I don't know, it was an incredible experience, the service was excellent.

Great customer service, the rooms are not the newest but are clean. If you're used to hotels in the USA and their amenities, I would say you are getting a 3.5 star hotel (within this area I would say it's a 4 star) ; the staff is great and hotel is defenitly one of better ones in the area. The price was good at around $50. They have a full bar and great restaurant. You can go cheaper at other hotels in this area but many things will exponentially drop (No hot water, faulty foucets, dirty hallways, deteriorating walls) or pay more and not obtain much more than what you can get here.

There's a buffet. Good food. You can stay time. If there's attention from the waiters.

Great Mexican food and service at the Hotel restaurant. Food cost is not included in the price of the hotel. I was surprised that the room had no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. I would have given it four stars were it not for those things. The rooms are showing age but are quite comfortable and a bit roomy. We stayed four days and the atmosphere by our rooms were always quite and peaceful.

Definitely the best hotel to catch the tour of the Chepe to visit the Sierra Madre de los Mochis to Chihuahua. The treatment is excellent very good facilities and throughout the tour they have very good coordination and the guides are very attentive, especially Mr Rigoberto Baez in Los mochis el Fuerte and Mr Jaime Doroteo in Cerocahui.

I was only at an event, a meal. Which is regular. The place very clean. When you arrive do not look receptionist. I think he's missing a little customer service or it was a coincidence.

Bad service over all. You can't control the temperature of the rooms. TVs dont work. There is no información on how to call reception. Only one key for the two of us staying in the room. The food is very limiting and merely average. No vegan alternatives what so ever. Would not recomend.

It is a ver nice place, just went to visit my cousin, so I didnt get into the rooms of far away, just stay at the loby, but all the people working there are very nice people.
