Absolutely Wonderful! Perhaps the hotel experience I've ever had in my life. This is an old casita turned into an inn. There are several rooms, ours was quite large with a massive snuggly bed.

What a delightful place. Beautifully decorated. At the edge of the downtown district — 15 minute walk to anything.

It's a small hotel, quiet, friendly, and secure. The location, too, is very comfortable.

Very nice hotel in the premises of a brewery. The room was big and very clean. Just 5 mins away walking to the main square.

Hotel is a great value. Clean, simple rooms. Great location to the historic center of SCLC. The staff helped us arrange tours and taxis when needed. Small restaurant on site for breakfast and coffee.

We loved this place. The location, decor and staff were excellent. It is very walkable and pedestrian friendly. It is super close to all of the points of interest in town.

Great room apart from the extremely soft beds where you completely sink in and wake up with a hurting back. Reception ranges from nice (a guy) to disappointing (a young lady).

On the top of the mountains everything looked so beautiful, however the road was really bad. We almost decided to get back but we were halfway. It's such a quiet and beautiful place.

Best place to stay in Tziscao. Beautiful lakefront. Best accommodation in town. Excellent restaurant with good prices.

We had a nice stay here in the hotel. Clean and silent rooms, comfo bed. Cabanas were full on the day of our arrival so we stayed in the hotel room but with a beautiful lake view.

We always stay here when we have to stay a night in Tuxtla. It is the best hotel in Mexico we have been to actually In Canada/US.

All of the staff, particularly Luis & Antonio in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful! The pillows and linens were good quality, and changed daily. The pool was outstanding!

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfortable. Loved the shower setup. Breakfast was not too my taste but there are quite a few options so you will not go hungry.

Speechless. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Nothing bad to say. All the staff, from front desk to the kitchen people, cleaning and maintenance teams, are excellent. I highly recommend it.

Every bit as good as the photos — spotlessly clean, and hot showers (not a given in Mexico! ). Just a block away in East direction from the top of the pedestrianised street.

Stayed here as part of Intro Travel Mexico tour, this was a great place to stay in San Cristobal, not far from the main square, markets, nightlife, Carl's Jr and everything else you want to visit.

It is quite a way to get there and the road very poor, when you leave the 307. However, we got rewarded with a great place.

Fantastic location at the edge of an extraordinary pretty village. You can make Tours in a big nature reserve with monkeys, Aras, Crocodiles and Mexico's biggest land mammal: the Tapir.

Good beds, showers, TV, modern rustic ambience, free coffee but not very strong and quiet if not many guests staying. Internet was good after telling front desk about connection problem.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of downtown. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace has a perfect view over San Cristóbal. Can highly recommend!

WOW! This place is amazing. So tranquil. Amazing room. Extremely comfortable bed. Enormous shower. I never want to leave. Staff are welcoming and delightful.
