A very nice hotel and spacious rooms, unfortunately we had a situation during our stay, we never had hot water in any of the rooms that deal with our group, it was reported on several occasions, and if what they were checking but it was more the water that was pulled by tests and in the end never went hot. The dishes on the menu is very rich and with good ingredients, only the buffet breakfast that was included had no variety, when you die they do not consider the amount of guests that are driving in the time since the amount of food was very small these were finished very fast and did not come back to serve; so that the people remained average.

Good place. Admission is $70 pesos per person, you can put in drinks and food, even a steakhouse. They give you free lifeguards and you can rent Kayak's for 150 for 3 hours. The only bad thing would be the price because there are no packages for when there are many people. Beers and food can also be purchased from the hotel's restaurant.

Rooms and place are nice. Breakfast is missing a bit to fill up on. Wi-Fi is terrible, especially considering it being a four start hotel.

The hotel itself is nice. Too bad the facilities look sloppy. The Dry gardens. I just went to see some food. Good view. Bad food. They charge you the tip on the account.

The place is a bit old. We had problems with the hot water. The shower and tub design is not good, the water slipping on the outside causing there to be water on the floor. The distribution of the chamber was uncomfortable. We rented the suite. Very friendly staff. The Good Food.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel, reasonable prices. Friendly staff Although not very attentive (they don't help you unless you ask them), the attention everywhere is better. The pool was very nice and the room was very good. Spacious, comfortable and clean room with good views. The downside is that it has no Wi-Fi more than in the lobby or in the dining room and the sign is very bad at both. I'll give you a 3 and a half.
