Had a great time at the SureStay and give them 5-stars! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning and refrigerator both worked GREAT! Every staff member we met was courteous and kind — very friendly! The daily room cleaning service was very professional and we also took advantage of the laundry service. The breakfasts are delicious with different options each day from a huge buffet. There are other services available, such as a travel agency and an in-house transportation company which we used 3 times. (They're more expensive than street taxis, but the confidence and security is great! ) The pool looked delicious even though we didn't swim. I would gladly return to this hotel as it was a VERY pleasant experience!

We tried to modify our reservation and they asked us to call AMEX-travel to ask them if there were charges for the cancelation. We called AMEX and they told us that they just do reservations. So we consider the hotel was lying to avoid return the money.

The hotel is nice and the service is very good. The room Jr is great and comfortable the only drawback is the weather not cold enough for 38 degrees that are out there. They have a buffet, which for my taste should already be included in the cost of the room and not have to pay 100 pesos extra for lunch.
