Known in Oaxaca we were recommended the hotel, I read some reviews and between a bit in panic, that we play live, the hotel is very well located close to everything, the employees were all very friendly, the cleanliness very good although the rooms a little bit small, we did not try their restaurant, but of course we recommend the hotel.

This hotel is very centrally located in the downtown area. It's a few blocks to the plaza, and just about the same to churches in the area. There are many cafes/restaurants close by, some stores, taxis are fairly easy to find. The building itself is in good condition, inside it is modern, clean. There's an attached restaurant and a breakfast offered, but I did not try either. I had a smaller room with an indoor view only. There's normal stuff in the room, an AC unit, tv, a safe (didn't use), small bathroom with shower. You do get toiletries. The bed was comfortable. I think for a more budget hotel, this place was very good.

Reception is not friendly and very careful for you to mess with the charge.
I must have been charged bad the first day for the payment of 3 rooms 4. Days. And just as I left the keys to leave, they told me I had to pay more for a mistake, he howled the bill.

Central located Hotel. Within minutes walking distance of the Zócalo cathedral and other points of interest. We attended the Gelaguetza great place with breakfast and dinner.

Very very friendly and very helpful staff. The service is fast, the place very comfortable and nice, they have variety on the menu and in the drinks. Highly recommended. It is a central location, clean and well-decorated. Prices vary from 50 to 100 pesos. They have No place to park but you find in the streets nearby.

Excellent location, just about 2 blocks from Santo Domingo. Lots of restaurants and bars a few blocks away. The rooms are a little bit small but comfy. Breakfast was not included, but they had good options at their restaurant, although a little bit pricey considering that you could get almost the same for less than 50% just around the corner.

It was very noise. I could not sleep well due to several outside noise inside of the hotel. Wifi is OK. Bed is ok. In general the price and the value are not matching.

Excellent service, staff very friendly and the food is exquisite without doubt I recommend it widely, the camaristas are very attentive.

The price-quality relationship is very good, the location is superb, ideal to explore the historic centre on foot, one of the main attractions of Oaxaca is to walk its streets is excellently drawn. One of the things that I charm of the hotel was its restaurant with touches of the kitchen authentic oaxacan.

Super bad service. I was accused of having stolen hand towels, and wanting to charge 300 pesos for the towel if not returned. The same thing we did to my aunt in the room up queriendole charge for some towels disque missing. The air in the room was not working and every time that I said bothered. The restaurant is open from 8 to 1 in the afternoon, takes hours to serve the food and in giving of the separate account charge you to each one of the family that we were there they charged different prices for the cafe. Since then, we realized that they charge you for each refil of coffee.

The facilities are good, although it does not have own parking and you have to pay an extra amount for that service.
The Buffet is good at a reasonable price.

The location is great and the rates are quite affordable. The hotel is small, but considering that you will be out most of the time, it is compensated perfect for the proximity of the center and the surrounding restaurants. The attention and service are excellent.

Overall a good place, good location. The rooms with queen size bed are very small. The rooms with king size bed are a bit more spacious.

Care. Lousy service. In this place you are charged out of place for "dirty" towels and without notifying the customer you are the charge, for more than 700 pesos. That's not quality in the service and the customers don't have to pay for the laundry service. It's a hotel what do they expect, that the customers are the ones?

Muy bonito el hotel, de diseño moderno, todo parece nuevo. Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, la atención por parte del staff es muy amena y efectiva, la habitación que me tocó era pequeña, pero cómoda. La ubicación es excelente muy cerca del templo de Santo Domingo, todos los lugares que me gusta visitar de Oaxaca están cerca de ahí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Really comfy rooms, if a tad small. Great location. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant was not too bad, but there are better options near by. Would stay again.

Great hotel, its just to modern for oaxaca, but its perfect for resting, rooms are small they remember me of europe hotel rooms. Food its good but slow service. They lend mi an umbrella on front desk. Service its good, shower its amazing. Beds are ok, it has elevator. Its perfect to stay near downtown in a clean place!

I charm, I go back that's for sure, delicious breakfast Chapulines are a must-see…
