Chiapas Hotels

We were a group of five that traveled to explore the ruins and water falls. The hotel has friendly informative employees.
Their restaurant has a good menu and reasonable prices.

We had a lovely 3 night stay! Beautiful property, we saw so many animals: macaws, howler monkeys, a beautiful iguana etc :) Great pool! Restaurant on site, and close to other restaurants too.

A sweet older hotel but well kept, clean rooms and public areas. Staff members are kind, friendly and efficient, from reception to breakfast lady and housekeeper.

The hotel is in a spot close to a lot of food and regular shops. The location and the decorations of the hotel really immersed us in the culture of Chiapas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with character. Received excellent, friendly service. We had one issue with the room and staff dealt with it in a friendly and professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend.

The place is very nice, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the location is excellent the truth is that I recommend it.

From the point at which I arrived to the coordinating of my transportation back to the airport, staying at this hotel was an excellent choice.

Pleasant staff. Property is lovely inside and out with well-kept grounds and several pleasant sitting areas for guests in the courtyards.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about your experience.

I liked it, but my partner didn't. It was boutique-style hotel surrounding in internal paved garden courtyard (which was lovely). The room was along a corridor and felt a bit like a monk's cell.

Delux room is very nice and has what you need. Comfortable bed. Very nice ambiance close to the main square and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I took the coffee tour as well as the flower tour. Juan was an excellent guide that went out of his way to explain and show me what I am looking at.

Our experience with Hotel Jardines del Carmen was great! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and which was spacious enough for our family of 3 with room to spare.

We had a king one bed apartment on the top floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's very comfortable.

We loved exploring this renovated hacienda of Danish Swedish explorers that did incredible work with the indigenous people of the region.

Very interesting hotel with a deep history of indigenous people!
It's a bit far from the city center, but it's worth staying there and supporting indigenous business!
Price is very reasonable!

I really liked the experience. Guest service was great! Attentive, nice and helpful. We stayed downstairs so I didn’t go up but the first floor is stunning!

Stayed one night in this lovely hostel by accident. I was badly bruised & felt very vulnerable from an assault/ robbery close by the night before.

My partner and I stayed at Che in San Cristóbal in a private room, and honestly, it was perfect. The beds and location are a solid 10/10, and the rest of the place is just as amazing.

Exactly as pictured. Very walkable. Thanks to the front desk for letting us leave our bags in the front while we went out for the day, although they were just sitting under a table.

It was a nice hotel, with private parking, and a nice indoor ambiance and spacious rooms.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Maya Tulipanes. Our room was well equipped and comfortable.

We liked the rooms, a little bit of jungle atmosphere. The only problem was that I expected a lot of this accommodation when reading reviews about it and the monkey sanctuary.

Beautiful people who use this amazing property to fund their animal rescue centre which you can visit that is also on the property and that caters mainly for rescued trafficked monkeys.

My girlfriend and I stayed here 6 nights and had a wonderful experience.

Great hotel with authentic charm. Our room had a cozy chimney area and a view of a beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing. Staff was very accommodating.

In Junvay hotel beautiful flower garden. Staff was kind and helpful, rooms clean, and spacious with small balcony. Walking distance to plaza, Junvay’s restaurant served excellent food.

Small and well located hotel in Sancris. Many photo-op places in the property.
The walls seem thin and let the sound pass through easily.
