Chiapas Hotels

Very nice hotel with character. Received excellent, friendly service. We had one issue with the room and staff dealt with it in a friendly and professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend.

I had a great experience. People very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel, very comfortable bed and pillows :). Delicious food!

Our experience with Hotel Jardines del Carmen was great! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and which was spacious enough for our family of 3 with room to spare.

We had a king one bed apartment on the top floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's very comfortable.

We loved exploring this renovated hacienda of Danish Swedish explorers that did incredible work with the indigenous people of the region.

Very interesting hotel with a deep history of indigenous people!
It's a bit far from the city center, but it's worth staying there and supporting indigenous business!
Price is very reasonable!

Hacienda Valentino is my favorite hotel in San Cristobal. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and quiet. The staff is friendly and attentive.

From the point at which I arrived to the coordinating of my transportation back to the airport, staying at this hotel was an excellent choice.

We were a group of five that traveled to explore the ruins and water falls. The hotel has friendly informative employees.
Their restaurant has a good menu and reasonable prices.

We had a lovely 3 night stay! Beautiful property, we saw so many animals: macaws, howler monkeys, a beautiful iguana etc :) Great pool! Restaurant on site, and close to other restaurants too.

Very central location… modest but everything you need and excellent service even laundry and very cheap… I highly recommend it.

The place is very nice, an elegant and simple hotel at the same time, pleasant paintings in the hallways, it is small but very cozy. Very comfortable rooms, 5 blocks from the center.

Excellent service and a great complimentary coffee!

This hotel is really comfortable and their buffet is great close to down town.

Great place, quiet, cool, amazing rooms and helpful staff. Thanks.

Really good stay with nice garden, lovely personnel, clean and fantastic rooms at a great location. We had a great time here, thanks!

We’re 5 months into our Central America trip with just two weeks left. We’ve experienced great and terrible hostels in our time. With that said, this hostel is hands down our favourite of our trip.

The cutest best value hostel I’ve stayed at! The facilities were great staff were super friendly, it felt super homey and comfortable whilst travelling!

Nice and comfy! The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always very kind!

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been. Love this place to rest every time, whether for business trip or pleasure.

A sweet older hotel but well kept, clean rooms and public areas. Staff members are kind, friendly and efficient, from reception to breakfast lady and housekeeper.

The hotel is in a spot close to a lot of food and regular shops. The location and the decorations of the hotel really immersed us in the culture of Chiapas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A charming and well-maintained hotel, just a short walk from the very center of town.
It’s a perfect starting point for nearby excursions.

I really liked the experience. Guest service was great! Attentive, nice and helpful. We stayed downstairs so I didn’t go up but the first floor is stunning!

Hostal Che was spot on. I stayed in the 10-bed dorm and it was honestly perfect, super clean, and every bed had its own privacy curtain, fan, light, and double outlets.

Firstly, the dorm room capsules are maybe the nicest dorm beds I've ever stayed in. Double bed, sliding door for privacy, your own fan, light, charging points etc. The staff are impeccable.

Excellent place! Food really nice! Views superb!
Must take insect repellent!
Bumpy road to drive up!
All worth!

On the top of the mountains everything looked so beautiful, however the road was really bad. We almost decided to get back but we were halfway. It's such a quiet and beautiful place.

Our stay at the hostel was really nice, the rooms were clean and the location of the hostel is near to the center of the city. The hostel provides free water.

Angel was beyond kind and helpful. He made sure the guests were happy and comfortable. The location is in a quiet area. The hotel is clean, and beautiful.

I went to a wedding at Las Haditas and the place made the event a magical moment.

Excellent for events, you have many options to use all the views. Also, the pool is a pleasant surprise.

Don Willy and his family are superb hosts. The rooms are fantastic and so unique. The food was excellent. Ask for a tour of the farm, and especially the “mandala. ”

This is an incredible place to stay and visit the cultural and natural beauty in the heart of the Maya lowlands. Really, it’s more than a hotel. It’s an experience.

Located close to the city center, a nice kitchen to make some own food. The garden was nice. The room decent.

Great place for such a cheap price. Room was large, shower had hot water, use of the shared kitchen was great & free coffee & drinking water.

Probably the best place price wise in San Cristobal, the room was big an clean, there's a nice common area with bonfires every night and a pool table. The staff is super friendly.

Beautiful coutryard, lovely staff, good price and close to the centre. Highly recommend!

I stayed 2 days night. Good price, quite room with A C. Lots of hot water, clean, friendly staff. Great location. Showers for pool and clean toilets with bidet! Pretty great place.

The hostel is very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a big common space with a Jacuzzi and the opportunity to wash your clothes.

We booked a private room and it exceeded our expectations. The private rooms are in a building that's about 20 metres down the street from the hostel.

Loved it here, for sure one of my favorite hostels. Really good an cheap food and a good location. Inside it feels like your own little world and when you step outside you‘re right on the main road.

13 Cielos is an amazing place to stay — truly one of the best hostels I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home.

My favorite Hostel in ALL of San Cristobal de las Casas!
Why?!
The culture is so inclusive and the hostel is so close to the center. The spaces are very clean and reliable!

A really nice place to stay in San Cristobal! We felt at Home from the first moment on. The terrace on the roof, to enjoy the Moon and the Stars, is unforgettable.

Loved my stay here. Daniel is a super host. He was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The roof top space was lovely and quite big there's a shaded area and an area in sun.
