Lousy service from the entrance.

Your attention is lousy, book and I did not get accepted to my baby of 2 years on top of that they charged me 4 nights and a caution of 2000 pesos almost 8000 pesos and very poor attention on the part of the receptionist. I will raise a complaint to the profeco! The worst thing is that I do not stay in the hotel!

A place like home, the cozy room, cleans a place to rest.

Lousy place, the food is tasteless, the beef jerky is of terrible quality, the chocolate is almost water. When faced with a problem with the account manager he was too haughty and without the ability to understand to fix the problem. It is a very nice hotel and very clean, the staff very friendly, always willing to help. The only problem is that it has a very good breakfast service, but there are not many food options. Although it is compensated by the great variety that is in the surroundings.

The hotel is situated in the historic center of Oaxaca with many noteworthy locations in walking distance. The hotel is a beautiful classic building that has been kept up to date with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and thorough.

This hotel is the worst hotel in the world. Here they try to see how they charge you for all the lousy attention the hard and old beds the Internet does not work the horrible food in order be careful.

Austere but nice Hotel contains the basics.

The only thing to like about this place was the location, and not even because it is right across the street from Sabine restaurant which blasts music all night long. And really, there are about 100 hotels in and around the same city blocks which are most likely all better than this one. There are more than a few things not to like about this place. For starters, the beds are awful. The room design is terrible, the sink has a clear view of the toilet seat with a huge gap in the translucent door. Not very private. We had a "Junior Suite" one of the few with a window (for a big price hike) yet right across the street is the Sabine restaurant which blasts DJ music until 3 am most nights of the week. The TV is tiny and way on the other side of the room probably need binoculars if your going to use it. For the price point, it should feel and be like a premium hotel but they fail miserably. You can easily book hotels half the price of this one and find nicer rooms, better rooms, better service. Or you can probably find a real "boutique" hotel for this same price point. This hotel does not even include parking or breakfast which seems ridiculous for the price. Please consider looking elsewhere if your staying in Oaxaca.

Excellent location, is a few meters from Santo Domingo, from the terrace of the restaurant can appreciate the city, the market is about 20 minutes walk.
Although the price was somewhat high for the season I attended, it was worth it, the staff service is good, they were very attentive. I'll definitely be back.

Everything about the place was high quality, but it loses a point because… Noise: from the choice of electro-rubbish played from 8am to 10:30 pm; or the staff scrubbing the floors in the restaurant area. I can't understand why the management think it OK to destroy what could be a haven of peace with inappropriate music and cleaning at ridiculous times. EVERYTHING else was fantastic, rooms, customer service, food…

Is a perfect place just in the center. Of the city.

The Hotel really nice and asks you nothing to any another of the historical center of the city what I saw really bad was the administering of the hotel La Lic. Selene Calvo I could notice that it is very bad to their workers and has no service attitude that requires a settlement of this type the truth qualify it with a 3, to keep a facility in major league management is essential.

It is a good hotel, location is wonderful, the hotel is very quiet, rooms are spacious and comfortable. If going to have breakfast in the hotel… best salt to know any other place nearby.

Very close to downtown and good service although somewhat pricey for basics that is.
