Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms close to the centre of Leon.

Good location in Leon, close to the convention center, but a little away of the fun and nice part of the city. All good restaurants and bars are 10 min away. Nice hotel, though…

A very good hotel for people who visit Leon unfortunately the rates that you handle when there are important events are very high and I find it Unfair on the part of all the hotels not only the nh Collection all abuse and it's bad for visitors and tourism, it's not fair to put prices of theft Because it is.

Very expensive for the service, there are very friendly staff, but for example the valet who received my vehicle I left it in a place that after security told me to obstruct the passage and to move it me because the valet had come out, they will put it into the underground parking lot or, on the third day I was told that the parking lot cost and that I had to pay for it. In the room service the food is not very good for what they cost and take a long time, for a breakfast I ordered waffles and without asking I only took hotcakes because they told me that the waffle was not working very well, for a dinner I ordered malted and club sandwich and I what they would charge more than the letter says, at last very expensive for what it offers.

Attended a breakfast in the lounge "dream", nice and comfortable furnishings, very attentive staff from the entrance, decoration nothing charged and nice, bathrooms spacious and clean, on check out the staff dismisses very politely. I imagined a hotel with more details, however, we liked it, it is nice within its style. I can't make an opinion of the rooms or restaurant as we don't use them.

Excellent hotel with all you need for a pleasant stay and more. Do not hesitate to stay in this magnificent hotel!

Pretty nice hotel. The pool was warm which was awesome since it's winter. Everything was great except for the restaurant, eat someplace else they don't have good cooks.

Next door is Nanami a Japanese food restaurant a delight.

Great hotel near the stadium and in walking distance of malls, the leather district and the shoe mall. Directly across the street from a super market and next door to a yummy Japanese restaurant. The staff is great and helpful, the food delicious and the hotel rooms are large and nicely appointed with comfortable beds. At least that was true of 712 :)

Only I've been anuna conference so I limitare to the hotel, good access, new, clean, elevators from the parking lot, friendly staff, the only downside is the parking, very expensive and I don't by forgiving even when I went to an event at the hotel, you have known me I pull over to a side Lumen.

Excellent choice especially if you try to enjoy that trip or vacation, it is my first time to Ospedo in this hotel but apart from today it will be my first choice, even I think for the service and what they offer, it becomes cheap the cost of the room. Highly recommended.

The rooms are nice, comfortable and spacious. But the cleaning staff is sloppy, forget details, do not leave all the amenities, forget the services and do not leave as clean as one would expect (especially the bathroom). Breakfast is sometimes scarce and costly. They do not respect the agreements with companies or the policy of cancellations.

The rooms have good size. The service is very good. And despite being near a main street, not listening to anything outside, so the rest is optimal. The hotel is modern and everything is spotless.

Very modern hotel, wonderful accommodations, highly recommend. Book early as the prices do get steep, and the mini bar prices are pretty high, but there is a store nearby if you need anything.

A new, luxurious, very good service. It is not the most inexpensive.

I have visited the NH hotel is only to book an afternoon at the pool. Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy only the entrance ticket, but you need to book a room. It is worth it, however. The pool is well kept, there is a jacuzzi, indoor and beach chairs for sunbathing.

I highly recommend this hotel! Excellent service from all your staff, especially the young Oscar. Rooms very clean and very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the gym very well. We had the breakfast included and is very complete and the restaurant is very nice and the staff super attentive at all times. If you go shopping the location is very good. Price commensurate to the service that you provide and their facilities.
