Excellent service and facilities.

The facilities are very good and the service tmb. The only thing they lack is more variety of mix drinks at the bar and different types of liquor and know how to prepare more drinks.

Very nice and all but in the rooms not a sad bottle of water. The food from the FEA restaurant! 😁 And the pool was smaller than what was noticeable in photos. The controls of the t. V and the minisplit barely worked. Anyway. Luckily we paid only 1 night and I went in search of another cabin. 😁n't recommended.

It is a very cozy and quiet place to rest, the staff is very friendly, but I had details with the bedspreads, the pillows smelled of dampness were dirty and the duvet they had to cover up just too dirty even smelled too much of sweat, and the reception phones don't work.

I weigh the service, it does not comply with what is advertised on its website, improper and exective charges … poor security on the premises.

We were taken away only 1 day from the 2 that we requested, then at the time of clarification, the receptionist very rude and overbearing, how we had already paid half did not want to return the money to look for another hotel, then do not tell you where the rooms are, nor explain anything, if you carry beers are on you counting how many beers you carry why for every six you are charged 60 pesos uncorked, the truth is a lousy visit.

The hotel is nice, the service sucks, your staff needs urgent training, it's a real shame, maybe if one day it improves your attention it could be a great place.
Simply put, I don't recommend it at all, better look for other options.

Decent rooms and an ok swimming pool. Staff does not speak English and breakfast takes long. As it only opens at 8 in the morning, that can be a challenge of you want to be early at the site.

The place is beautiful but in the restaurant there is no variety, they only have buffet with the same food that is offered in the other Axkan hotel of Tuxtla Gutiérrez and you had already tasted a day before, by logic, you no longer want to eat anything.

I went to eat, as part of a tour that I took from San Cristobal de Las Casas. I paid 150 pesos for the meal. Even when it's not expensive, I ate at Tuxtla's same restaurant, the same price, but the food was too much better. In Palenque was very simple, a lot of veggies and salads, none regional dish. Good enough for kill the hungry, no marvelous.

This great and the delicious food the place is lovely and very rich to spend the days in tranquility after a day of tours.

On the way to the archaeological site we went to eat at the buffet that has the hotel, the service is very good, the guys very friendly, only that the food is not very good quality or maybe with the heat are made to lose food and not very careful I do not know. We ate in group at this place and gave me a strong stomach infection.

Very nice rooms and cozy hotel, only downside is the entrance but that can be arranged easy.

El hotel está muy bonito, las habitaciones limpias, con clima, camas comodas, muy buen servicio, lo único que no me gustó y por lo que le no le doy 5 estrellas es por el restaurante, ibamos a comer mas o menos como a las 4 y no había nada solo un buffet que ya estaban terminando y decían que iban a tardar una hora para que funcionara el restaurante (lo que había en la carta)

Muy bonitas cabañas pero falta señalización para accesorios mas fácil, el concepto es excelente, y tienen problemas con el WI-FI en las 3 veces que he ido.

The facilities are clean, the attention is good, it is close to the archeological zone, the path is in maintenance, it lacks more visual signs as they are a little hidden, in general and for the cost is good choice.

The staff was very friendly and regiatrarnos. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is rustic but after days of tours it has just what you need to rest and follow. Firm but comfortable bed, fresh and clean savannas, hot water, air conditioning, restaurant with acceptable food at affordable prices, small swimming pool. The rooms are small, has a small balcony with chairs to enjoy the stars and sounds of the jungle but uses industrial quantities of insect repellent. The windows need mosquito nets in case you don't want to have the weather on and want to hear the sounds of the jungle. The access is difficult, especially in the night is terrifyingly dark and lonely. You can only arrive by car but still it is not mendable to do it at night.

It is a rather far away from the noise and the shock what makes it special is quiet and ideal to be in tranquility surrounded by nature, great to rest from routines and fast life. It has excellent views.
