Breakfast was very good, there's fruits and cereal and you can order off the menu. That's all included with your room stay. The area is nice and quiet, the room was very clean as well.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel celebrating our 46th. Anniversary and it was just phenomenal.

A hotel located in Nuevo Casas Grandes Chihuahua, very quiet, its rooms clean and tidy. Instant hot water. All the reception and restaurant employees are very friendly and attentive.

Holiday Inn Juárez — Exceptional Service and Comfort.
My wife and I recently completed a two‑week stay at the Holiday Inn Juárez while visiting the U. S. Consulate, and our experience was outstanding.

Great place, very polite and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Food, buffet, is ok. Bar hours need to improve, they close to early. Everything else it's good.

Very nice property, great location, at walking distance from good restaurants, shopping centers, catholic church.

I stayed there twice, either end of my Chepe Express train journey.

Hotel Villa de Urike is just great! Everything is fine here. We spent 3 nights here and have unforgettable experiences! Francisco was a super host. He was very helpful. And his English is super!

I loved it here. The people always went out of their way to help us. The pool is beautiful and walks on Main Street or along the river are just a few steps in either direction.

My experience at Mesa Luna Hotel was an 9 out of 10. The cleaning service was adequate, but there was a need for more dusting, especially in the microwaves and fridges, which were quite dirty.

Very pretty hotel in nice grounds, with a lovely warm swimming pool. The food for lunch and dinner could be more inspired.

I deducted a star due to the pool temperature. Last time we were here, the temperature was nice. Today, it was a bit too cold. We were told the only turn on the pool heater for 4 hours in the morning.

This place is just beautiful. It sits atop a mountain range where you have the view of the entire City of Chihuahua. The place really is majestic.

This was a great place to stay the staff was really courteous and professional. The rooms were really clean and when we had a question for the manager, he answered right away.

Staff was kind and helpful. Close walking distance to everything we needed for visa processing. Laundry was a bit expensive $11 for 1 washer and 1dryer.

Very central hostel with nice rooms and very good communal spaces. Everybody was very nice and helpful, however you can hear the train very loud, especially in the morning.

While this hotel was a few steps away from the Center of Creel it was an easy walk or the hotel had complementary transportation always available.

Definitely coming back. On the outskirts of town but not far from the main street, you can walk the distance in around 10 minutes.
