I was here for a leadership conference with the girl guides organised by Maldives Girl Guide association and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They have excellent service and look after their customers well.

Room is good staff are very accomodating. Newest hotel in maafushi good location you can easily buy souvenirs around the corner. But one I dont like is the food they served from breakfast to dinner.

I think I got the room with the best view as I requested. Staffs are very friendly, room clean & comfortable. Worth the price.

We stayed for 2 days at your hotel. Below are my feedback. Below are my reviews: 1. SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL= Good and great service 2. FOOD : Rice is to hard and dry. Should be well-cooked and improved on food taste … 3. ROOM: Nice and good service. Some of us stayed in seaview room but only one of them is not. 4. SPEED BOAT : provided by the hotel is small and the boat sailer or driver drove too fast and chose to cruise through bigger wave and the boat were violently shaking and it was too dangerous as there were kids. We had bad experiene when travelling to the airport with that smaĺl speedboat We don't dare to travel on this kind of boat anymore. The hotel should consider the safety of passengers and should be selective and place more emphasis on safety and security. We hope the hotel management should look into the improvement of transport. We had a terrible and scary journey to the airport.

The location is wonderful. Seaveiw rooms are amazing. The staff are also friendly and cooperative. Best in Maafutshi I guess.

Spent 5 days in August 2018, pleasant place and consider the best in Maffushi (especially the location). Rooms are good and well equipped. Food is not as expected in 4stars hotel, but still acceptable.

The hotel is right on the bikini beach and undoubtedly the best location on the island of Maafushi. Had a pleasant stay, staff is nice and accommodating. We booked the quad room but didn’t know that the view of the room is of an under construction building which they call it a city view. On our extreme request the duty manager somehow managed to accommodate us in a sea view room for the first three nights but later it wasn’t available so we had to move to the (so called) city view room. Breakfast was good but the dinner was average due to less available choices. Hotel was built last year therefore its clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

This review is just for only tai massage. I have taken tai massage just before. It was so much great experience If u are in mafushi and want to get massage, u have to go this tai shop in kaani grand seaview hotel! I highly recommend it.

The Kaani Grand Seaview Hotel is located in the midst of beautiful scenery and exposes clean environment. Its morning sea breeze welcomes every tourist in the hotel. Its white sandy beach is breath taking. Other amenities equipped in the hotel is its strong Wi-Fi signal. I also cherish the unforgettable moments with its hotel staffs who are friendly and approachable. I would like to sent million kisses for everyone here, especially Mr. Prince, Abbo, Shafeeq, Babu, Marco, Kader, Aslam, and all the snorkelling crew… Guys you are really very professional and always doing your best to help guests to have special holidays! We are very thankful for all your attention and servings. I am so happy and I highly recommend Kaani Grand Seaview for anyone who wants to have real Maldivian Holidays! 202 room was fantabulous! We stayed 6 days from 27 June to 02 July 2018 in this hotel. Very very pleased with our stay. Most of the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. We also went on 2 full day snorkeling tours, one for turtle and one for whale shark and manta ray. Having been on many snorkeling tours in other countries, we must say that the staff really are the best here. They really helped to take care of my mother, who is a poor swimmer, holding her hand and making sure she gets to see all the sea creatures. They also take safety very seriously. Our tour guide Aslam also helped us take some beautiful pictures on the sand bank. Rooms are also really clean and spacious with good view and right next to bikini beach. The food we had every day were really tasty too. 10/10 would stay in this hotel again if I were to return to Maafushi.

A very nice relaxing place. The hotel is very nice and the staff is also friendly. The provide beach towels and beach chair also. And the hotel is in front of the bikini beach. The also provide you with good discount. The rooms are also quite big and comfortable. It's location is the main thing.

This is so beutiful area and live. It placed exactly against to sea with a bikini beach. The staff very happy and good. The best view in Maafushi Every things is good except meals. I booked hotel with dinner and pay 25 $ for each, but you can get dinner here by cash by 15 $. The breakfast and dinner is simple. They have BBQ against the hotel and the cost is extra if you want!.

Hotel is located at the most prime location by the bikini beach. The rooms are spacious and the staff is well trained and courteous. The breakfast and dinner also has a nice laid out menu everyday. They also offer excursions from the hotel to nearby destinations at decent rates.

We stayed 2 nights at Kaani Grand Seaview Hotel in Maafushi for my son's 2nd birthday. We got the ocean view room and indeed the balcony was overlooking the spectacular Indian ocean. Room was spacious enough for us 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and most importantly, room was clean. The beach is just a step out from the hotel lobby and I have to say Kaani has got the nicest beach of all. We also have to thank Mr Suja for being accomodating to our request and upon knowing that we were celebrating our son's birthday, he even got the kitchen to prepare a small birthday cake for him. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture on his side. The staffs are friendly and approachable too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next visit there. Thank you Kaani Grand.

Loved the service in hotel, awesome view from the room. We went for for honeymoon and they had treated us really well, they even decorated our room. We opted for half board which includes breakfast and dinner buffet. Really satisfied with the food there for eveey meal, atleast one Indian cusine was available. Eventhough, I am completely vegetarian, I had a happy meal every night. The excursions were also good. Loved the snorkelling experience! Memory for lifetime :)

Hotel well clean, staff also friendly and service also good. But food not good that much… it's a 4 star hotel so food must be better than they serve… No sea food variety to eat only fish and chicken gave… other than that it's nice view and good hotel in Maldives…

The hotel staff is very friendly, friendly, competent.
The rooms are clean, cozy, the food is varied, very tasty. Italian cuisine, Thai cuisine, Indian cuisine, Maldivian cuisine.
The beach is clean cleaned every morning the new hotel is located at Bikini Beach with a stunning sunset!

Kaani Grand Seaview is truly the best hotel in Maafushi. Absolutely all the criteria meet the requirements of a four-star hotel. I want to note that Kaani Grand always complies with the requests of tourists, goes for any concessions or discounts. We were pleased with the staff and service. In particular, I want to highlight: Abbo, Pushpika, Nawfal and Mohamed. These people throughout the vacation, helped us in everything. In a word, they are wonderful and responsive! We visited lots of countries and hotels, but we never met so friendly staff and so helpfull staff as in Kaani Grand. I want to sent million kisses for everyone here, especially for Mr Tiger and all receptionists. Guys you are really very professional and you always doing your best to help for guests to have special holidays, eveyone of as are so important to you. We are very thankfull for all your attention and friendship. We had pre booked room in kaani beach hotel. But hotel staff was generous to upgrade us to kaani grand. We had room at fifth floor. The room and view, both were perfect. Hotel is located just in front of bikini beach, best spot in maafushi. It had amenities like safe locker, hair dryer, beach towels, electric boilers, and mini fridge. We went on snorkeling trips, and sandbank lunch organized via hotel, and experience was amazing. If I get to plan thus trip again, there is absolutely nothing that I would want to change :D :D.
