Nice choice if you don't mind the horrific downtown rush hour traffic in Leon, central locations for several good restaurants, nice new hotel with shuttle and most employees speak passable English.

Excellent location, as 15 minutes from the center of León, the first rooms, very comfortable beds, has everything you need to spend a good stay, has coffee maker, minibar, iron for clothes, hair dryer; The first bath, shower and tub; Excellent view of León.
First-class attention.

Excellent service, good amenities, the food can improve, I was served tempered.

I went there for lunch, the orange juice is yuck, the salad OK and the burger top. No good coffee. Great air conditioning and very nice staff which makes the moment enjoyable. The price is very reasonable.

It has very good facilities in size and very good location on the CD.

Always a smashing place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff (though sometimes a little slow). Reasonably priced drinks, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Always look forward to my stay here!

I made a reservation for two people
I was told it included breakfast. On arrival it was QE only included for one person breakfast. They had to pay a breakfast the days of stay there.
In the room there are two bottles of water one with a legend where the courtesy hotel says QE gives a bottle of water, if I want to open the other will have cost extra. Bone!? How can that be possible!

The location of this hotel is about as good as it can get if the reason you're staying is for the annual fair. It's literally right next to the fair. The service was good and so was the room service. The parking garage was pretty small but secure. There was always someone at the gate making sure only guests were parking there.

Ir is near to the poliforum and that was excelent, because my session was there. The rooms have a japanese toilet and thas was great and a new experience. The service was really professional. Great job. Congratulations.

Right in downtown Leon so parking is kind of a pain but it's that way everywhere. The staff is very friendly and professional. Most of them seem to speak English well. They have a good breakfast supplied by their in house restaurant. My room was spacious and clean. Definitely nothing to complain about there.

Was a comfortable place even though I got mixed up when looking for the reception.

Stayed here for 4 days over the weekend during the Fair that goes on in León. Great service all around clean and comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel more often when visiting León.

As a non-spanish speaker, it hasn't been an issue here. Everybody speaks english. The hotel is very nice and modern and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent service. The staff is extremely friendly, they make you feel at home. It is in a very good location, close to work and entertainment centers. Only cons: the parking is operated by another company, so it is necessary to pay to party. I will return to stay here without a doubt.

Great Hotel, stayed here for 5 days during a business trip and loved it. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The restaurant is very convenient if you have to grab something to eat on the go, but above all was the service and how friendly the staff was, specially the ladies at the front desk. They went above and beyond when we asked them for directions and tips for places to go visit and restaurants to go eat. I will highly recommend this hotel. Well worth the money.

Terrible service, no one serves, the shampoo in the room is recycled; the parking lot is not from the hotel and costs $80 pesos; that's not nothing comfortable; In addition there are no buttons, valet parking etc. Or it seems the Marriott chain.
