➜ It is the 3rd time I hosted my group at this hotel and apparently the last. This time if I take a terrible experience. The hotel lounge has an event and the noises are excessive, it sounds as if the party is outside your room. They should divide the lounge of the hotel, we come to rest and it is impossible with so much noise and music. My group leaves tomorrow at 6:30am and the event ends 2:30am, lousy experience…

The rooms are very cozy, only that in the room they do not give toilet paper (luckily I carry) the Wi-Fi network is very unstable, but the reality is that I do not occupy it (since I had data) and if they should have more attention in terms of noise, since at the bottom is the dining room and sometimes people with children do not have the precaution to tell you that Keep quiet and are shouting and there are rooms nearby I stayed in room 101 very close to the dining room and the truth all the noise is heard. The attention on the part of the hotel if it is good are attentive. It is a good hotel but if you are looking for something quieter or with less noise it is not a good option. As a suggestion, you should put carpet since the floor feels very cold or at least rugs… Apart from that if you stay at the bottom, you can hear the footsteps of the room above.
