Excellent service with friendly staff and beautiful ceiba experience.

Very clean friendly staff in heart of town.

The hotel is generally ok, good location and the staff is attentive and friendly. The prices of the rooms are made to me correct to what they offer. It has a restaurant that is ok is not the otherworldly thing, the prices are well the most expensive cost 90 pesos.
My room was clean.
The perfect internet connection either in the lobi or in the room, the hotel has 2 computers for guests' use but they do not have a printer.

The bathroom is ok, in the shower there is a tub even that the tub is somewhat ugly.

The pool is clean, it is not very deep measures 1.50-1.55 approx does not have a splash but you can use the jacuzzi. They turn it on sometimes, but I never saw it working.
The only "detail" is that in my room the 226 I don't know the others, I didn't like the location of the weather is on the side of the bed so if you put it cold it's going to give you a lot of cold since it hits you directly the air and if you turn it off it it will give you Heat.

I Went to the 50 Anniversary celebration of high School. The organisers wore out and the hotel responded very well to 73 diners.

Good place to rest, the restaurant is OK not expensive just let you want the menu.

Everything was very good, friendly and fast service, good facilities clean rooms, has swimming pool, good location (squares, Trapiche Museum and Jardim Botanico). I recommend 100xciento.

The staff is poor and not friendly, their rooms are very simple and not comfortable, for the price paid leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant if the best, good menu and good costs.
