Nice, clean, I came with my daughters and has a oxxo in the corner and in the other corner the pharmacy. The banks a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is very good.

Very reasonably priced. Centrally located. It's an older facility, but well maintained, clean, safe and comfortable. Our room had a decidedly seventies feel in it's decor, which we found charming. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite, cheery and helpful. The attached restaurant had a wonderful breakfast menu and was also very reasonably priced. Seemed to be a popular place with locals as well as travelers.

My comment is for the restaurant of the hotel fenix. Excellent place to have breakfast. Very quiet and very good food at very fair prices. Excellent treatment of the waitresses. Congratulations¡¡

Nice quality hotel with a good adjoining restaurant. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and not consistently. Really friendly and helpful front desk staff. It's also not far from lots of shopping.

Good location in Mochis. Room was quite standard for a good quality hotel. First they put us in a room that was not ready. After we let them know, they changed us to another one that had no towels. Went and asked for them to the cleaning personnel. Check-out was fast in early morning and reception staff helped getting a cab.

Poor service. The room has no microwave no refrigerator abd the floor it's very slippery, has an old T. V, the bed it's located 1/2ft to the a/c. No elevator. Poor customer service at the cafeteria. Not enough parking space.

Very good service, central location, good rates, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaurant is very rich.

The habitacciones are well, spacious, still has the air of a window in place of mini-split or central air.

On Monday 07 march 2016 in the morning, we called the hotel to make a reservation, to which we were treated by Delia, who assured us that there would be no problem for the room I needed for the day Tuesday, march 08, 2016. The day, Tuesday, at 17:15 hours, approximately, I stood in that hotel, only to receive the great surprise that there was no reservation whatsoever, the person who examined me without more explanation that there were no rooms available, I told him of the reservation that we had made the previous day, to just tell me that I couldn't do anything. It is inconceivable that in these times does not have a good control of reservations and based on a notebook written by hand with deletions, similar to a notebook of a young boy in elementary school. Should this "prestigious" (I think) hotel, better monitor what your employees and implement a safe system for the client. Finally, I hope I don't have that you need the services of this "prestigious" hotel, I followed it to the city of Los Mochis by job tasks and advise future customers to seek out another alternative. I am at your orders.

Book in advance, this place fills up quick. It's a modest little hotel in the heart of Los Mochis with no frills. If you want a clean bed, clean room, and friendly staff, look no further. The clerk will set you up with transportation if you need it, and the reception will help you with your luggage. There is no elevator, but that is common. One thing I won't forget is the man who worked reception who helped us with our luggage at night was there the next morning to help us with our luggage again. When we got to the taxi he shook the driver's hand and spoke to him in spanish, telling him "I want you to take good care of my friends here, they're very nice people and they've traveled a long way to visit us. " It was a nice gesture, and made us all feel very welcomed.

It is one of my favorite hotels.

Lousy hotel, the room super small and smells of cigarette, the sheets dirty with strange stains, old TV and dirty makes noise until turned off!, air conditioning super noisy. Terrible the worst thing that I saw on my visit to Mochis.

Excellent staff, facilities in good repair, remodeling and maintenance are, in general all very good, highly recommended on price and location…

In the morning I woke up with the surprise that was full of cockroaches in the room.

I was 4 days, and it is a simple hotel, comfortable and very nice, worth what you pay for. With a restaurant with very good food and very well located. Recommended.

Very clean and neat, good location and service.

You will not beat this hotel for the price, which is excellent. I choose the Fenix for my frequent visits to Los Mochis because it is clean, pleasant, and inexpensive. The restaurant is simple/basic, but quite good (sometimes very slow during the morning rush — don't plan any 7:45 meetings if you want to eat first, or else go to El Taquito a block away). Some of the internal rooms are stuffy and smell unpleasant (chemical vapor, excessive use of "air freshener"), but if you move to a room with an external window the smell problem is solved, and then you just have street noise to contend with (which is not bad). Internet connections are pretty good at the hotel most of the time. This hotel has a fantastic location — close to nice restaurants and shopping, but on a much less busy street than most in the area. I've always found the clientele to be pleasant — it is not such a party scene like some other Los Mochis hotels can be (especially around Christmas time and Semana Santa). Bring earplugs just in case.

Terrible hotel. All the facilities smell really bad. The room is very small and also smells like a can trash.

The place has great location, great prices, and the restaurant has very good food, if anything fails there is no elevator because k is somewhat annoying walk loading the suitcase, but there in out the place is more than recommended.

We at the ECJ Hotel Fenix for seven days and experienced great service, clean rooms and a decent small café on the first floor. More than $100 per night charged the other hotels and Hotel Fenix was $45 per night. The rooms were modern and the hotel felt very safe. Forget Best Western. Like to stay at the Hotel Fenix and use to take your extra funds of the Chepe. Oh, we also take our dog in the room without extra charge.
