Good service, friendly treatment and good customer service. We had technical issues with Wi-Fi, but they helped me as far as they could.

The restaurant has an à la carte service lousy, announces that it does not have material dishes, serve the wines aztec cold, ask the term of the flesh and not; also not to bring the dishes as they are in the letter. In regards to the lemonade with mineral water, coffee, salad and fruit were good. The service of the waiter is good.

Nice and good service. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bar is a good place to hang out, there is even a pool table. The service at reception is excellent. In restaurant, the buffet that there is in the morning, the juice (natural and lots of variety), coffee and sweet bread is included. In the pool, the water is super rich and mega relaxing. The internet is very fast and efficient.

I only went to ask for reports and the attention very good, nice and fast, but the facilities leave much to be desired, they still have the fame, but also the facilities from 20 years ago.

Casa Grande Delicias is a incredible place for overnight, it's close to a few fast-food restaurants and a large mall, the rooms are good, the bed are comfortable and clean as the flooring. The service is good but could get better, is kinda fast but expert, the dinning place is delicious and precious and, for me, this hotel is a excellent bar. 9.4/10

This place sucked! After an hour and half I cancelled my order because foid never came out. My son fell asleep on the table. And I wasnt the only one there were severak of us that their table never got served!

The staff is always in a bad mood. They have nothing to offer if you forget and they tell you it arrives the next day but it is a lie. The rooms are fine.

Mr seems the hotel is good, the room is comfortable, has everything you need. The bed very nice, spacious and neat when I arrived. I don't see anything wrong with the hotel. We will look at the gym, I could not use the pool for lack of time. Yes, very friendly staff.

I traveled down here from Illinois for international business and let me tell you something. This is an amazing experience. The hotel is amazing. The people are amazing. The food is great. No insects or animals to worry about. The culture is overall amazing.

Location is great has a casino in front of it, a supermarket just a few blocks away, also 4 or 5 restaurant from diverse styles: seafood, local, international, hamburgers. The hotel is big has a pool, a big restaurant and a bar, it doesnt have a big gym just a couple of trendmiles. Rooms a comfortable, two queen size beds, 50 inches tv, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioner. Has room service and conference room for events, aldo a big parkin lot. Service is good, rooms are very clean. Nice persons runs the hotel.

If you need to spend many days in delight or near here and do not want to travel to Chihuahua every day, this is the best hotel where you can stay.
Although it is the best hotel in this small town doesn't mean that it is in one of the best hotels where I've been, infrastructure, furniture and appliances here are already old and does not give a sense of a place cozy and modern.
