The internet is not good, within the hotel is lost the cell phone signal, parking is three blocks is a lot valdio and has no watch, for the $920 that we charged the night there are better options.

Just a few blocks from downtown. Sure. Economic. Very good service and nice atmosphere of the place. I would definitely recommend it to those who will walk outside and look for where to rest at night.

It'S a good hotel. The Room is very comfortable and it was always clean. The Buffet is very varied and rich and the common areas are very colorful. The parking is somewhat removed but it is very complicated that in the center of San Cristóbal De Las Casas There are hotels with on-site parking.

Excellent location in the district of La Merced. Two blocks from the historic center of San Cristóbal de las Casas. I Found the room very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. I Recommend the hotel.

I stayed in late November 2017 for over a week. I am very satisfied with the value received for the price paid (I got a deal online). Other reviews mentioned it being dark in the lobby — yes, it usually was — and in the rooms — my room was well lit. The lobby is full of plants, which I love. The owner, Susana, speaks good English, is helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to the city center. Just know that there is a church across the street that rings its bells at 7a. M. Every day — but there are many churches in the city so good luck with that. I did have a problem one day with a rather cold shower, probably a timing issue since that's the one day I slept in. The room I was in had no climate control, neither heat nor AC. I'm not sure if AC is ever needed, but in late November there were a few mornings and nights where I wished I could bump up the temperature in the room, and wished for a rug or two on the cold tile floor (bring slippers or wear socks in the cold months! ). I wonder whether many of the hotels have heat; most businesses there don't seem to. Still, there were two thick wool blankets and a comforter on the bed, plus an extra blanket on the shelf. I was never cold while sleeping. A couple of side notes: if you like to blowdry your hair, bring a hair dryer; & if you like to use a washcloth, bring one. They did provide soap, shampoo, and a clean hand towel and a bath towel every day.

Near to the main place comfortable, can have better Wi-Fi, could have room service.

Price quality, the rooms have what is needed sometimes the noise from the hallways gets to the rooms and can be a bit annoying, out of that clean and good deal.

Decent hotel, but they were doing construction in the room next to ours starting at 6:30 every day. That sucked.

Cheap, very clean and the best thing is the location :D
If we return to San Cristobal without hesitation we will return.

Excellent Hotel! Simple but perfect for spending a few days in San Cristobal without spending more and with great attention. Staff super friendly and rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Close to centre and in a quiet and silent. Easy to get parking if you go by car. Super recommended.
