In advance I booked and paid for a room coming in on June 6th, but at the hotel reception I was told "they had not been able to charge it and they would have to pay the fee". Obviously I went to another hotel, which I wrote a 5-star review. As an important fact, there was also a young man trying to register his entry but at the reception "did not find his reservation" perhaps only respect the reservations made through his website. I do not recommend this hotel and I reserve my right to go to PROFECO.

It's kind of tricky. At a first glance it seems overrated and you think It'll be a great $44 usd hotel but a bad one for the price they charge you… But I had a decent breakfast and they kindly drove me to my final destination.

The hotel is in good condition but the rooms are sloppy, the reception staff very rude and inexperienced therefore offer very poor service, if you plan to bill your accommodation think about twice as the staff is not qualified to Make invoices besides that they do wrong or never make them and at the time of request they invent pretexts, they leave you waiting in the line and they hang you and after insisting block your number; I was able to communicate with attention to customers of the chain City Express to solve the problem.

Not a great hotel but for the price it is quite adequate if you come for a weekend, the rooms are clean even if you lack a large lavads to the hallway rug.

Fine hotel to stay the night in before flight. Would not book for a long stay in Guadalajara.

Other than the surroundings, its a good tidy clean hotel, personal is kind.

They do not comply with the offered, the airport service is a lie, the rooms guys, can improve the cleanliness or maintenance of the building. To spend a night X is OK, price-quality, this expensive, is better any other hotel.

Drive at night to attend a meeting at 7:00am. At the hotel I am told that until 3:00pm I can check in. They should have a little bit of flexibility. The area is ugly. I wait until the next time I see the room is not a disappointment.

The hotel perceived to be sloppy, my room had a smell of humidity; At the moment of opening the tap of the sink, the water was thrown by the pressure and you ended up wet. (You had to open very slowly to take care not to get wet). I wouldn't stay here again.

It is an ok hotel. Very small rooms though very clean. The breakfast was served on time and hot. All in all is an hotel where the relationship between cost and hotel qualify.

The sink was not working properly, towels were not nice, the bed was really small, clean.

A single towel (small) in a double room, no rug in the bathroom, the room is too dark, the front desk staff doesn't even give the good morning, the Internet control system is a problem to connect… I give it two stars because the rest of the staff deserves the second. But the attention at the reception is very bad.

Clean rooms and hot shower were great. No shuttle from the airport and no shuttle to the airport before 7am was disappointing. Surly staff.

They said the beds would be matrimonial and when we got there they we're individual and they don't answer the phone when you.

It's an excellent hotel to stay in Guadalajara. It has the facilities good enough to make you comfortable, food is nice and people is very kind. One of my best experiences.

Paid and confirm online ready to go. Get there and credit card didn't go through. Wast 1 hour that it did go through and it network error. Order food take 2 n half hour to arrive. Discover it was a parter restaurant.
