are taken by 8 in the morning. If you don't get up early you may not get a spot near the pools or ocean.

The grounds were beautiful the entertainment staff at the pool where awesome the food was good the rooms were clean well taken care of and staff was very friendly and helpful. Hector the bartender is the best. He is definitely worth asking for.

This was my first time in an all-inclusive resort, and now I can see why they're so popular. The grounds are big and well manicured, with the nice touch of iguanas and other small animals hanging around the rooms. The restaurants offer a nice variety of good food, there's plenty of activities (some more geared towards older folks, some to the party people), and there's also some good options of you just want to just chill. The beach is not good, though: small, eroded and not really suited for swimming. Service is ridiculously good — everybody is super courteous and friendly. There are minor issues with the hotel's infrastructure. Upon arrival, we had a problem with our room's thermostat, and we got two double beds instead of a king — — they switched us to another room the next day. The new room had a somewhat moldy smell, though. Also I went to use one of the pool showers and it almost fell on my head after I opened the faucet.

Perfect, the hotel is beautiful and especially the staff is at the small care at all times.
No complaints, well choose the date to avoid the invasion of American students and the high heats. Early February seemed ideal.

I don't give him the 5 stars because he doesn't have a beach. And when you come to the Caribbean, to a 5 star hotel, you are looking for a beach.

Eye. When you enter you are assigned a VIP representative who tries to sell you permanently, to the point of tiring, a membership. He's just asking for a 90-minute talk extensible to two hours. An outrage.
I will not go back to this hotel since, as ahead, it does not have beach. They should make room for the water and do beach.

Beautiful hotel, with all the services, excellent restaurants, not very large so makes it comfortable to move within the facilities, very natural with deer and other animals very well kept loose on the premises.

Very nice resort. Nice room, mine also seemed clean. Good drinks, great breakfast, nice beach and pool area. Black and white bar where you can get 24/7 drinks. At the Italian, Mexican and French restaurants you have to book long trousers and a day in advance. Since we only had one day stay, this was a bit stupid… ;)
Otherwise a nice place to spend a good time.

Excellent hotel to rest and disconnect from the routine the hotel is a somewhat reduced complex of space and lacks a beach like other hotels on the Riviera is of admission with age of majority.

Small hotel of 300 rooms. Adults only. We spent the day only to visit. Nice little beach. 2 pools including one quiet. Only downside, will have to renovate soon.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this resort! The room was amazing. The food and the selections was amazing. I liked that we didn't have to make reservations days in advance for the various restaurants. The beaches and pools… yep, OMG! Amazing! So clean! The grounds were also impeccable. The shows and activities were also very entertaining. But the very best part of our stay was the staff… the front counter staff, the bartenders, the sports/entertainment staff, waiters/hostesses, photographers, housekeeping… EVERY SINGLE PERSON greeted us often and got to know us by name. After being there for a week, we all felt like family and we were so sad to leave! The only part that I can say I didn't appreciate was the H10 "vacation club" people that milled around trying to catch you for their time share presentation. But like the guy told me, he was just doing his job and eventually, after a stern "NO, THANK YOU! ", he did leave us alone. I would definitely recommend this property! Five stars is not enough!

It was the most wonderful vacation I've ever had. The food was delicious, the rooms very comfortable, the view to the sea was something you enjoy in the sunrises. I recommend the hotel, greetings friends.

Very nice hotel, childless, 5 restaurants, in the evening good animations. The whole resort is delightful with different animals, only the sea is not enchanting — a lot of algae, which are regularly cleaned up, but the sea is still so full of them that you can hardly swim. Disturbing extremely young Americans who make booze and rubbish — with us luckily only on weekends. The rooms are very nice.

This resort is awesome! All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and not just because it's their job. The rooms are well appointed and the facilities are kept clean and we'll maintained. We stayed for 10 days and lived every of them. The beach is a little short on one side but they do an excellent job keeping it clean. I will absolutely be coming back here!

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly. Especially the Bluetooth restaurant with the entrance of rose petal salad and heart of lettuce, the very rich strong dish shrimps to the garlic mojo and dessert a rich cheesecake with ice cream. All very well. The waiter very friendly just like the restaurant in charge.

The whole net was breaking and tearing! If it is worth staying in these hotels the important thing is to be well relax and you are the idol for a moment as it is more for English but I felt good John Lenon Jajajajaja Greetings World Mundazo.

The service is busy but that's it too. Starting with the rooms, we were initially assigned a room where it stank outside of the sewage treatment plant and we had a view into a forest. We were told by other guests and our own observation that we were the only ones with such an ugly view. The room we could not change until the next day as the hotel was supposedly booked out. On request if you could not make an upgrade to the lake, we were told that this is not possible because there were only 3 rooms and they were all occupied. If you look closely at the map, you can quickly see that this is not true because it was considerably more. The rooms themselves are standardized, but they offer too many switches, some of which do nothing, so that even the switch is a feat. In the rooms the bed linen is changed every day unfortunately, the construction of 2 sheets and a rug is constantly pushed under the mattress, which leads to the fact that you have to pull it out again, every evening. In addition, all pillows are decorated on the bed, although only two are needed, and the cleaning staff can find this as well.
The food is rich but tasteless. The food was adapted because of the hotel guests so that it is now even though we are located in Mexico not country typical. The meat is cut and served raw, there is no indication to give it to the grill for barbecuing. The staff at the main restaurant understands little to no word of English.

Great food, good service. Unfortunately a bit noisy and quite a lot of American party people. Who likes that, then from then on.

The room was very comfortable and the food was good. Staff are very friendly. Beach access not great, but enough. In the pool with bar unfortunately only drunk Americans hang around, for this the second pool is bigger and empty.

Pleasant environment and friendly staff. Beautiful beach and wildlife. Food is good as well. TV in our room did not work well but we hardly spent any time there. Our room was tidied up every day and I truly appreciated the staff for doing it. Our room was close to the outskirts of the resort which allowed us to enjoy all kinds of anymals. Taking away a point as there was some promotional presentation that we we're pushed to do and when they asked for passports to verify where we are from we did not like it at all but once we explained we are no longer interested they eventually backed off.

I will not stay at this resort again and will not recommend for anyone else. From the moment we got there we were disappointed. I had previously vacationed in Mexico and told my husband how much I loved it but did not love it here. Food was not very good, drinks were watered down, and if you wanted to eat at an off time you were screwed. Beds were SUPER HARD and uncomfortable and there were bugs everywhere in the rooms. Pool very small with only one swim up bar. Beach was disgusting with no good access to any clean water. We were charged additional fee upon arrival which was not much but still not expected. It is no fun getting asked for more money before even starting your trip. There were constantly people coming by trying to sell you something and they were all very pushy. However, you could not find someone to get a drink for several hours. All of the staff made it clear they expected tips. This was not my experience at the other resorts I have been at and was very disappointed by this as those other resorts had much more appreciative staff. The "vacation club" people started over an hour late and kept us way more than 90 minutes. They were even more pushy than the people on the beach but not as friendly. If you can avoid going I highly recommend you avoid going. The room we had reserved is not the type we got and the front desk was unwilling to work with us. I was very disappointed in this facility and will not return.

This was our second visit to the Ocean Maya Royale. Amazing! The resort is smaller so it's much more intimate. I highly recommend upgrading to the privilege package which includes upgraded alcohol, an extra restaurant option for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, a quiet privilege beach area where you get food and drink service all day and 24 hour room service. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating! There are 2 pools, one for the party people where they play dance music and do foam parties with a swim up bar and one that is quiet if you just want to relax. You also get drink service at the quiet pool. We will definitely return!

I just recently visited the Ocean Maya Royale. The resort and rooms were very clean and well maintained. I found it a bit odd that the bathrooms had no real door just a glass door that doesn't cover the whole frame, it maked it difficult to get ready in the morning without waking up my wife since she tends to sleep later than me. The resort staff were all extremely pleasant and welcoming. The resort atmosphere was a bit low key while we were there. They had a few activities every day/night which were fun but it was by no means a party resort from our experience. My guess would be the average age of guests while we were there was mid-40s. The a la carte restaurants were all very good and portions were on the small side. The one buffet food was good too and obviously has endless portions. Overall, the experience was good, my wife and I both had a good time but we felt the resort is lacking a wow factor. The whole trip was well coordinated and no complaints to mention.

Just spent a week at this beautiful resort. Staff was very nice and friendly. Pool bar and bartenders were Great! Grounds were beautiful, drinks were great and food was also very good. Room was very nice and clean. Plan on spending 10 to 12 days next time. Thanks for an awesome experience on our first trip to Mexico.

Very nice and very well managed. Our room was always clean and well supplied. The restaurants served good food and the staff throughout was excellent. Try 5th avenue in Playa deal Carmen about 10 minute taxi ride (25$) each way. Lots of shopping and food. The hotel staff accepts and prefers American dollars. Bring lots of bug spray and some cash as the ATM will charge a 13% fee (ouch) limited shopping at hotel. Cancun and airport are 40 minutes from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel, the staff is in the small care. Everything is perfect, cleanliness, food, we spent an idyllic week. Customers at 95% American, the animations are made for them.

I've only been to Mexico the one time, and this is my first all inclusive I've been to. Had a great time. Clean rooms, friendly service, everything you could expect. The only issue I had was finding the right computer to be able to print Spirit Airlines boarding passes.

The beach and the pools are really clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and the activities very entertaining!

Great meal. Nice pool. Good atmosphere. Big Room. Lots of animals walking around the hotel site. Even shrimps at the meal and breakfast fresh fruit juices with the fruits of your choice… and superb evening show.

My boyfriend and I (29 and 23) stayed here in Aug/Sept 2016, and we absolutely loved it. It was slower season so the resort was quiet but everyone was cheerful enough to make it a very positive experience. There are always chairs available at the beach, and the food was immaculate! (even my boyfriend enjoyed it and he's the pickiest eater I know). The fact that it's an adult only resort made a huge difference as well, — there were no rowdy groups during our time — and many folks were on their honeymoons/anniversary. The staff was wonderful, they try their hardest to ensure that everyone is having a good time. It's a great little resort with lots of life (amazing rooms), and I would never have second thoughts coming back. The only critique I would have is to hold more dancing shows — those were fun.

Perfect in line with expectations. On the other hand, my rant, if you are more than 4, to go out in town only by taxi (15kms) you will be taken for pigeons (commissions for valet oblige.!. ) because only a taxi company 4 places empowered to take you. While everywhere in town there are 7 places and more!

I loved the place, a wonderful site with beautiful vegetation. The room was spotless, the meals at the menu excellent, the food at the buffet was good. A very nice atmosphere and a quiet place, excellent to rest. The employees are very affable, smiling with always a nice hello when you cross them. The beach is very clean. We return in February 2017 and I do not think it will be the last time, we made it our privileged place for our holiday.

Not impressed! Where do I start — $250 got stolen from our room, gross looking animals ALL around the resort eating food left out, food was awful compared to other resorts I've stayed at in Mexico, no air condition in any of the restaurants, mold yes MOLD in our room, staff was just okay — not as accommodating as I hoped. You cannot get beach service by the pool, you have to to get up put on clothes and walk in a restaurant to get lunch. Do NOT go if you are looking for fun — mainly older couples. (50 plus) One fun thing was the foam party on Friday afternoon, other than that this hotel is not worth it. Oh and the ATM was broken the whole time. I have no idea where "5 star hotel" came from for this place! I only stay at the best of the best hotels when I travel and this is maybe a 2 star hotel — not ritzy at all!

Ocean Maya Royale was an excellent resort! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The only drawback is that there was no beach to swim at. The beach was more of a boardwalk. Other than that I have no complaints and I would definitely visit again!

I week ago me and 22 women vacationed at Ocean-Coral Turquesa for 9 days and I so enjoyed my stay there. The food was out of this world delicious and the resort was soooo clean and the staff was awesome. I loved all of them. A few of us had met an employee by the name of Guillermo Tercero Lopez Reyes. He is a good man and a pleasure to have met. We all adopted him as a member of our family and we will keep him in our prayers. He is an asset to your company and I hope you will treat him kindly. I will spend more vacations at your resort.

In the middle of a 10 day stay. Could not be more pleased with the whole resort. Service is excellent, staff is very friendly. Bartenders Oly and Tiger at the lobby bar are the best the same for Miguel at the pool bar.

The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of space. There are 2 pools, and it is located directly on the beach. There are 2 bars, 1 in the lobby and 1 between the pools. The water has a lot of seaweed at this time, but probably doesn't always. The food is good, same as every other all inclusive resort. There is some wildlife on the resort, such as iguanas, deer, and some relatives of the racoon. They are all over, and don't bother the guests, as long as you follow the rules and don't feed them. The only catch with this place is that the hotel tries to get you to buy a timeshare, and there is pressure. When we first arrived it was presented to us as a tour with breakfast and some information about the resort. When we arrived for the appointment we were then told that it was a presentation on the membership through H10. We went with the sales rep to breakfast at the buffet on the resort, and then to what was supposed to be an hour long presentation and tour of the Premium membership services and rooms. We spent almost 3 hours with the sales rep discussing payment options and having many additional perks thrown our way. We asked if we could think about it for a day, and you would have thought we asked him for a free months stay! There was a lot of pressure to buy immediately and you had to put at least 35% down payment. It sort of turned my feelings about our stay into a less positive light, but overall the stay was great. Just stay away from the timeshare tour meeting!

Oli the bartender and Noé the bellboy were absolutely fantastic and made my experience at this resort memorable.

Very nice and top organized. The food was top!

Feb 2015 and Feb 2016… both times were spectacular. We've been to four other all-inclusives in Cancun and two in Punta Cana. This is the best we've found for the price. Food and drinks were very good. Four ala cart restaurants were great. No reservations needed, and we got in to each with no waiting. Buffett was also good. Will definitely go back next year. Great staff, beautiful grounds. Used Apple vacations which made it easy.

Great location, the rooms are very nice, the food is very good, service is exceptional.

We have been coming here for 4 years same time every year. It is a fantastic resort all the staff recognise us year after year and when changes are made they are for the better and they always take your feedback on board and action it. The hotel is only a 15 min taxi ride from Playa del Carmen where you can shop till you drop on 5th avenue and about 30 mins by taxi to Cancun the rooms are so clean and are supplied with a mini bar you can have filled up with what ever you want. And the service is out of this world staff can't be hapier to help you.

For the people who work for us to have the opportunity to enjoy a bun moment with people well which projected to the Mexican Caribbean. Thanks…

My stay was just okay but because of the below I could not give three stars… I loved the service and obvious desire to make sure the guests are happy but to have someone use 2 1/2 hours of my honeymoon trying to aggressively sell me their version of a time share was beyond annoying and insulting after we spent money to spend 4 night/5 days on the resort. To add to my frustration we had to deal with bedbugs and the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes biting us non-stop in the room was just unreal… we found out another couple had a similar bedbug scare and yet another couple had issues with mosquitoes… the wild life took some adjusting but that was less of a concern. The beds were not comfortable and the design of the bathroom shower seems odd but the rooms were a decent size and again the service was over the top. The crowd was ok and may have been a bit older than I would prefer but they were all so very nice. The entertainment was a bit dull and could use some attention.

If you're looking for a place to party with 50-60 year olds, this is probably a great destination. If you're looking to relax and enjoy the beach, this is not the place to go. I think our experience may have been better had we known: If you want a comfortable bed, you have to upgrade to 'privilege'. Otherwise, you will find yourself in a very uncomfortable bed with lousy pillows. If you want to get some R&R, pay attention to the map and try to book yourself a room that is farthest away from the stage. Music plays late, and sound carries. Or bring a noise machine like we did. If you want to enjoy the sound of the beach, you'll have to go to the lagoon that is maybe 3/4 of a mile north of the resort. Otherwise, you'll be listening to thumping music from the party pool from mid morning until late afternoon. We stayed 4 nights and that was plenty — by the 4th day we were tired of the food. The food is just ok. There is a lot of selection, but the variety from day to day isn't great. Not many restaurants to chose from. The staff was indeed very friendly and accommodating, we just weren't very impressed with the facility itself. We won't be returning to this resort.

Two fantastic weeks spent lounging about and being royally pampered. Staff helpful, coutreous and fanatical about good service. Clean and the food was fantastic. Italian restaurant overlooking the ocean a real treat. Thompson rep a star and great advice given for day trips and nothing was too much trouble for all the bar and waiters/resses. Bar staff great. All in all I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A hotel with excellent service, modern rooms, comfortable and clean. The food is very good, although lacks a bit of variety. It has theme restaurants and, in particular, the Italian is delicious. Large pool with activities all day and although the beach is somewhat small, you have a great area with sand and lounge chairs which makes not surprised the beach. It has a few bars but the lobby is 24 hrs! And the drinks are above average compared to other hotels in a matter of brands and variety. And the best thing is that it is only for adults!

The beach is not very nice, the food could be better (however the Italian restaurant is excellent), the drinks are very good. Every night there is an event with a different theme, however the people were very turned off, it goes much lord, and it is difficult to find another mexican in that hotel, outside of it I pass it on well.

A good stay overall, the room privillage is excellent, the bar drinks here are premium in other hotels of lower category we will give in all inclusive. The day of the chek out you cut the services of the room two hours before.
