The breakfasts are very rich and serve you enough. The prices are a little high but worth the money. In terms of the service they are very attentive and friendly. It's okay to go with your friends, family or for a night romantic with your partner. The place is very nice and quiet.

Although you hear noise in the hallways when people walk, it is a beautiful place, with excellent taste, good cooking, beautiful decor, very well in lost attentive, we had a great time at the hotel.

It's an excellent experience! The staff is very friendly, however I think it lacks a lot to achieve the category and the price. There's no coffee or service. The breakfast that it includes is so small that it should not be considered breakfast!

The restaurant is delicious, recommended the tapas, but everything is excellent, the hotel looks very good, but not I stayed.

This property offers very nice rooms overlooking the garden, a fine restaurant and the staff does everything to make our stay enjoyable a must if one is passing through San Cristobal.

Wonderful meal and cocktails including vino, mojitos delicious salad, sea bass, rib eye, crepe brûlée and cheesecake desserts plus baileys and pox (a local liquor only to be taken with paprika and orange wedges). Best dinner ever in San Cristóbal de las Casas.

Wonderful place to stay in San Cristobal. This boutique hotel is a gem! The setting and the facilities are great. The room was very nice and with local decor. Very comfortable. The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The breakfasts were awesome too!

I loved this place. The food was amazing and the place was beautiful. We were there for a wedding and it was an overall great experience.

The rooms are quite comfortable very well adapted as soon as the cold temperature of San Cristobal, the room servicie is until 11 pm, the hotel has a restaurant whose chef is well known nationwide. There are also comfortable common areas as well as a library on the first level and a living room with TV and bathroom on the ground floor.

You want miami beach in san cristobal this is the amazing hotel bo. Rooms a total surprise for this highland chiapaz city of colonial splendor. Food spot on created by a young couple who bring a touch of international cuisine to san cristobal. Expensive but that is fine as the results are well worth it.

Its a beautiful hotel in an amazing place. That thing that you feel in every corner of the hotel, that take care of every single detail, it's a thing that you are not going to feel in any other place. Totally recommended.

It is a modernist, minimalist style combined with traditional colonial style, but the service at the restaurant fails for being slow.

Nice hotel, but lousy service, do not you know or what you sell or what you offer, I had the opportunity to visit them two years ago, more than 7, 000 overnight and not worth it honestly. Not passed to do cleaning, we had to ask for it.
It is a pity that in truth the hotel as such this very well, that penalty which not capacitena staff or updated information from their reserves, so us customers get and have everything ready, rather than waiting and waiting for that never it notified them, despite having confirmed and paid booking.
