Very nice super clean hotel, very friendly staff, food there very rich, I definitely recommend it.

The place is clean nice very good service and the food of the restaurant is delicious and economical and you do not hear traffic noise and very friendly staff.

Very good service, clean, spacious rooms with great location, in less than five minutes you walk to the center. The only thing I see is that they do not have air conditioning or fan… they're remodeling it so they don't take long to have it and be perfect!

I liked it very much because of its great location near the center so you can get there walking, it has a small parking lot and a restaurant inside.
The rooms were very hygienic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bad choice to rest. Hard beds. Old baths. No phone in the room. Unsealed water. Night Scandal and high volume music 24 hrs.

The attention was very good and also the contact with tour services, the food was good, nothing out of the ordinary. The room is nice just letting you spend a lot of noise from the hallways and from the upstairs room. It is a good place to consider if you spend the whole day outside the hotel.

I only stayed for one night and the room seemed spacious and enjoyable. What I liked was that it is very close to the center.

It was the worst stay in Mexico. It is totally overpriced, the room was ok, but kinda dirty — there were spots on a blanket. There is a terrible karaoke-bar in the neighborhood and it was working till 2am, it was extremely loud — it was impossible to sleep or work — a real torture! Though the stuff was really nice and tried to help, they offered us another room, but the noise was toooo loud and it was everywhere. You should have a very strong nerve system or a very good earplugs to stay there.

Friendly staff, nice rooms are clean and daily fresh and cleaned.

Affordable price, very close to the city's Zocalo. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable, the elevator is very noisy, the TV signal is constantly failing.

Central and comfortable. The only bad thing about the parking is a few blocks away.

Good price but even and when it is a small hotel it lacks a lot the staff in question of service leave a lot to be desired.

Excellent service from the very polite and attentive staff help a lot, comfortable large rooms lack the air conditioning in the shower missing a door to qur the water does not come out and wet everything else is super well.

I made a reservation, called 1 day before and a couple of hours before my check-in to make sure my reservation was registered. I show up to the hotel to be told there are no more rooms…
