Hotels in Chihuahua with a Pool

Gorgeous hotel, very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and amazing breakfast buffet and the location is top tier. There's so much to do right within walking distance of the hotel.

They are fixing the elevator, a lot of noise and you have to wait to get to your room, I would recommend to ask if the fixings are over before booking.

This was a great place to stay the staff was really courteous and professional. The rooms were really clean and when we had a question for the manager, he answered right away.

The garden area was beautiful we came here for our honeymoon stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff is so sweet and take super care of you. Gracias por una visita maravillosa.

The only "bad" thing about this hotel is that it's at the top of a mountain so if you're walking, it can be a pain to walk back up to it. But the hotel was super clean, the staff was very nice, and

The hotel was a happy find on a busy weekend when our other booked accomodation fell through. The desk staff were very helpful and we were quite content with our rooms.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Has laundry mat service they exchange the coins for that service at the front desk.

My husband, kids and I stayed here for a month for my husbands process and all the staff was very helpful and nice.

Appreciated the mountain view and the breakfast buffet was the best of our Copper Canyon/El Chepe tour (we stayed at five other hotels). Wonderful having a bathtub en suite.

I deducted a star due to the pool temperature. Last time we were here, the temperature was nice. Today, it was a bit too cold. We were told the only turn on the pool heater for 4 hours in the morning.

This a great hotel for long stays. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I loved that the laundry is free for guests and they provide transportation anywhere you want to go from and to.

Positive: The location was perfect. The hotel has complimentary transportation to the wedding. Breakfast was very good too.

For the price, everything was fantastic and the staff was very kind. The attached restaurant was very good. Not sure where they’re hiding the pool at though.

The place is realively new, rooms where very clean, comfortable and in a good location. The front desk people where helpful, for the most part. They were however a bit stingy with the TP and towels.

Stayed here twice over two years. Much nicer part of town. Next to Costco and many restaurants including breakfast options. Breakfast not provided by the hotel.

The hotel is top notch in juarez and the sevice is also very good. The staff is very helpful. Only thing was the roof top bar was never functional during my stay.

Rooms were great no issues with them I usually stay here twice a year for at least a week. I'm in town for work and they have very helpful front desk.

I checked in at 11 pm and scheduled for a late check out and the person at reception was very nice and said I could stay until 3pm, the next day the staff told me I had to leave before 1pm.

Positive: Room was clean, the staff was super friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the bar was pretty sleepy, but service was very prompt. Negative: ""

Positive: The staff was great and location was near and easy to find Negative: The hotel was under construction, the entrance was hard to get to, the buffet included was lame, and they give 1 towel

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly with anything we needed. The rooms were so clean, and the cleaning staff was always so happy to help.

Good service very good facilities.

It is true that it is a hotel of several years. However I think it is very well taken care of.
Its rooms are large like the hotels before.

Seems like a nice hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't use the facilities.

I always come here when I come to Chihuahua. Staff is friendly, place is impecable, beds are comfortable, and price includes an amazing warm breakfast and full waiting service.
