There is just so many great things to say. Beautiful views, amazing friendly staff, the 2 on site restaurants had delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was perfect with a huge selection, all the staff were so welcoming and helpful… I wish I wrote down their names …it was so amazing we can’t wait to book our next vacation at the Westin Cozumel. Oh and my husband loved being able to take the scuba boat right from the dock. Our 41st anniversary was a vacation to remember …Thank you Kim Foster.

Really the worst hotel that e arrived in Cozumel, the service is pessimo pessimo pesimos the food in restaurants is a deception there are not half of the dishes that come on the menu there are many better options on the island.

Eduardo and Esperanza are the most amazing wait staff. All of the wait staff was superior but these two were absolutely amazing and we will be recommending this place to our friends and family based on the wonderful service that we received from them. Eduardo always made the best recommendations and took care to get the exact wine that my husband requested while Esperanza always got our puppy water on the restaurant patio.

Love the food is amazing, room is beautiful, view is incredible and the customer service is superb! Westin Cozumel is outstanding❤️❤️❤️

Place is real nice and great view. Don’t book a cabana. They look cool on their website but they are small and hardly any view. Go for a suite on the penthouse level. 1601 and 1606 have wrap around patios.

This is an amazing resort. The cleanliness of the resort is top notch. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Everyone at the resort is very respectful and polite. The 2 pools are very clean and the pool on the top deck gets no better with the view. Snorkling is amazing here which you wouldn't have to leave the property for. The food is great. Breakfast was very good. Lunch is spot on. I recommend the octopus ceviche and Baja style fish tacos. Every night for dining at the Cuzumil restaurant has a different theme. This a shoutout to these specific people that work at this hotel. For breakfast and lunch Karina, Lourdes and Alejandro were excellent as well as for the dinning staff which included Angel, Gerardo and Marco. I couldn't want or say more from this great group that you have. The only thing I would recommend would be to have an ATM machine on the property and a gift shop, maybe politics has something to do with this but it's not a deal breaker, just a couple good amenities. We will be definitely staying here from now on. Till next time🍹

They treat all inclusive guests bad. They will tell you anything, then turn around and say sorry that was wrong. They kick you out of the room at 12:30 and tell you that you can still have full access to everything until your plane leaves. Then when you try to get a drink, they cut your armband off and say your services ended at 12:00. Our plane doesn’t leave until 6:10 tonight and now have to go wait at a restaurant to eat and drink. The food is not good so we definitely won’t pay for food here. We will never stay here again. They need to go to other all inclusive resorts and see how to treat guests.

The waiting time is absurd. At least an hour wait to get your drinks, food, etc. Staff is forgetful and not accommodating, excuses were always in place for every situation rather than correcting the issue.

Came here for lunch and the spectacular view. The soups were amazing.

Facilities, service and tranquility. Rusbel excellent waiter on the lookout for one.

Very nice hotel and its facilities. Very friendly staff although there are areas of opportunity to improve service and attention to guests.

Predatory business practices. Wrong date was inadvertently booked with this hotel and they had ZERO interest in making it right. Awfully arrogant and downright shameful. I have them multiple attempts to make it right and they were happy to take my $400+ and give me absolutely nothing in return. Will be telling my friends and family about my experience and I will never stay at a Westin again. Buyer Beware!

The facilities are treated, especially the real estate of the top-notch bedroom mattress uff! In a thousand more details. Beautiful view, very equipped gym, excellent food!

Great place with great views and great staff. The only thing I found inefficient was the bathroom layout. The shower doors opened out with no lip so you couldn’t place a towel down to step on, it was very wet and slippery and could be dangerous. But we loved it!

We had the most amazing time at The Westin Cozumel! We spent a full week there for our honeymoon! Amazing room and views of the beautiful ocean. Staff was wonderful, as were hotel restaurants. 100% recommend.

We purchased a day pass at recommendation of the cruise shopping guide, Kimberly Rose, on Symphony of the Seas. Beautiful and we got the fee amount in food and drinks. Beach, huge pool, and delicious food and drinks. So refreshing to be in a quiet setting.

We came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely stunning! The views were gorgeous and the weather was perfect! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. The hotel restaurant was amazing — make sure you get their breakfast buffet! We absolutely can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed a lot our stay. Beautiful room view, very clean, friendly staff, good food.

Woah! Loved the hotel and the location. 10 minute taxi ride away from the town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is kinda small but definitely really nice to snorkel. All rooms have ocean views, some have balconies.

This is a brand new hotel and it was done tastefully and it is beautiful. There is a giant lobby with about 40 foot ceilings with a big sitting area next to the bar that accommodates a lot of people. There is a nice sized restaurant next to that. The back doors open to a nice sized pool and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The water is a short 25 yard walk from the back door. There are snorkel rentals on the property. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways that leas to the room are open on the backside, so you have a view of the woods on the back and a view of the ocean from your room. Some rooms have a terrace, and some do not. It is very open concept with a big sink/shower area, and separate room for the toilet. The staff was great and took care of us. The AC's worked well in the rooom which you will definitely need. Overall I had a fantastic experience. One of the prettiest hotels I've been to.

The hotel’s location is perfect. It has a small beach but it is great for the hotel’s guests. HOWEVER the beach is not enough for excursion boats! It was insane that the hotel has an arrangement with the tourist boat company and they bring 30-40 people twice a day to this little beach! The boat has loud music and they don’t care if hotel customers who are having relax time. When they come, of course the staff is not enough! I am giving 2 stars for this reason. It was very very disturbing for who wants to relax. Otherwise the staff is wonderful! Our housekeeper has made a great job to keep our room clean and neat! Breakfast crew was great! Hopefully the management can review their decision about this matter. If they do, I would love to come again!

The property is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. A bit far from downtown though. The staff was nothing but polite and welcoming. We did a tour w/the company on the second floor (destination services) and enjoyed it thoroughly. Only issue was the transportation (through destination services) to and from the airport. We paid 65US (round trip, 2 people) and were thrown into a taxi both times. Had we known we would be taking regular taxis both ways, we wouldn’t have paid for transportation and just went with taxis. Would’ve been much cheaper. Dinner isn’t anything to write home about but it wasn’t bad. Breakfast & lunch were great, though. Overall, it was a great stay for a little under a week.

The rooms are great. Heavenly beds live up to their reputation. Excellent perks for SPG elite members. There are limited dining options on site but they have a great lunch and breakfast buffet. Great service by the pool and in the lobby bar. We will definitely be back. The pictures are the view from the 15th corner. Very nice! Also the snorkeling is great right out in front of the hotel.

This is a beautiful brand new SPG property. The staff are wonderful and staff to guest ratio is high. The beach is 10 out of 10 — sandy entry, shallow lagoon, amazing snorkelling right in front of the hotel. The activity hut has all the gear you need including life jackets for kids and babies. Paddle boards and sea kayaks available at reasonable rates.
In terms of food — top quality fresh ingredients, salads (washed in purified water) and lots of healthy options at buffet meals.
All of the rooms are ocean facing and are beautifully designed with light colours, rose wood and tile. Love the ocean inspired art work in the rooms and throughout the property.
Wifi is fast and there are USB plug ins by the bedside.
My favourite SPG property in the world so far!

I love this place, it’s amazing the rooms are phenomenal, beach view. The service is the best. The spa facilities are beyond what I could have imagine. From the moment we arrived we were greeting with a drink and the place had this amazing aroma that Im addict to! Lol I want that smell in my house!
