Great place, clean, comfortable, warm community, hot water works, breakfast is included and is actually quite good with quality ingredients.

Great time staying here, all the staff were so welcoming. Comfortable stay that is still chill and quiet if you like, but social enough to still meet people. Great atmosphere here.

A sweet older hotel but well kept, clean rooms and public areas. Staff members are kind, friendly and efficient, from reception to breakfast lady and housekeeper.

The hotel is in a spot close to a lot of food and regular shops. The location and the decorations of the hotel really immersed us in the culture of Chiapas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with character. Received excellent, friendly service. We had one issue with the room and staff dealt with it in a friendly and professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend.

We were a group of five that traveled to explore the ruins and water falls. The hotel has friendly informative employees.
Their restaurant has a good menu and reasonable prices.

We had a lovely 3 night stay! Beautiful property, we saw so many animals: macaws, howler monkeys, a beautiful iguana etc :) Great pool! Restaurant on site, and close to other restaurants too.

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been. Love this place to rest every time, whether for business trip or pleasure.

I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of drawbacks.

Pleasant staff. Property is lovely inside and out with well-kept grounds and several pleasant sitting areas for guests in the courtyards.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about your experience.

I liked it, but my partner didn't. It was boutique-style hotel surrounding in internal paved garden courtyard (which was lovely). The room was along a corridor and felt a bit like a monk's cell.

Delux room is very nice and has what you need. Comfortable bed. Very nice ambiance close to the main square and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Every bit as good as the photos — spotlessly clean, and hot showers (not a given in Mexico! ). Just a block away in East direction from the top of the pedestrianised street.

Stayed here as part of Intro Travel Mexico tour, this was a great place to stay in San Cristobal, not far from the main square, markets, nightlife, Carl's Jr and everything else you want to visit.

I took the coffee tour as well as the flower tour. Juan was an excellent guide that went out of his way to explain and show me what I am looking at.

We loved the proximity to San Cris. Enjoyed this hotel alot. The room we had was on the smaller side, but we chose the room:) They have added on over the years to make it a great hotel.

Great location, parking included and amazing customer service by everyone. The hotel has a nice local, authentic touch and all areas were really clean.

We had a king one bed apartment on the top floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's very comfortable.

We stayed for 7 peaceful days and truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the center, yet it feels tucked away in a quiet and serene area.

We loved exploring this renovated hacienda of Danish Swedish explorers that did incredible work with the indigenous people of the region.

Very interesting hotel with a deep history of indigenous people!
It's a bit far from the city center, but it's worth staying there and supporting indigenous business!
Price is very reasonable!

I really liked the experience. Guest service was great! Attentive, nice and helpful. We stayed downstairs so I didn’t go up but the first floor is stunning!

Stayed one night in this lovely hostel by accident. I was badly bruised & felt very vulnerable from an assault/ robbery close by the night before.

My partner and I stayed at Che in San Cristóbal in a private room, and honestly, it was perfect. The beds and location are a solid 10/10, and the rest of the place is just as amazing.

Very stylish hotel, nice rooms, cool Pool, great breakfast and dinner in Zoque Bar. Very friendly staff. Safe Parking on the street.

Exactly as pictured. Very walkable. Thanks to the front desk for letting us leave our bags in the front while we went out for the day, although they were just sitting under a table.

Mixed feelings, it is a 4 star hotel, maybe my expectations were too high. Lets start with the positives, there are plenty: (room 129)

Room, staff and food were all great. Breakfast was nice and the hotel is great. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looks great also, would recommend to anyone.

This might have been our favourite place to stay during our trip in Mexico!
The room was very spacious, with two big double beds. Great shower as well. There was a safe and a refrigerator.

A very welcoming stay with a host who is passionate about animals and conservation efforts in the area. A real hidden gem!

I accidentally picked this hotel and am so pleased. It's outstandingly located near highly rated restaurants, multiple churches, and excursion start points.

In Junvay hotel beautiful flower garden. Staff was kind and helpful, rooms clean, and spacious with small balcony. Walking distance to plaza, Junvay’s restaurant served excellent food.

Small and well located hotel in Sancris. Many photo-op places in the property.
The walls seem thin and let the sound pass through easily.

Nice place. Looks like hot water is not happening at all time. In our case, we had hot water in the morning, not in the evening. Internet also not super reliable.

Absolutely Wonderful! Perhaps the hotel experience I've ever had in my life. This is an old casita turned into an inn. There are several rooms, ours was quite large with a massive snuggly bed.

What a delightful place. Beautifully decorated. At the edge of the downtown district — 15 minute walk to anything.
