This place is such a hidden gem. They have so many nooks and crannies of plants, fountains, birds, artwork. We loved our stay. The bartender and the office staff provided amazing customer service. I would give them a 5 star and come again.

The suite that touched us is really spacious, very cozy, although we barely arrived, they are very friendly all, I think the only bad thing or the only but it is how icy the pool water is, we still do not touch breakfast but otherwise it is a good place to rest.

Large rooms, big breakfast included, lovely staff. Rooms private & well spaced for physical distancing during covid times.

This is a magical place. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. The staff is on top of any requests that you may have. Excellent location to the Parian where you can shop, enjoy a great meal or entertainment.

Great place to stay. Close to many good shopping and eating locations. The breakfast is complimentary and incredibly delicious. The property has a very personal vide to it. Very colorful and well decorated.

Very nice house, excellent attention, small pool and jacuzzi, free welcome drink and breakfast buffet included very rich. Clean room and comfortable bed, widely recommended (Jr suite) to stay in Tlaquepaque area.

Glad we decided to stayed at this hotel. Loved the decoration inside our room, very comfortable bed, pillows, very soft towels. We didn't know breakfast was included. Food was excellent along with service. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Walking distance from Tlaquepaque.

Absolutely wonderful 5 star service! Walking distance to shopping, dinning and all things art! Juan Gabriel, our taxi driver, was a charm and went out of his way to drive us in and out of town for very reasonable prices! We could not have chosen any better place to stay, two complimentary drinks came with room and most delicious breakfast, all included! Stayed here in February, weather was perfect. Looking forward to future visits!

Wonderfully decorated and we'll staffed. Large rooms and two wonderful outdoor pools along with a hot tub. Some rooms with jacuzzi tubs. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Located only a couple blocks from the Parian, a walking mall of boutique shops and restaurants.

Very comfortable and cosy, although they are now several times that they have problems with the hot water in the morning.

The bfast is tasty and varied, the bar prices are fair.
Our room was entirely sufficient, but could use a little updating (it's got an old style about the place, in a charming way! but it's nice when the faucets work well and the fans are balanced and…)
In all, I'm definitely planning to go back. We had a wonderful time.

We had a peaceful and wonderful stay. Lots of hot water in the shower in our room across the street, a lovely garden setting withing walking distance to the pedestrian zone and the sound of birds from the courtyard. They turned on the hot tub in the main courtyard just for us and we had a lovely soak. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. And did I mention the breakfast? A full buffet with lots of tropical fruit, American breakfast favorites like hotcakes and cereal as well as hot, delicious Mexican fare with all the toppings and salsas. We experienced the patchy internet common in Mexico but had a lovely stay. We will return!

Just a Dream place.

Wife and I spent two nights here on the way out of Mexico after a month on the Riviera Nayarit. Clean, colorful, comfortable, good price with off-street parking. Good breakfast included. Helpful staff with fluent English. Take major credit cards. Easy walk to many restaurants and crafts ped mall, which is somewhat touristy. Reasonably good Wi-Fi, at least when we were there with not too many other travellers. Guests were about 50-50 Mexicans and travellers from elsewhere.

An excellent resting place with all the facilities and a rustic touch without equal. The attention is first-rate.

Excellent in almost every aspect, the only bad thing is having to cross the street to go to some rooms, if you can make a bridge (step) you connect both properties would be outstanding!

Beautiful facilities, clean rooms, but there was no hot water in the room at 10 in the evening, I called the front desk and no one answered, to bathe with water cold, do as the night is a flea market for $300?

It is surprising that a place so warm and with a super atmosphere is so close to the city, perfect for a getaway of the metropolis.

This is quite simply an amazing little boutique hotel. The staff is incredibly attentive. The decor is wonderful with beautiful tile throughout. It portrays a feeling of a hacienda in the country yet is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Guadalajara. If you have business in this region, or are just visiting I highly recommend you stay here. After a stressful business meeting the drinks at the bar, and a relaxing dip in the pool or jacuzzi is just what you need. The room prices are very reasonable and each is unique and special. I'm a photographer and made a point of getting up very early my first day here to take photographs with the early morning light. Stunning decor. Thick verdant foliage. Excellent staff. Delicious food from the kitchen (with a real chef). The Wi-Fi is the best I've experienced in my stay in Mexico. I will come here again!

It has an excellent location close to the center of Tlaquepaque, they serve breakfast included. However, it is too expensive for the services offered. The reception ladies are not coordinated if one asks something to Miss of the afternoon, the morning has no idea. It takes to send invoices by email, the toilet in the room leaves much to be desired, not always put plug-ins, so one has to apply SOAP or shampoo directly at reception. Also only have restaurant service in the morning, afternoon and night do not, and if they have almost do not have dishes. The price is not worth the stay.
