Bad service in Restauran. We are staying at the hotel which has Buffet we are 2 adults and 2 girls 2 years old which charge us the buffet of $175.00 ALSO we ordered 2 chairs and they only have 2… having the receptionist and manager in turn with a deplorable attitude… IF THEY COME WITH FAMILY AND STAY DO NOT CONSUME IN THE RESTAURAN…

Everything was great. The food, rooms, service and theres plenty to do and see around the Hotel. It also has good parking.

The best hotel of the city, with excellent service, location, rooms super spacious and comfortable.

The place is not cheap but it is definitely an excellent hotel.
It has ample parking, the rooms are large, the food in the restaurant is very rich and the deal, though better, is definitely not at all bad.
There is a pool, which is not big, but it is excellent to go to soak your feet.
Only one negative point, which however is not the fault of the hotel, is that at night there is practically nothing close to eat. Even the conveniences are a little far away.

The rooms and in if all the facilities are in very good condition, the connection to internet leaves a lot to be desired.

It really does have a Plus… extra large towel pillows and clean linen fresh and good quality… in front of the church with square and corn included.

The rooms are fine, dry… it looks a bit old… with carpet everywhere and facilities like your parents ' house, but clean in general and with a good breakfast, only one courtesy per room.

It is an excellent hotel located in the center of los Mochis very close to the business area of the city, is one of the best hotels in price-quality relationship, their bathrooms are spotless, beds comfortable and the maintenance conditions in general are excellent, the restaurant has a very good menu and the prices are accessible.

Super wonderful stay. Our room looked out over the central park and Sacred Heart church. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Very hospitable, excellent breakfast, quite and clean.

We requested the room for our honeymoon, excellent service, cleanliness and space, traditional décor that adheres to the Jr. Suite, with stay, living room and a kitchen without grill, the bathroom was enough, not the big deal.

The location is awesome, there's everything closet yo the hotel and the servicie is well related to the price, food is great and the park next todo the hotel is beautiful.

We stayed one night. The room was as advertised, but not fantastic. Location is great.

Rooms are well kept and the AC keeps the room cool in a HOT place. The restaurant serves great food at a decent price. The hotel seems to suit business travelers well as I saw men and women from various countries working on their projects in the restaurant. The gym is kind of small but is clean. The hotel sits across a great plaza with gardens great for a relaxing stroll. I got a neck and back massage in the plaza for a few dollars;)

The hotel is located near theaters and restaurants. The staff is great, the food at the restaurant is delicious, has a pool, bar and meeting rooms. The room was ok, the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned or replaced. The pillows are not so comfortable. I think it is a safe and good place to stay in Los Mochis.

I went to the hotel to a Conference of gastronomy in the hotel lounge located in av. Gral. Alvaro Obregón 691 pte, Center, 81200 the mochis ahome without. The attention they gave me was pleasant as well as a varied buffet bar and amazing quality is a place to which I would recommend widely for a special event if you like enjoy great dishes and fine cuts.

Very good service, I attended to an eventos and everything was great.

I just went to the Buffet. Everything was delicious in the restaurant.

Hotel with important details to improve¡¡ The attention in the reception, without kindness, or warmth, they need training in the treatment and care to the client, one of the rooms had a smell of pipe, we tell them and they sent the plumber, it turned out that it was the air conditioner that was leaking, filter is in the carpet and this caused the unpleasant odor, we apologize for the plumber, who if you have attention and quality of service, as there was the smell, we had to go down to insist the problem, we were attended by Manuel this person was very rude, arrogant, and blunt; and we do not facilitate the change room until much after so much insistence, as may be this type of person in this Chain of prestigious Hotels, I chose it because it is according to considered of excellence, I think that it is so no longer, for these small or large details that leave their mark in our stay, we would not go back to stay at least in this Hotel.
