The place is very cozy, it's clean and fresh. The only detail you have is that in the shower there is a very ugly sound when the hot water key is opened. From there on out all excellent.

It is a nice hotel type Hacerca Museum of the indigenous peoples of Chiapas. The rooms are girls, with bathroom and closet, TV and Internet. The beds are comfortable but they gnash every time you muebes.
There is no elevator, and the buttons do not carry the suitcases to your room, but if you charge the service so I recommend requesting it. You pay $10 for the waitress per day.
The service of the reception is very efficient and hamaable.

Excellent choice. The rooms take care of each of the cultural details, and the beds are very comfortable to rest. Although you might think the echo can create a noisy atmosphere, it's quite the opposite.

Excellent hotel to visit San Cristóbal de las Chiapas where you can appreciate the costumes typical of the whole region.

The classification is very overrated
A cold duck, the closings of the room of another time and a sound of hell, no insulation.
The room deserves two stars.

Because the hotel is expensive because it does not offer anything new, of the three days that we were, in two there was no electric light at night, then it was terrible to be able to enlist as the room was very dark given that there is no window where between the natural light. Televisions are something old and it takes a long time to get out the hot water. On the other hand the staff was always very attentive, especially the Bell boys.

Very nice, the deal is very friendly, it is very clean.

So I can only speak for the restaurant, which is spectacular. Delicious food in chiapas, different to what you get in other restaurants; with attention of luxury at a more than reasonable price. To complete the experience, they have a museum very curious about the history of San Cristóbal de las Casas.

It is a nice hotel, and as indicated very colonial. The food as rich and with presentation. It is worth to be here.

Good location, prices according to location. A hotel very basic. My room 218 had a leak and the clothes are mojo, I doubt that they didn't know by the amount of leaks that we discovered the awakening. If you pay with a credit card you increase the price and not warn you of this, but until you register, so if you do not bring cash there is to go find atm.

The location is near the center of the city, so it is perfect to just walk around, the rooms are great, comfortable however there is no AC but because of the weather there is really no need for one, the service is great friendly and helpful.

End of this year I had the opportunity to travel with my family to Chiapas. On our trip we stayed in this hotel and it was quite pleasant.
The keys to the rooms have Keychain a bearing wood (traditional toy) with which we had fun all a good time.
The rooms are cozy, very comfortable beds and the fourth is "set" as if it were a hut (the only thing missing is the fireplace).
{The hotel has many objects such as: masks, dolls, pictures, etc of the chiapanecan culture}

As to see its interiors and all the vesturios learn and know more about Chiapas this well, but to rest FAAATAAAL! the quarter smelled musty come lay me and wing half hour nose that step but I lift filled with hives itching not is if it was mite or moth or not is that they were, but I couldn't sleep did I spend sleepless waiting for q amaneciera to remove me running, need remodel rooms rather more modern nose or definitely close hurts but was my experience!

Nice hotel. Pesimo service starting because you evict its facilities for pure taste the same guests. I say this because to my did I. I promise not to go back.

What unpleasant that you come to run terrace
Everything was going so well, but they don't count that I chose this hotel for its spaces, and not let you be in them.
