We just returned from a week at the resort and can’t rave enough about it! The poolside service from Gabriel, Alex, Jesus and too many more to name, was exceptional. The views were beautiful and people were always doing work to beautify the grounds. Hope to make another visit soon!

I love the staff the most. They do what they can to make your stay fun. I love the beach and the clear ocean water. There is a great sitting area on the beach as well as hammocks. There weren't as many shows or activities this time, but I figure that's due to Covid restrictions and just trying to come back from it. The rooms are clean and spacious, but who stays in their room anyway?! The only thing that could be improved is more menu options for dinner. Lunch is always a variety and very good. The location is a short taxi ride to town and it's only $5! This is an older hotel, but I love it!

We loooove this place… this is our 3rd time here in 2 years and I will never stay anywhere else. Rooms are clean, the beach is GORGEOUS and the service is the best! we've had the pleasure of having Santiago as our cabana waiter all the visits and he is GREAT. We were sad to hear Miguel now works somewhere else, but soooo glad Santiago is still here. It's truest paradise.

This was our 2nd time around. We love this hotel, it's old but clean and the staff is great. However, we had a little problem with the beach towels. Someone took our towels by mistake or intentionally and it was an ordeal to get our towel cards back. I went to the front desk after 3 days of not having any towels at all and the guy that seems to be a supervisor, skinny, short late 30s (sorry I did not get his name) gave me a hard time with it, at the end, I was responsible for the missing towels and was going to be charge $25 for each. At the end, after I told him I will dispute the charges and take to trip advisor for the review, all of the sudden both towels showed up. It's a shame that I had to waste time out of my vacation on this matter. I understand that they have rules, but… they don't expect their guests to be going around the beach, pool area, buffet/restaurant or the water carrying the towels so they are not taken! Other that this incident, everything went great and we had an amazing time. For the guy at the front desk, he should learn how to distinguished when someone was careless with the hotel property or when someone was victim of another guests mistake or bad intentions. This has left a bad impression and even though I loved this hotel… I don't think I will be coming back.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon back in May. We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff there were so nice. The service at the restaurant was super quick, never had to wait for a drink refill. They met every need we had. Every night was a different event. We will go back to this hotel for sure if we go stay in Cozumel again. Highly recommend them. Their guest services had so many events to do on the island and took care of all the headache for booking activities for the day. They took very good care of us.

This is a great resort for families and adults as well. All-inclusive value with a great beach and several pools… Fun putt-putt golf, snorkeling, jet skis & lots of other stuff to do. It's just a short cab ride to the airport or to the downtown shops and restaurants. Staff is very attentive and friendly… The resort is clean and well maintained. My only negative is the food… Not bad, just bland, like they are cooking for northerners with a sensitive palate… Definitely need more seasoning and a little more imaginative menu. My advice is to avoid the buffet and eat dinner at the more upscale restaurant. Overall, this is a great resort for a fun getaway!

Positive: The service was fantastic, on beach service. The rooms were dated, but clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. There was great snorkeling to be had just off the beach. The restaurant was very good. Negative: The food at the buffet was pretty much the same each night. There was no entertainment at all during both the afternoon and evening (other than a movie being shown). They stopped serving alcohol at 11 and beer by 12. We couldn't sit at the pool bar because of a very strong sewage smell coming from the bar at all times. You have to wake up at 7 to reserve a table for supper and to save chairs for the beach (did not enjoy having to set an alarm on vacation).

It's a grandparents ' hotel. There's no fun. "It's all inclusive" sirvrn drinks. They do not let you enter the dinner of the restaurant "main" without having made reservation even if they do not have people the explanation was very silly, that in kitchen it would take a lot to get the dishes xqe we were not considered. The employees are very closed people.
We were sold a Tour to go to snorkel to heaven and several points. QE tell you the boat has glass floor to watch the reef fish and other ☹ zero the pot has a small rectangle of approx 1m. X 30cm at the front. Everyone Qioen raises question; Xqie We all sell the idea of "glass floor" snacks and drinks throughout the tour only offer a mini bag of kids and had to ask.
Personally I was left with a bad taste in my mouth in this hotel and its services in addition to the old of the facilities.
I wouldn't go back to this place.

Only ate at the reservation only restaurant once and the food was decent. The main "buffet" is pretty good. They changed it up daily and the people that complain are they ones that are scared to try something different. Over all, one of the better resorts on the island.

It is service of the waiters and bellbots very good, the rooms of the North tower fatal, Rooms 202 and 203, old, without maintenance, the veneer of the outside loose, the lamp without screen, the cover of the armchairs with the rusted screws from outside, never put Hand towel, one day they did not clean one of the rooms. The women's bath in the pool area, opposite the FATAL restaurant, only served the veneer of one of the doors, without hooks to hang the bag, without paper towels to dry their hands and in the afternoon very dirty. When registering we were not asked if we had allergies to any food and rice with seafood did not indicate Q tapeworms. The plastic cups, which are the only ones that you get in the pool area, disgusting, old, worn, wise drink to soap. We had q buy in the center a thermos, in which we served our drinks. Decent food. There is no Wi fi more than in the Loby.

We really enjoyed our time there. But just remember, this is a you get what you paid for type of vacation. If you're expecting Sandals Resort, beaches Resort, you'll be disappointed. But if you want to spend a decent amount of money for a nice vacation, this is it. The main restaurants food was great, the outside restaurants food was good. The drinks were hit or miss. Their Margaritas were terrible, but there Bloody Mary's were amazing. The beach is beautiful, the rooms are clean, but it is not a modern Resort. Finally, for the money we paid, we loved our time there.

Pools are large and well laid out. Great to bring kids or to getaway as a couple.

The staff is very accommodating and polite. The reviews all read it is outdated and it is but it is very clean and the rooms are huge. You can easily sleep 5-6 in a room. The place says it is handicap accessible and it is somewhat. There are ramps everywhere but they are steep. My son is a very active and strong 25 year old with cerebral palsy and there are a most of ramps that are difficult for him. Easy for me to help push him up but he doesn't like that. There are 2 restaurants and the food is average. Not great but not bad either. The taco bar for lunch is really good. Great fish tacos. We are on our 4th day of a seven day trip. Will let you know more later.

Unfortunately "inclusive" means something else here. Wanted to charge for towels, free snokel gear was only free for an hour? It takes half that time to get the kids ready and going! Food was bland and drinks were rot gut… Make no. Mistake it is a beautiful place and the people were great, but the "all inclusive" deal felt more like we had just walked up and asked to swim at the beach. This review is based on purchase of all inclusive day pass while on a cruise. Booked as an excursion I would pass on this (too many great places where a day pass really is all inclusive).

The resort was total trash with leaks from the ceiling along with a very rusty bathroom, the food is simply horrible to the point where I got food poisoning immediately from eating it. They don't even have any straws available for drinks that are also horrible. On top of that, the beach is rather awfully maintained as it is very unsafe with huge sharp rocks and garbage of all sorts laying around everywhere. To make me want to forget about this so called vacation place even more is that there were almost zero activities to take my mind off how dreadful the resort is leading me towards complete boredom. The environment is very well boring with nothing happening at night since everything closes early. I sadly lost weight there because the buffet closes too early and has too little amounts of good food to offer. This is the most professional, recent, and trustworthy review you can possibly read since I have traveled around the world regularly to know that this resort is not what it seems to be. What I described was only the tip of the iceberg.

If you like scuba diving or would like to try it they have a place right here and they do a great job. The rooms are nice and the staff is overall very nice. If you need Internet it is very spotty and it basically only works in the lobby. The bars on the resort close at midnight. If you want to have some fun go down town.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The minute we arrived into the lobby we were greeted with a drink. Went up to our room to unload luggage and the fun began! Octavio then greeted us by the pool side, and that’s when the fun began! He and his other servers put some tables together for our group. Brought us a spread of different food. Then we washed them down with some awesome drinks. Good thing I brought my Yeti mug, they filled that up with Dos XX off the tap. Snorkeling was amazing. Captured some great footage with my GoPro. Even saw a barracuda-off in the distance. We even chartered the Fury to come pick us up at our very own pier at the hotel and we were off. Snorkeled some amazing reefs with the Fury. For lunch time they even have their very one private spot on the beach. Awesome water toys in the ocean to enjoy. I highly recommend this charter.

Loved being on the north part of the island. Very well maintained resort. Pools we're always clean and drink service was phenomenal. Great balcony… we were on the 4th floor with great views. The food in the restaurant tends to be a little better than the outside restaurant but after 4 or 5 days it all tastes the same. Plenty of lounge chairs and make a point to walk down the beach south of the resort. The tide pools with urchins and other sea life is fantastic.

Staff are amazing, the food is ok in the main restaurant and the quality is higher in the restaurant that you need to make a reservation. 2 large pools and plenty of activities, this place is amazingly relaxing and I highly recommend it, the staff will ensure you have a great time at El Cozumeleno.

This is a beautiful, older property that is immaculately maintained. The people are so friendly, you make fast friends. The food was delicious… and the restaurant is such a great experience… we enjoyed making our reservation for every night. Make sure you pack appropriate clothing, if you expect to be served… it's like any other classy place, don't expect to go in wearing flip flops and shorts in the evening. We enjoyed our trip so much 2 years ago, that we are going back today for a week. It's a super relaxing place to unwind. Our biggest decision was what time to have dinner. Tip your server well and you will have amazing, friendly service. Enjoy!

1. — I spent eating hot dogs (bad by the way), because the restaurant serves you only at established times and then there is nothing else to eat; It is finished fast what they cook and if you ask the letter it takes an hour per dish.
If you like to arrive at any time of the day to eat and to attend you well, this place is not for you, unless you like to eat snacks, lousy but at all hours (11 to 6) 2. — The bar does not have good drinks and if they come to have some quality, they are only 3 bottles for the whole hotel (no joke).
They serve you in plastic cups all over.
3. — they have room service. If they answer you, if there's anything, if you ask for a good hour, if they want to. Let's forget I said room service.
4. — The only pleasant are the people of the activities staff, who despite the lack of the place and the facilities, try to rescue your day with their attitude, the other workers think they are zombies.
Honestly they have much to change, starting with the attitude and cordiality of their staff, if they were different, would go unnoticed many gaps in the place.

The minute we arrived into the lobby we were greeted with a drink.

The rooms are large but the furniture and beds are old, the TVs outdated, there is no hot water in the room, just slightly lukewarm, in the room we had 2 adults and one child and they only put a water bottle of 500 ml for 3 people and they don't give you more water. The food in. The 3 restaurants are very bad, no taste or season. The coffee is bitter-tasting. There is only Internet in the lobby, anywhere else in the hotel.

The food in the all inclusive plan is too austere, the facilities lack a bit of maintenance but they are acceptable, the pools if you don't come in the middle of summer or spring are very cold as they do not have heating system or if they have it simply They do not put it to work, the staff does not have the attention due to the guests and the worst you serve the wine in plastic cups hahahaha. For the price and the name of "resort" I think it's short. The beach in this hotel is not very good there are only scarce 2 meters of sand at the most, so if you throw yourself to sunbathing by the sea soon you will have people passing saltandote.

It was our third visit to the resort. We usually come in June or July but went in October this year. The place was very clean, very satisfied with the room. Being off season, occupancy was low and it was almost like there were more people working at the resort than staying in it! Service was excellent as usual, never an empty glass. As usual there is snack food available all day but ordering off the menu at lunch offers more (better food) variety. Breakfast included buffet of fruit and pastries and also full menu of omelettes, etc. Evening meal was sometimes buffet, sometimes menu only but did not disappoint. Also, dined 2 nights at the Veranda restaurant (fancy, must make reservations at desk) and it was exceptional. Feel very safe at El Coz because you are fairly north of town and enjoy seeing/interacting with the employees who are eager to help you. Special thanks to activity host, Angel, beverage host, Rusbel and manager, Fernando. We will be back!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Great resort! Major positives were the extremely wonderful staff, beautifully kept beach and pools, and the activities the resort offered. We spent about half our time at the resort and there was always something fun to do! Free snorkeling right on their beach. The food was great! Came to Mexico for plenty of Mexican food (the fajitas were fantastic! ) and we got it, but they had many other food choices as well. And they kept the drinks flowing! Rooms were nice. Good AC. 10 minutes from airport or downtown. You can also book anything you want to do right from the resort — Parasailing, Pirate ship cruise, dolphins, ruins tours or anything your heart desires. We absolutely loved this place and if we come back to Cozumel — this is where we will stay! Thanks from Pam and Keith! 10/6 — 10/14 :)

Unbiased review. In summary I will be back to Cozumel but not to this hotel. Pros: location, on the beach although its limited distance for walking, free nearby snorkeling, quiet mostly, clean rooms daily, most but certainly NOT all staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are nicely sized, price, it doesnt get cheaper than this. Unltd food and drinks but with time restraints. Yaneth and Alberto provided excellent service. In particular, the staffmember Aldo was very rude and overlooked my family several times while serving other guests and ignored us. He also had selective English-speaking and understanding capabilities. Cons: to eat in the dinner restaurant you must wakeup at 8am everyday and stand in line to reserve a dinner spot from 6pm on, this restaurant is also small so its a free for all to stand in line and hopefully you can get a spot. Limited food options. The food ranges from terrible to below average. After 2 or 3 days you will get tired of it because its bland and disgusting. Menu is on repeat every 3 days so minimal variety. The anytime reataurant and room service close at 10pm also no alcohol served after that time. The jacuzzi is very slimy and feels like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Drinks unlimited but highly watered down, very cheap brands. Service, some waiters will refuse to serve you or pretend they do not know English if you do not tip, ie a waiter named Aldo (although coverage for tips is included in the total cost.

Upon checking in to the room, the odor of mold was thick enough to chew on. Husband went to the bathroom and saw that the floor was wet, and that there was black mold all over the corners of the walls. The bed was so damp, I wouldn't sit on it. A lamp over the table was covered in mold and rust. I called front desk and was told to call back in ten minutes. I did call back ten minutes later and the gentleman I spoke to, said his "boss is busy right now. " He told me he would have a manager call me back in 10-15 minutes. A half hour went by and no call, so I called again. The same person told me to wait and then he set the phone down for roughly ten minutes, while I listened to bustling noises and finally hung up and re-dialed. By this time, I was annoyed to the point of demanding that a manager come to our room immediately. About 20 minutes later, two men came to our room. We explained to them that we wanted a new room and they moved us down the hall right away. The new room was cleaner, but still very damp. Two of the five days we stayed there, there was no hot water for showering. One day, during my shower, the water simply shut off. I had to wait a half hour with soap in my hair for the water to come back on, making us late for our excursion. Every morning, there were loud slamming noises coming from the hallway. So loud, it sounded like a gun was going off right outside our door. Great way to wake up at 7AM. Some people like to sleep in a little on vacation.

This is a good hotel but I don't think it fully qualifies as a Resort. The room I was in had a great view and very comfortable. The A/C worked perfect and silently. And only one day we had to call reception to have our towels delivered. They said their cleaning provider was late for delivery but that they would give us the towels as soon as possible. Even though it's all inclusive they want to charge you extra for bottled water on your room. I would have been ok with it but their price was outrageous, more than twice the price than at any OXXO or Comercial Mexicana. The buffet restaurant was a hit or miss. Sometimes it would be good and sometimes not so much. I have visited many hotels with better food service than this and they were not nearly as expensive. This resort is very expensive for what it is. For this kind of price I was expecting a lot more.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK… The negative reviews here are baffling to me… I would recommend looking deeply into the reviews and considering both sides. I have no complaints whatsoever about this resort… My guess is that people are more motivated to write a review when they've had a negative experience, than to write a good review when satisfied. In addition, some people's expectations based on experiences at other larger corporate all-inclusives would obviously be different. Personally, I'm not even the type to stay at a resort, I prefer exploring on my own and enjoy smaller local places; however, even given my bias against a large all-inclusive, I was thoroughly impressed and couldn't ask for a better experience. Let's start with the staff… all of them were extremely friendly, accommodating and eager to please. I do believe that if you attempt to speak Spanish with them (though most speak English quite well), it helps develop a good rapport. In addition, an occasional tip of a dollar or two (even though it isn't "required") goes a long way in getting even better service. In several cases, I made genuine friendships with some of the staff, and on future visits will be meeting with them outside of the environment just to hang out and learn about their local culture. Many complaints centered on the food, which I do not understand, either. Certain things weren't to my taste or perfect, but overall the food was very good, and in some cases were excellent.

Just got back from my honeymoon and we stayed at this all inclusive resort. Overall, it's just okay. Our room was decent, bed was comfortable. The A/C in the unit was very loud and did not get too cold, but it was cold enough to sleep somewhat comfortably. We had a nice oceanview room which was cool. The bathroom was very outdated but shower had nice hot water. The only place you can get Wi-Fi is in the loby which was very hot as they did not have A/C running anywhere other than the rooms. There were two restaurants although we only ate at the buffet which was kind of hit or miss. Drinks were also kind kind of hit or miss as some bartenders really liked to water down your drinks. Pools were nice and cleaned and the man made beach was nice to relax on. Snorkling was free which was cool, but again that was hit or miss. Lots of their snorkling masks would leak water and the guy running the activities just didn't care. If you got a good mask it was awesome! Saw sord fish, sting rays, and lots more. There was a put-put course which was also fun. Going into town was about $6-8 depending on your driver and once in town there was lots of things to do. Overall Cozumel is a very beautiful place and I could for sure visit again, but probably not at this resort again. It was fun, don't get me wrong but for a little more $$ you can probably get a lot more.

My husband and I recently stayed at this resort for our anniversary. The hotel is old. The air conditioner doesn't get cold. We had to have a fan during our stay. The hot water doesn't get hot. We basically had to take a cold shower during the entire time we were there. The hotel only had two restaurants to choose from. So, your buffet selection was very limited. We felt as if we were eating leftovers on many days and nights. We visited downtown or ordered takeout for many meals. All-inclusive isn't really "all-inclusive". In order to have your fridge stocked, there was an $18 fee. The island itself is beautiful. However, when we make another visit it won't be at this location.

In the few places they have ceiling fans they do not turn them on and the cord are torn out. When I go to Mexico I like an adult beverage, but this place even if you order a double it is still watered down. Spend more money somewhere else it is worth it. The place has some of the worst food I've ever had the misfortune of paying for (albeit upfront) in my entire life. Imagine Luby's but left out to get cold and soggy from ocean air for several hours. I can't describe or do justice to just how abysmal the food was with words alone. -The place is absolutely beautiful — the landscaping is top notch down to the trees and well groomed plants at every turn. -The staff varied significantly in quality. We had a few servers that were very loyal, but as coincidence has it, these were the ones who we tipped the most early on. Perhaps a small greasing of the palms goes further here than other joints. Most of the waiters and bartenders were very unenthusiastic (perhaps to be expected) and often verged beyond the brink of rude. At one point I checked out putt-putt equipment while I had the hiccups and the two men behind the counter laughed at me and remarked about "how drunk the boy was" then laughed some more at my expense. Sad for them, my wife speaks enough Spanish to understand them. They seemed shocked. -The guest services were laughable, to the point that the woman staffing it the majority of the time spoke no (no) English and barely looked up. At one point I waited in front of her for almost a minute before she acknowledged me and then when I finally got her attention she just kind of shrugged and indicated she couldn't help me due to the language barrier. -I feel like I should repeat this: THE FOOD IS AMAZINGLY BAD.

Let me explain to you some of my experiences with this place. First fair warning keep your phone taped to you because they will get stolen and thrown away and at about 4AM various garbage men will come and dig through all the garbages. Next, bring your own food (as much as possible) the sausage pizza is made up of goat cheese and cut up hot dogs. I was unbelievably appalled by the service. This resort has 3 men that are the only nice thing about being there. Mateo, Estaban, and Carlenando are the only ones that show good service. Towards the end of our stay we heard conversations about them putting stuff into our food. If you plan on staying here you better be damn sure your ready to get bent over by shitty food and horrendous service. Oh ya and if you are looking for Wi-Fi good luck because you get it in about an area of 5 feet. Safe travels because if you go here you will no doubt get food poising and may never come back.

This is not a RESORT! the only thing I can say nice is the photographer's in the lobby are great, well and the beach towels are good. I always want to post positive. This resort needs a new life! the towels are terrible, the bedding if you want to call it that, the beds are so uncomfortable, they do not have entertainment like they say. The seaweed is out of control and some even smelled/looked of sewage. The food is mediocre but the staff could care less if you are there. Seriously in Mexico and they only offered Jose and Hornito's tequila and that was IF they had any. The plumbing is a mess. We had 3 rooms and all had to have a plumber to shut off water, put on a new shower head etc. You can't FLUSH your toilet paper. They don't want to give you a bottle of water they want you to buy it at an all inclusive resort. No fridge in the room, the services offered are not part of the resort and they do not hold to what they tell you. I am not a pool girl but it was too cold and the hot tub was 78 degrees! The towels if you can get any in your room are paper thin and the bedding smells and looks chewed on! The safe is very small, they still use a room key, they say they have a disco and entertainment well if they show up it lasts about an hour. You can't find any sandy beach and the beach chairs are so worn down you can feel every bar they are made with. I have been to many resorts and on many cruises — pure disappointment! was actually ready to come home.

First, the people were great including the dive shop staff. The facilities were not so hot: 1. Room AC was terrible. Room remained hot until after midnight. 2. NO Wi-Fi in the rooms. 3. Inadequate/slow Wi-Fi in the lobby. 4. However, there was little or no AC in the lobby, so working there for long was not feasible. 5. Inadequate/slow Wi-Fi in patio restaurant. 6. Toilet often didn't flush. 7. Buffet food was high school cafeteria quality or less. Skip "Italian Night" at all costs. Breakfast was best and coffee good. The staff were friendly and attentive. Even the kids hated the food. 8. Difficult to enter the ocean in front of the hotel due to slippery rocks. No reef, few fish = boring snorkeling. 9. Evidently, per local taxi drivers, hotel posted incorrect rates causing confrontation and angry drivers. 10. Hint: avoid paying $10 per night per person for the 9th floor "Sky Ocean" rooms, as they are nothing special and the curtains had to remain closed to make the room livable due to poor AC. We left a day early and went into the San Miguel center and found a great hotel for our final night. WARNING: I first visited Cozumel c 1980 and for many years after it was our favorite dive location. After cruise ships started to stop, things changed and not for the better. Be prepared to pay exorbitant taxi, food and drink prices. The people remain friendly and I hope far wealthier.

I took my daughter to Cozumel for a post high school graduation trip and her 18th birthday. My husband wasn't going with us, so since it was going to be just the two of us, I wanted to make sure we were somewhere safe. I picked this resort because of it's location to the airport and town. The day we were supposed to leave, the airlines had to change the day of our departure to the following day, which meant we were going to be checking into the resort a day later than our reservations and checking out a day later. Still staying the same amount of nights! I called the resort before we left home to notify them of the changes, and was told all was okay. The day we checked in, the front desk changed our reservations to the days that we were going to be there. Again, was told everything was going to be okay and was not told that we would have to pay any additional charges. On our last night there at 11:40pm! our phone rang in our room, I answered it to hear some man at the front desk tell me that we had to pay for an additional night. I tried to explain the situation to him, and he told me that I need to come THEN to pay. I told him we were sleeping and I wasn't going to leave my daughter in the room that late at night. I told him that I would take care of it in the morning, and hung up the phone. At MIDNIGHT!

I have stayed here FOUR times with parents, family, and wife. The hotel is not "luxury", but it beats any place on the east coast of the U. S. Couldn't even touch getting a beach house in Ocean City MD for the all inclusive price we paid to stay at El Cozumeleno. In all the times I've stayed here, the food has been excellent, the service is WAY above average, and nobody has ever gotten sick. No, the food presentation is not "fancy" in anyway, but it's good tasting hearty local food. All of the help is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. I'm going back AGAIN this summer — which I think is the best time to go — the ocean is clear and warm, and it seems everyone is here to relax and unwind. If you're looking for pretension, this place is NOT for you. IF you're looking for a great place for the family to unwind and have a great time in a foreign country, El Cozumeleno and Cozumel is a great place to do it.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December 2013. The condition of the room is poor to average. Upon arrival the sheets smelled horrible, like mold. I called and hey changed the sheets right away but the mold smell in the room did not go away. The towels that are supposed to be white were gray. The bed covers and pillows are poor quality. The room was spacious and great ocean view. Bring your shampoo and conditioner with you because they don't have a conditioner in the room. We had all our dinners at the fine dining restaurant. Although it requires reservation (make your reservation at 8 am), we were able to get a table every night. The food at this restaurant was good, much much better than the other buffet restaurant. They also serve a much nicer breakfast at this restaurant. The food at the buffet was not good our taste although many people seemed to be enjoying the buffet. Drinks were okay for me as I am not really picky with the quality of the drink. I'm not much of a drinker, but it was nice to get whatever you want for free. Pools and the activities were good. Kayaking, scuba diving lesson, snorkeling tours, water aerobics, etc. Are included. The swimming area in the beach with sand only bottom is limited, but the water is crystal clear and you can see the fish from above. I really enjoyed swimming the sea. Actually I think this hotel's beach were the best beach in the island.
