The service in the restaurant very bad, clarified today was lousy in the morning, 1 hour to attend. And they only had one table besides us.

The restaurant is very good, rich dish, the coffee delicious and prices excellent.

Excellent hotel, rooms according to the price, the receptionist is excellent and very friendly! The food is delicious! You have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains on the balcony, plus it has a pool! We organized tours to Monte Alban, Hierve el Agua, etc without any problem! Without a doubt I will be back!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are very clean. The breakfast included are excellent. Lots of options for you to choose from and they are full meals! Also great location. A short walk to good restaurants like Pitiona, Los Dazantes, and Casa Oaxaca. It's very close to Santo Domingo Square.

In the heart of El Centro. Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the free breakfast is delicious. I love how it came with fresh squeezed orange juice, a plate of fruit, coffee, and a baguette.

Excellent attention of all the staff, especially a lady who works as a waitress in the evening shift, several times I asked for service to the room and with a smile and excellent treatment we attended every day. Impeccable facilities, always smelling clean. The bed was delicious, I didn't want to get up in all my stay at the hotel. A very good location. The only bad thing is that the bathroom in the room smells like a pipe and there is no parking, so you have to pay pension per day in a nearby parking lot.

El personal es atento, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y extremadamente limpias. La cama al igual que la ropa de la misma fueron deliciosas. Excelente ubicación. Lo malo es que no tiene estacionamiento, el baño de nuestra habitación olía a caño casi todos los días y limitan el número de toallas.

Excellent Hotel Very comfortable, very good service, and the best location in the Walker tourist good options Continental breakfast included in the reservation, one block is the church of Santo Domingo with a museum, 3 blocks down the walker is the Zocalo, 2 blocks from the tourist trucks that give you tours in the center of the city, everything is perfect there is no complaint.

Lovely and clean rooms. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Stay in a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the street. Watching the nightlife is invigorating. The views are breathtaking from the roof as well. Close to the zocalo.

Beautiful building, perfect location, delicious breakfast… we already knew when we booked that we would get a room without window. But it was not too bad as the room still had some natural light and the super professional, friendly staff and all the other amenities made up for it.

Lousy experience. Due to the earthquake of the 19S we wanted to cancel 3 days before the reservation and not returned or a weight arguing that the type of booking that we did not allow. Only offered the possibility of returning in 3 months! Without question the complications that we have had in CDMX due to the earthquake. That speaks of the callous, that is the people behind this hotel. I've never looked back.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It rests, although it is in the center, acoustically silent to sleep well.

The hotel has the best location in town, just walking distance to every place you may wanna go. Really friendly staff will help you all the way, to have an amazing stay. Rooms are a little bit small but super comfortable and cozy. Restaurant has really good Mexican options to enjoy. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely come back.

The place has a great location. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds very comfortable, the last night we received a "courtesy" as we arrived a person to unwind the bed to sleep and also left us a couple of delicious chocolates. The staff is quite friendly and were part of my concept about how friendly people are in Oaxaca. The food is rich and of good price too. You can walk out to almost all places to visit downtown. No parking but the street is very safe, you just have to be patient and lucky to find place. The pool is on the rooftop and looks quite nice, but we couldn't enjoy it for the rainy days.

Right in the heart of Oaxaca. All the must view sites are less than a block away. It has some amazing beds, excellent for a much needed rest after your daily adventure in this wonderful town.

Great little Hotel in a top location with a nice courtyard and a Pool on the roof! Rooms are modern and furnished with style! Unfortunately, the scheme of the included is Breakfast, a little opaque, and the General knowledge of English could be better.

Last December my husband and I went this weekend to Oaxaca and stayed at the Parador de Alcalá, we loved the closeness to the main streets of the city, the attention by staff was very good, super friendly all the time, the rooms very clean and comfortable. Without doubt would return there.

Nice hotel/parador with open patio. Friendly people. Might be a bit noisy in the morning during breakfast, but hey, it's in the city center — don't expect forest quietness ;-) Room changing/free upgrading seems to be normal here however isn't always clear why… Stayed here two days in different rooms, because the second day the first room had a higher price.
