Very nice hotel. Very clean everywhere. Nice rooms and comfortable. It has a nice restaurant next to it. Close to center of city, a 10 minute walk. Employees are nice too.

Excellent hotel, excellent treatment from your personl, very clean rooms. The price is very very comfortable. This weekend I had the opportunity to get to know San Cristóbal and the D Mónica hotel.

This hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Decor is Mexican, very colourful, lots of gorgeous tile and hand painted borders.

Pretty little boutique hotel. Very nice views and garden and pool. Only annoying thing is pool closes at 7PM. Wth! Nice pool but inconvenience regarding hours.

Such lovely Hotel, clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurant! Everyone’s so kind! 🫶🏻 the prices were great! It’s in the Centre of Town area so it’s located in a touristic area!

Very nice stay and swimming, and nice restaurants in de neighborhood. Was enjoyed the 🌯 very good the one with beef or chicken also vegetables. Not expensive, no wathing time for a sitplace.

Place was better than the pictures. Nicely designed between colonial and elegant Arabic touches. Real Mexican feel. Staff upgraded to a bigger bed. Breakfast is super affordable at $6 buffet.

The hotel has a very good location, just 4 blocks from the park, you can walk there in 5 minutes without details. The service is excellent and the place is really cozy.

The rooms are very simple and dont have the best soundproofing, but Casa Cheleb offers the best value for money in the city.

It is a good place to stay, it is cozy in the mornings they offer complimentary bread, very friendly treatment, they also offer breakfast for an extra cost, and a lounge.

The location of the hotel is formidable. The amenities and rooms are very practical and visually pleasant.

4 nights, for the price in November 2025, more than adequate and good value.
Good bed, plentiful linens and a small yet efficient bathroom.
Hot water came after a few seconds, with very good pressure.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Love the place, the location and the staff. Very quiet at night. Five stars hands down.

Everything was great. The rooms are pretty small but I didnt mind it since it was so clean and cozy. The restaurant is soooo good. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Excellent option to stay in Comitán, very friendly staff and has a play area that my children enjoyed very much. Thank you Juan Carlos and Janeth for making our stay very pleasant.

Excellent stay and great location. Family is very hospital, the food and hot chocolate is amazing and the dogs on the property are fun. Would highly recommend.

I spent two nights here and used the lodge as a base for exploring the lakes. The rooms accomodate up to six people and are comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very good and fresh.

We stayed for two nights and the place was absolutely amazing. The family that runs it is incredibly warm and charming.

Nice place in Tuxtla, capital of the friendly state of Chiapas, with really friendly staff overall in a good area, just around a shopping center and a sam‘s club in front.

Very comfortable beds! The room has a desk w chair as well as a stuffed chair and ottoman, dresser with nice size tv, a small fridge and microwave and hot water pot for coffee or tea.

For travellers who have booked a night bus from Palenque but have to check out of their hostel or hotel in the morning, I highly recommend buying the day pass here.

Amazing customer service from the reception to the bar/pool staff. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

A little bit loud with the parking right outside the door of the room, but the location is great, it was very clean, and the staff is friendly. All in all would recommend.

Excellent budget hotel. Air conditioning, hot shower, safe location with fantastic local food options really close by. Our room was spacious. Soap & shower gel in the bathroom. 24 hour reception.

The hostel is very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a big common space with a Jacuzzi and the opportunity to wash your clothes.

Modern hotel, Nice and spacious rooms. What bothered me, is that the windows are not sound proof at all. There can just as well not be a window.

I arrived in the evening and they upgraded me to a suite. It was with a full kitchen and eating area, small living, TV in living and bedroom, even a laundry room with sink and clothes hanging area.

Charming, historic and close to everything. No ac. Smallish room. Courtyard design makes noise from other guests unavailable.

Probably the best place price wise in San Cristobal, the room was big an clean, there's a nice common area with bonfires every night and a pool table. The staff is super friendly.

Good value for money, however it can be pretty noisy. The bathroom was ok, the water was only just tepid however. Location wise is perfect just couple of blocks from main square.

Great rooms. The best internet in Mexico and I'm in MEXICO for most of the year. Really hot water in the shower. The staff is soo nice. Thick towels. Access to safe water everywhere.
