The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good breakfasts. Wi-Fi has very good range and bandwidth. The rooms are small but beautiful. The pool, dining room, lobby and even hallways have superb designs.
A big point against it is the design of its bathrooms, the showers allow the water to filter, in addition to its temperature control leaves much to be desired. The TV gets a lot of work.

It is a hotel located opposite the most important business area of León. It has very good facilities and the service is very good. A highly recommended hotel.

Rooms and service are excellent… the only bad thing is the hotel food. We ordered tacos and the tortilla was super cold. Next day we ordered a pizza and the dough was uncooked. Not very good taste.

It Is a wonderfull hotel, the service is excelent, the breakfast is delicious and hyper complet. The pool is clean and un general the hotel Is perfect if you want to relax AND be treat like home.

I have stayed for 4 years in a row and I see this hotel better and better. This year I saw it EXCELLENT, careful attention, amazing breakfasts and very well trained staff. I don't trade it for any other hotel in León.

The hotel is very well located and not bad for the price, but the room that I touched was a bit more feito than the ones shown in the photos.
The valet parking, both on arrival and on the way out, was a real mess without anyone attending the entrance of the hotel and a lot of people not clearly identified taking the cars.
I had a mishap with my reservation and none of the employees had any interest in helping me or even listening to find the alternatives I wanted to propose. Although they had not accepted, nothing cost them to listen to me but all they could tell me is that either way I was going to charge the room to the credit card.
When trying to talk to the manager or any manager, I was hiding cowardly for two days with excuses that has not arrived, is in board, is eating, and came out…
I'm not going to stay here again.

Very nice stay, stayed a week, the breakfast buffet is varied and rich, the pool area is nice and the rooms comfortable and with total Play, I was able to open Netflix and watch my series during my stay.

The bathroom is very small and the facilities are already old, but it is comfortable. It made me something expensive for what it is, but the pool area is very nice. Very good buffet in the restaurant.

Despite the traffic outside the hotel this is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a secluded inner courtyard with a good pool and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and the largest selection of shoe shops that I ever seen very close by, a supermarket nearly opposite and the State library and history museum very close by.

It is a very quiet place in your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasant. The pool is small but with good lighting to be in the afternoon. Is cared for with dedication by its staff.

The service is the most professional, the rooms are very clean the service to the room is very efficient, the food is delicious, from the reception they give you a special and spectacular attention, although it is perfect you can still improve as put to your rooms Jacuzzi, some glass cancel in the bathroom but in general the place is suitable for staying not only for one night if not for long stays.

I was there and it is a very quiet place compared to the Hotsson and I had always stayed at the hotel Hotsson but I saw this and I called the attention Park and I decided to enter and is a place of peace without noise of music etc… that if the pool was a little dirty But that may be part of the trash fall of palms or other things.

Okay for the prices when I received (with offer). Reception service it's too poor and deorganized. It's Easton go downtown from the hotel, the "oruga" station it's near the entrance.

The attention is excelent, the rooms are always clean on time and the cleaning ladies are extremely helpful and kind. The overall service they offer is simply excelent.

A pesar de ser uno de los hoteles más reconocidos de la ciudad por su ubicación, el hecho de que el salón de convenciones se encuentre justo al lado de las habitaciones es bastante molesto por el ruido de los asistentes. Las puertas de las habitaciones tampoco ayudan mucho porque el ruido es bastante perceptible.

Lousy hotel! in addition to old facilities, the mattresses are super-hard, poor cleaning of the rooms, in the breakfast, juices, and milk super discounted with water, the tables of the restaurant are old and some are stubby. The computer service, lousy, had a good garbage and this makes your slow computer. Room service super slow, we had to call like 3 times for that bring us an iron. NOT RECOMIDO! that is expensive and not worth it, plus there are hotels for less price you get a better service and quality.

Very comfortable hotel. Since our arrival, they treated us very well. The room was also spacious, very clean and comfortable. Personal hygiene products (shampoo, soaps and cream) were the best I've seen in hotels of a similar price. The only but that I put them is the continental breakfast was somewhat limited (pineapple, melon, all bran, corn flakes, coffee, and bread).
